Today was my first time coming here and it was an amazing. Everyone was super accommodating and my nails ended up looking exactly like the picture i showed them. I will definitely be coming back.

For my bridal shower, I wanted nails that were a little unique, and in my searches, LS Nails in Westborough came up as a “nail art” spa. I searched their FB & IG pages and loved seeing their designs. I was excited to find a place where they wouldn’t shy away from creativity and doing something a little different. The day of my appointment, they called me and offered an earlier time slot, which I gladly accepted. My nail tech, Bi, was so helpful and patient with me listing off ideas, and I really appreciate the suggestions she gave, too, which ultimately resulted in some really glam white/French nails. The vibe was fun, too—they had music playing and the techs were all in good spirits, laughing and singing with one another. It was nice to be surrounded by kind and happy people on a busy Saturday. I’m really excited to show these nails off at my shower! Also looking forward to another fun set of nails in a couple of weeks 😊

Bobby is my new best friend at this point. I came in originally as a walk-in client but they were booked. I made an appointment for the following day and as I walked in he says Perfect timing, Talea! I know he has a lot of clients, so it felt great being remembered. He thanked me for coming back as he was getting ready to start my nails and I must say, I have never seen such a perfect coffin shaped nail! Bobby is great to talk to and radiates amazing energy. I think I have found my permanent nail tech!

My first visit to LS Nails & Spa was last week to get a manicure for a graduation. I was so impressed by the entire experience and will definitely make this my go-to place for manicures. Bobby did an exceptional job with a gel French manicure - the most beautiful French manicure I have received and all free hand while chatting with me. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Everyone was friendly and the facilities are very clean. I often have an issue where my cuticles fray from manicures but Bobby was so careful and kept that in mind after I mentioned it so I was thrilled to not only have beautiful nails but also beautiful cuticles. I highly recommend going to LS Nails & Spa!

Friendly. Very welcoming which sadly isn’t something you find in many nail salons. My nail tech was super nice, helpful when I was indecisive, really fast, meticulous and the end result was perfect.This salon was recommended to me and I’m glad I went. I literally drive an hour out of Providence, RI every two weeks just to get a pedicure with T. He takes his time, he’s attentive to details, super gentle, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. The place itself is clean and organized, especially the nails polishes. I enjoy the essential oil hot towels, the hot stone massages, and the complimentary bottle of water. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality pedicure/manicure at a reasonable price!

Went here to get my nails done for my birthday and I received so many compliments! The nail tech was so friendly and I enjoyed conversing with him as he did my nails, this for sure will be my go to place to get my nails done from now on!

Last Thursday I decided to visit this nails salon for the first time as I have seen many of its good reviews online. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by everyone in the salon. There were 4 technicians at the time.I didn’t have to wait for a second but one technician led me right to a pedicure chair.After settling down, the back massage was turned on immediately, my feet were soaked in warm water, a bottle of water was offered. The technician was very friendly and polite. He really took his time to work on my nails. Afterward I received throughly massage with hot towels, oil treatment and hot stones. The massage was so very soothing. I felt like I was receiving first class treatment.My overall experience with LS Nails and Spa in Westborough is a 100% satisfying.The salon is very clean and bright with pleasant decorations. The staff are friendly and attentive. It worths every dollar I spent there. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone who is looking for an excellent nails service.

The customer service I receive is amazing. The nail technician is very professional and does exactly what I need done.

My daughter and I went here about six months ago and had a good experience. Today, the worst customer service ever. To note I did not get my nails done. I tried to walk in without an appointment. The light said open but the door was locked. When it was opened, I asked if they were open and if they could do a pedicure. The woman barely looked up front her client and said “come back after 230.”i asked, “at 2:30 or after closer to 3?” She said “2:30.” They then motioned for me to leave and then locked the door behind me. It is 90 degrees today, and I have never been asked to leave a salon vs. being able to sit and wait. I called another salon, who said that I could come. In but it might be a wait (no problem). I went back to this salon to cancel and let them know that the reason is because I thought they were not friendly and they should have invited me to wait.

I had my nails done once, but I like it. The nail salon is clean. The nail technician is professional and very friendly. I will surely come back.
