Im usually not one to complain or write negative reviews, but this is the worst nail salon Ive ever encountered. I went in for a gel manicure, which was done by Lisa. It took almost TWO hours for a simple manicure. After I was done, I noticed the nail polish was smudged all over my fingers and nail tips. I called the salon and asked if I could come in after to work to get them fixed, in which they agreed to. When I sat down with a new color, the owner said I would have to pay $12 if I wanted to change the color - but if I kept the same color, it would be free, which does not make any sense! They were going to take the polish off anyways, so why did it matter? I decided to get up and leave. There was no way I was going to pay an additional $12 on the $27+ tip I paid earlier for the manicure when it wasnt my mistake. The owner did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Stay far away!

What a great find! Called first thing in the morning and my daughter and I got an appointment at 10:30. Had my pedi done by Cindy and my mani with Ha. Both did an excellent, very efficient job. Every one is friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Oh and the prices? very reasonable. $60 for Gel mani/regular Pedi, and mine was $65 because I had them use color changing polish on my nails. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be going back.

I’m never right review but this time I feel like I have to because I’m really disappointed. I went here to do my nails with Lily on 6/19, and on 6/25 2 of my nails came off plus some of the stones. I am extremely upset because I pay 125 for these nails which I have never paid that much. Never again.

LOVE this place!!!! Always nice and great service. I always have special requests and they are always honest with me and Im always more than satisfied with my nails when I leave. Only wish the ha d and arm massages and the leg massages during the pedicures lasted longer lol.

This is my new favorite place! Best pedicures, great gel manicures, staff is super friendly, good prices, open Sundays, the list goes on. I have been here several times and the service is great every time. I will be back again and again.

Im writing this on behalf of my mother - she was there last week for a pedicure. Not only was the foot buffer old that was used on her feet, but the woman doing the pedicure cut my mothers big toe with it. When it happened, my mother flinched, pulling back her foot and saw it was bleeding. All the woman could say was, Oh, are you ticklish? Her toe continued to bleed, and the woman never apologized, or acknowledged the fact she cut her. AVOID this place!!! (My mother believes her name was Linda or Lisa).

This place is always packed. I went one day and want about to be helped so I went in the next day. I was serviced in about ten minutes. The girl that helped me was so sweet as well as the other technicians there. My manicure came out great and the tech that helped me made sure to ask how I wanted my nails done as far as shaping etc. I was happy with my service here and will be back in soon for another Mani.

Was from out of town, MN. Place is open Sunday and no wait. Nice family owned nail shop. Could be cleaner, nothing specific just a feeling when I looked around. Really old place. If in MA again I will definitely go there.

Received a mani/ pedicure from Andy and got my gel polish completed by Ha. Couldn’t be happier! I genuinely don’t think I’ve had a better job done. Love the colors and the staff is amazing! Super fair pricing, too; $60 for a gel mani/ reg. pedi!!

So I went in today to get a dip done, and I just moved to the area and was next door so thought I would try them. They did a terrible job- I do not recommend. Maybe they are proficient at other services, but they are terrible at dip powders. I have hardened powder all over the edges of my fingers- it looks like a 1st grade painted my nails.

Only place I go to get my nails done! Have tried others but are never as satisfied as I am here! Sometimes they even have the cutest little pup around. Great atmosphere without feeling like everyone’s talking about you (which I’ve felt at some salons) and great selection of colors

I got acrylic nails done here and they were done buy the guy. They turned out poor and he glued the plastic to my finger tips instead of my nails and it is uncomfortable. The nails also aren’t even and he spent way too much time doing the same thing over and over again.

THE WORST !!! We had an appointment !! My nail salon was closed ! I needed my nails done because they broken ... She took of the polish, pushed me off to for the pedicure ... And took a full set !! She made them uneven and was RUDE !!!!! The pedicure girl was woman nice .. Then another girl slopped polish on it !I questioned price because the fill was posted and that is not what I was charged !! Horrible experience !!I will NEVER GO BACK !!!
