Dianly did my nails today. I have to say that she was one of the best that I have ever had do my nails. She was so detail oriented and took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. I have been trying a lot of different nail salons to find the right one and this by far the best. I will definitely be back and ask for her. Thank you for a great experience 💖and I love my nails

This was my first time here as I was looking for a new nail spot & enjoyed the experience! I have short natural nails & came in for:Gel French Manicure & Regular polish Pedicure. Paid $70 & it was well worth it 👌Jessica took her time with my nails and despite a broken toe nail and short finger nails made the look work. She always asked my preferences and made sure I was okay and clear with cost along the way.Extra bonus they played Hip hop music & had spanish speaking nail techs available! Not good !! .-.went for the second time and a guy did my nails which I wanted cuqui to do mine but she was busy. Is only 2 weeks and 2 nails came off already 😪 not going back

I will never go back there. The girl was very pleasant but she scrubbed so hard that that evening I had cuts all over my feet and one has blistered. It’s been 5 days and i am still in pain. Also, the dip nails do not match the samples they have out. The picture below is only 1 of the 4 cuts.

Always incredibly accommodating and very professional! I have short nails and this I the only place I trust to add tips and depend on the durability of them for at least three-ish weeks. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to. My absolute go-to nail salon especially for quality. Also, very friendly staff!

I’ve been constantly disappointed with how long NexGen from other places has worked out, but trying out Krazy nails was a great experience. They don’t charge extra for shaping or mood/glow NexGen, and I really like the way my nails turned out. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks!

I asked to do dip nail polish on my hands and when they asked what color i showed them what i wanted and they said they didn’t have the color to do the French Manicure. The nail tech kept insisting to do different colors that i didn’t want nor liked. My mom did her pedicure and the towels were stained and they didn’t even use any liquid solution to pour into the water. They seemed nice but it was poor service. Never again will i go there!

I generally have a good experience. Nice staff. Clean except some aggravating flies & gnats this time. Better to make appt I feel. Today’s tech seemed tired and couldn’t cool the water down for my pedicure. You can’t write in tips on your credit card. Must use cash. They have ATM on site. $1 transaction fee which is not bad.

Sonya is by far the best nail artist I have had! She is personable works diligently and fast. She also has great customer service. I love my nail color and my simple design. I love the naturalness of my foundation.

Very comfortable salon with a relaxing atmosphere. My pedicure was extremely well done by Yesica who paid close attention to detail. My powder manicure was well done by Cuki, very neat and symmetrical. Best experience yet in this area!

It was my 1st time at krazy nails and it was a good clean place nice atmosphere & following good distance with customers. I came in to have Sonia do my nails but she handed me off to the nail tech named cookie she did a great job with my pink & white ombré square set only thing I did not like is she cut me 2 times on my cuticles 🤨😐 I don’t typically go back to a salon if they cut me because I strongly believe if you know how to do nails you know not to cut someone til they bleed...I also have a nail going sideways on my right hand 😤 but I tryed them once & it will prolly be my last time here not very satisfied with the cuts & crooked nail...wish Sonia would have done my nails like I requested when I got there 😒

The experience here was horrible I was treated and talked to horribly, because I told the lady that she was being rough and not gentle. She came in the room rushing and when I asked her to apply pressure after removing the hair,She was really rough and applied the wax really hot to my skin after telling her she was being rough she proceeded to get mad and become very on unprofessional and leave wax and the wax remover material on my face. All this occurred because I told her she was being rough. I will never go here anywhere where you treat clientele like they are not good enough for the service they provide.

I had tried a couple of nail places in the outlet mall area and was disappointed by poor overpriced workmanship. I decided to try krazy nails because of the good reviews. I was greeted immediately and my husband and I were quickly placed with a tech and both were excellent. We were both happy with service, treatment and price. Special thank you to my tech, Dianede.

Just moving down to Florida and still trying out new nail salons to call home....BUT this place definitely NOT IT!!! Whoever did my nails she seem like she ain’t even wanna be there just as rude and rough as can be and for NO REASON because my nails look like they been on for weeks already. ALL I got was a fill, gel color, and a gel color on my toes NOT even a while pedicure && it was $75 FOR WHAT!?!? Girl this place was just sad and DEFINITELY NOT worth the MONEY or your TIME!!! SMH fix it Jesus!!

My daughter recommended that I try Crazy Nails while in town for the holidays. I was immediately sat down with a nail tech. He took his time and I was initially satisfied with my nails. However, 2 days later almost all my nails began to lift and I knew that something in the application of my fill in went wrong. I went there today to talk to the manager about my nails. Sonia spoke to me with such professionalism and had a very polite demeanor. She immediately began working on my nails and refilled All my nails. Sonja is the best and the only person I will let do my nails. I got next gen dip nails done today just to strengthen my own nails. No tips no color and Sonja did an excellent job. My nail technician was very unprofessional. Didn’t know what she was doing. It’s been 1 week and my gel manicure is falling off. Next time I will ask for the Asian lady. She seemed to be experienced. I will change my review if I get a better experience.

Even though I moved back to Miami I will still make the drive up the WPB when I can just to get my nails done by her. Love this place, will always be my top go-to nail salon.

Celia is the best nail artist in the shop. She does exactly what u ask for and is so matriculate. She pays amazing attention to detail and each customers desires or requests. When I come in I would only ask for her and waiting for her to serve you is well worth the wait!!!♡♡♡♡

They charge $50 for regular polish and small acrylic nails please go elsewhere. It’s suppose to be only $28 not $50 worst place ever l will dispute my transaction.

There are some of the technicians that are good it is a nice place. The reason for the 3 stars and why I stopped going, is because I am fully bilingual and it bothers me to listen to the Hispanic Techs talking bad about the people who do not understand our language.. Yes, maybe the other Techs do it in their own language (Chinese, Vietnamese etc) but that still doesnt give anyone the right to do so.

I had my nails done previously at a shop in Miami & it was a mess. A family member recommended Krazy Nails & told me to ask for SONIA!!She did a whole 360 on my nails & I tried the dip powder for the first time! They are perfecttt!!!! The lady who did my nails was nice but the fill she did started coming up not even 2days after. I don’t think she was use to doing fills on acrylic. I also was told one price for my fill then another when I got to counter. Maybe they’re better at next gen or something. I probably won’t ever get my nails done there again but the lady who did my eyebrows did amazing and I’ll probably just go back for that.

This is a very bad nail salon, i came at 6:50pm . they close at 8:00pm. Her workers supposedly chose to go home and she did not want to service me . she locked the door so i could no come in @ 6:50 !! then what was so disrespectful was when she tried to talk through the door to avoid opening the door. do not go here because there workers go home whenever they want to and close whenever they feel like it .

My nails on the other hand I am very dissatisfied with. She didn’t get it close to the cuticle so it looks like they need to come off and it hasn’t even been a week yet. I was cut during the manicure which sometimes happens. But when I entered the store the first thing I asked for was the price list and he gave me a figure and then when I was getting ready to pay he changed it and added $5 extra I don’t think I’ll be returning. I Don’t feel like I got my money’s worth at all.

I made an appointment ahead of time and when I arrived with my party they were not ready for us. Didnt start assisting us for 30 minutes. They were so understaffed that two people in my party didnt get their nails done. It took them 3 hours to do gel nail polish and a regular pedicure. My gel polish started chipping in 2 days. I will not be going back.

I had my pedicure here and one guy started my feet. He did a wonderful job, but when it came to the polish job this one lady (I think she was the owner or something) pushed him out of the way to finish my polish she rushed through it and it was just horrible. The polish was on cuticles and on the big toes the sides were missing polish. In all I was here for 3 hours. Plus I had to wait another 45 minutes for my toes to be redone.

Sonia saved the day!! I had come to get my nails done for my 21st birthday and unfortunately I wasn’t too pleased with how it came out. I came back the next day because there were two nails starting to come off and Sonia took care of it and even shaped it the way I like it!!IM OBSESSED WITH THEM NOW AND CANT STOP SHOWING THEM OFF! Ive been going to Krazy Nails for the past several years. Ive tried other nail salons and Im not as pleased with the results. So whenever possible I use Krazy Nails. My only real complaint is that sometimes they may overbook their appointments so it takes a couple of hours to get a mani /pedi.

Hit or miss depending on who you get. Pedicure was thorough but I had to aak for certain things to make sure it was. Not a good feeling. I like to relax during a pedicure not watch the person like a hawk to make sure all is being done right.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for about 6 months and all the times that Ive been there Ive had a great experience with the Nail Tech Anna. However I got my last pedicure and the Nail Tech was really aggressive long story short her Tools must have been dirty because I got a nasty toe infection which was oozing pus! I called to speak to the manager about the situation and she totally dismissed it saying that we can give you a $5 discount. I told her absolutely not and because of those results I will never come back to this nail salon or even recommend them. They lost a very good customer.

I walked in I was greeted as I was picking a color another customer walked in behind me and was seen right away. As I was waiting a second lady came in and was helped again. I asked what was going on and was told the second one had a appointment understandable. Then I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes before someone was going to help me. I just left not sure if I would go back again I felt not important as a customer other staff wasnt busy someone could have assisted me.

I was looking for a new nail place and came across the reviews online for this one . I figured it was a good place to go but I was dead wrong. When I first walked in I requested full set acrylics and I wanted the paint to be ombré . The nail tech recommended nextgen which I had never had, she said ombré would look best with them so I took her advice . After the nail tech applied the next gen my heart broke, my nails looks so messy and you can see my real nails on the corner ! Then the other nail tech tried to validate it by saying that it was the shape of my nail that was weird and not my techs fault, long story short, I made them remove it ALL and I will never be coming back .
