Ken is the best at dip powder nails, he does a great job on french manicures using the powder. Heidi is very good at manicures and putting on nails as well. Their staff are very professional and the Spa Pedicure is amazing, you pick your essential oils and herbs for the pedicure and its about 45 minutes of pure heaven. I send all my friends there, and the first question they ask after their first pedicure is, are they always that great, or was it because it was my first time? Nope, every time you walk into the salon you get the same professional and personal care.

Hands down the best service and satisfaction!! Really happy with my mani and pedi. Will become a regular! Id recommend them to anyone wanting to get their nails done.

Super quick and does a great job every time. My tech does such good of a job that I can go for 4 weeks without getting a fill. The rest of the staff here also seem great- super professional and friendly.

This is one of my favorite pedicures ever!I have chronic ingrown toenails and my podiatrist told me to find a nail salon that I trust and knows how to properly deal with ingrowns. Kenny and Heidi are professionals who run a fantastic nail salon.

Ask for Kenny! He did an awesome job ⭐️ When the sparkles in a polish wouldn’t come out in excess he spent time using a nail deco tool to pull them off the brush and place more onto the nail.

My experience here was amazing even for my first time. I had ‘Kenny’ as my nail technician and he was amazing. i got a dip manicure with tips AND he had to take off my previous ones from another store. He was so quick, so sweet AND gave me a fan when i was super hot and sweaty coming in. ALSO my nails are the best they have looked shape and shine wise. He was insanely quick to considering how good theg came out. day 3 still holding up amazing. overall 10/10. Will be going back regularly and ditching my old place.

I called around everywhere to get a last minute eyebrow wax I knew it was not going to be easy during these hard times with COVID but I called Posh Nails and Spa they didnt have anything until the next day but I got a phone call back right away asking me what time I could be there for. I was so thankful to get a immediate response! They made me feel like a family member so welcoming and kind! My eyebrows came out GREAT!! I havent done them in 10 months I have been plucking them myself! They Saved the day and I also made an another appointment to get my nails done! I felt so safe and so welcomed during these times! The shop was immaculately clean. I felt very safe. They took my temp when I walked in, dividers between clients and with nail tech. Heidi did a great job!

I went once with my sister maybe a year ago and had a fine experience. However, after my experience today, I will not be returning. The manager of the salon did my gel manicure and really rushed through it. It was painful. Also, instead of doing longer, broader brush strokes she did lots of really short, fast brush strokes which made the color/texture uneven. When I expressed my concern that it was uneven after the first layer she assured me that everything would be fine. I usually like to do only 2 layers of gel but it took 3 layers for the color to even out. I understand that sometimes it is necessary to have more layers with lighter colors but this was a bright Tiffanys blue/green color, not a pastel color. She rushed through my nails and now some have little air bubbles in them. Also, she did not take care to remove all excess gel and now I have gel stuck under my nails. I expressed my concern multiple times throughout the manicure and she insisted that it needed more layers because the polish was new and because it was a lighter color and that she had 20 years of experience and knew what she was talking about. I should have left after the manicure as I was not impressed with the quality or service but I was in a rush so I proceeded with the pedicure as well. She asked if I wanted the same on my feet and I said yes. Another woman did my pedicure and she did a fine job except that it wasnt gel, it was normal polish. I was not paying close attention and did not realize until she was done. I am still unsure how that miscommunication happened and they told me they would take it off and put gel on but at that point I did not want to be there anymore. When I went to pay, I told the manager that I was unhappy with the service but she was unwilling to make any kind of discount for a very disappointing (and not at all relaxing!) experience. In the end, I paid $62 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure but I chose not to leave a tip.But heres the real kicker - after all of this, I was about to pull out of the parking spot and the manager literally ran out of the store to my car to request $7 MORE dollars because she forgot to charge me for taking the gel off my toes. I told her that I paid for the services they provided for me and that I was sorry she charged me incorrectly but I would not be paying any more than I already did.My complaint is pretty specifically with the manager as she was the one who did my very below average manicure and she was the one who rudely ran out to my car to request more money. Perhaps there are other nail technicians there who do a good job as there seemed to be a few regular customers but I would absolutely not recommend this place based on my experience.

I love the friendly and tranquil atmosphere of this salon. Their prices are very reasonable compared with other places in the area, and I been able to go 3 weeks before I need a fill or a new pedicure. Heidi, the owner, is always on the scene working beside everyone else. I have been to other salons where the owner/manager sat at the reception desk and told everyone what to do. Posh Nails is a collaborative work environment and this is reflected in the excellent staff. I am so happy I found Posh Nails in Westborough, MA!

My family loves Posh. We go every two weeks for our pedicures (even in the winter). The staff is so personable and extremely professional. They spend at least 15 minutes just massaging your legs and feet.I brought my 3 month son with me and they were amazing helping me relax and even let me use the back table to change him. I felt completely comfortable and not in the least bit imposing with a baby on my lap nursing while I got a pedi.Definitely come here!

I have been going to Posh regularly (and exclusively) for the last 3 years. This is the only salon I have visited where the gel actually stays on my nails for 3 full weeks! I worked in the beauty industry for 10 years and can honestly say that Kenny & Heidis staff perform quality work and truly care about your experience at Posh. Im very surprised. After seeing the reviews on google I decided to go here for my nails. The woman that began with me was rude and short the entire time, and very abrupt when dealing with my hands. She was doing a bad job on the shape so I said I didnt want to continue. I could leave, I just dont want to continue the way she was going, so she started again and then had someone else take over. Between the two of them, the shape did not come out (I wanted coffin, I got square), and they charged me an extra $10 for the womans mistake, he told me it was because I requested that shape. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Uncomfortable. I would not recommend it to anyone. Update: a day later the tips broke. Lovely.

They charged me $50 when it was supposed to be $30 for a pedicure. It said it included any color of choice. Did not say excludes gel or gel is so much extra. How can they almost double the price with out telling you or have it in their price chart. I understand gel is usually more but where this said any color one can only assume it was one price.

I called early in the morning to request a 2 oclock appointment for a dip powder. They tell me that fine and I can come in. And I even ripped off the dip powder I had before, to save on time since I am going in on my lunch break. I get there at 2 oclock, and everyone is busy and the lady asks me to pick a color. So I pick 2 colors, I wait, after a couple of minutes I ask if they know how long it will take... and they say a couple of minutes. Its now 2:15 and I have not been acknowledged. 2:30 rolls around, and at this point my lunch break has been half wasted and I am annoyed because I know she is going to rush through my nails. She comes over in the rudest tone and goes what color, so I tell her the color an she sits to do my nails at about 2:35 (now 25 mins left to my lunch break). She asks if I want to cut my nail. I say no, I would just like to add a tip to my left pinky. and she responds with oh well thats going to cost you more...that was my last straw...After starting my nails 35 minutes late, you want to charge me more money for ONE tip...So I got up and walked out. Very disappointed in the customer service at this place.

I received quality customer care, they used great product, and took their time to do everything right. Everyone there seemed to be having a good time. I will be trying it again in the near future.

I love Posh. My Shellac manicure always lasts 2 weeks or more. There are many salons to choose from in the area and I have tried a handful but I always return to Posh. Clean, friendly, great work.

Terrible service. The people were really rude. I wanted a green gel manicure and I really liked a green color that was not in gel. I asked the lady if she had this same color in gel and she said “oh yes new color we have in gel”. As I was getting my nails done I noticed they were in fact not the same color at all. I told the lady if she had a darker color and she said yes and started painting over it with different shade, which obviously changes the color outcome. She was rude to me and got upset with me and gave me and my sisters attitude. She rushed all of us and she would take other customers, while working on two of my sisters’ manicures. I had to redo my gel mainicure completely. They had terrible customer service and their prices were overpriced compared to other nail salons around the area. They change prices based on people. No price board anywhere. For an arcylic they charged prices based on the shape and length, I have been getting arcylics done for years and have never came across this.

RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION this place has the absolutely WORST service I ever had the misfortune to experience!! Ive been getting my nails done weekly for the past 10 years and I literally have never been treated so rudely. This place is cheap and they are looking to cut corners wherever they possibly can. To top it all off, my nails chipped the VERY next day which was really a kindness since the job was so awful.

I went to this place because it was rated 5 stars, but I had an awful experience... I got a fill on my acrylics, and the top corner of one of the acrylic chipped the next day. Then two more corners chipped the day after. Then four days later, I completely lost the top end of one of my nails. It hasnt even been a week now and my acrylics are chipping off! Usually my fake nails last me a month! I will never go back here.

The Worst pedicure ever!!!! I paid 35 dollars for gel pedicure and they air dry what supposed to be uv gel pedi....so disappointed...And because they put 3 layers of nail Polish without drying it it cheap off in few days ((((Horrible job guys ((

Not the experience I wanted from a 5 star rated place. When you want a Mani Pedi you wont get what you pay for, nor will you leave there with smooth feet and hands like your supposed to. When they charged $70 for a reg Mani Pedi and you dont get what a normal Mani Pedi is supposed to be...robbery!!!! DO YOUR JOB then itll be worth it! It was so bad I left and got a mani pedi at another place. This place sucks!
