The place is soo clean, they are cleaning the area as soon as customer leave.They are very good at handling the new customers like me.The place is not loud with people talking to each other loudly, I enjoyed my service along with music.They don’t rush customers to select the colors push them to choose their choice.

Was in the middle of a regular pedicure when I got a call and needed to leave due to a family emergency. I told the nail technician I had to go, yet she would not stop working on my feet. I told her again I needed to go and I would pay for the work she had already done, still she ignored me. I literally had to stand up because she was not acknowledging my situation.I asked how much I owed for the time she put in and they charged me full price. Full price for removal of old nail polish and cutting of cuticles of one foot and a half.Would not recommend.

Consistent customer service. This place is quiet, clean, and the perfect place to go if you need to relax. The prices are competitive around the area, but the service is much better here at Miss Beauty Nail & Spa.Here are my favorite perks:I appreciate that they place customer handbags in individual woven baskets, unlike other salons where people hang their bags on hooks or place them on a random spot in the salon.Each manicure and pedicure chair has a cushion for lumbar support. This is a big deal, especially for my aching back.Pedicure chairs are distanced apart, so your chair isnt so close to the next customer over. This is great for more room and personal space for each customer.Call in advance and make an appointment with them. Theyre fantastic.

Worst experience ever. I sat over an hour. They have no help and only a few polishes to choose. I think they are probably closing.

This is ME TIME that I enjoy, a special treat I give myself, where I can shut out the crazy world, close my eyes or read a book. My appearance is important to me, so is a good Mani/Pedi. I get nothing special, just polished nails and a spa Pedi. Everyone at this place is very nice, but Yuyu does an amazingly great job on me. Cuticles are super clean, polish is perfect, and she makes my pedicure time the most relaxing time...a little bit of heaven! I truly feel beautiful when I walk out the door. Theres no other place for me!
