I really liked the way i felt welcomed. I did gel manicure and pedicure. She really did a good job. I didn’t spend too much time. She was always checking with me to see if i like the way she was doing the work. Great job 👏🏻. Keep it up 👍

Ne is the absolute best! She takes her time and does the best pedicure and gel nails! I am a very loyal customer of hers and wont let anyone else touch my nails!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new nail place. After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance on this place. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I asked for an acrylic fill and was directed to the only male technician in the salon. I have to admit I was really skeptical at first, my only experience with a male technician in the past did not go well and made me leave that salon. Hahn (spelling might be wrong) did a GREAT job! He is very particular and takes his time to make sure it’s done right, no shortcuts! Everyone else in the salon seemed very nice although I did not interact with them. I will definitely be back to see him! Love my new nails.

I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years now and I absolutely love it!! I go to Nih who is amazing and does exactly what you ask her. She also does my eyebrows and I love how they come out every time. It is a very friendly environment. The male technician is also amazing too. He does my sister in laws nails and she always leaves there very happy. I highly recommend this place.

Wow. So table i was seated at was dirty. Then when young lady got started, she whipped out tools from her drawer that were loose and not in a sanitary bag. I questioned her about this and she stated they were cleaned. Huh? But now they are sitting in your dirty drawer. I then noticed that no one had their licenses displayed. This is when I made my exit and I will not go back. 🤮

Nhe was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to get dip powder and my eyebrows done. She did a wonderful art design on my nails that I loved. This is a great place to come in and relax. If you want nail artist come here !

Came in to get my eyebrows waxed and honestly I LOVED IT! The staff was super friendly and thorough with my brows. Basically it was the least painful eyebrow wax I’ve ever had and super thorough.

Affordable - I got gel pedi and gel mani for $65 before tip - and competent. Would come again.

Called to have Nhi to do my nails because of the reviews. Had apt for 5:30. I called early to make sure my apt was with her and she said I could come in now if I wanted to. So I went there thinking she was ready because she told me to come in when I called at 2:45. Told her I could come in and I would be there a little after 3. Got there at 3:10. Walked in and shes doing someones nails. I was surprised but I patiently waited for over 30 min. The girls nails she was working on had at least 20 more min to go. Felt it was very unprofessional and disrespectful for her to tell me to come in early like she was ready for me and then let me sit there and wait so long.

This is by far the best place I’ve gotten my nails done. The environment is great and everyone is super nice. I get my nails done by either Nee or Lydia. They’re both equally amazing and very nice. They give you exactly what you want and they’re gentle unlike other people that have done my nails. I would 100% recommend Crystals nail and spa. Ask for Nee or Lydia! They’re great!!

Walked in willing to wait and the Cuban lady sitting on the back was extremely rude. The lady upfront kept asking her to take care of me and she said no they can go to another salon and said there are many nail places around here. First time looking for a good nail salon and experience the worst ever. I see there are many good reviews and I can not see that from my experience.

Love Ne!! Not too sure what the bad reviews are about they are very in accurate I’ve been coming for a very long time and know them very well and I’ve seen a lot since I’ve been coming here. I absolutely love this salon. The entire staff is friendly and very attentive to their customers. I have gone to many salons in Palm Beach County and my nails never last more than 2 weeks before getting them filled. Since Ive been coming here, I literally can go up to 6 weeks without my nails being lifted. My go to nail tech is Lidia, she is amazing!!!FYI- This is a BILINGUAL nail salon! (English/Spanish)

Called to schedule a gel manicure and pedicure for myself and a manicure and pedicure for my friend. When I got here they took cate of me immediately but my friend was left waiting. If they were too busy to accommodate us I wish they would have said so. He ended up not getting anything because he didn’t want to wait forever. Also really hate when there is a language barrier between the person doing my nails and me. Found the place to be overcrowded.

Their floor was dirty. They have poor customer service. They had me waiting for an hour and never once even said a word. They all just talk to each other and leave people waiting. I was willing to give them a try but apparently i’m not the only one who has had this problem.

The AC was at 80°. Thats insane. Apparently the owner bought an ac where you can only control it through their phone and had us burning in the salon. It was colder outside than inside. Mind me this is in south florida. Out of everyone in the salon, only one person speaks english, so you gotta ask across the room what you want/need and everyone hear your problems so they can translate and then laught at you.My mother and my 5 year old daughter kept complaining, and i just couldnt do anything.Just a horrible experience.

1st time i went i just got a full set. And it went okay. A little sloppy but i gave it the benefit of the doubt. But i went today and got a refill and my eyebrows waxed. First of all i came home and had to pluck my eyebrows anyway because she missed a whole bunch. Like barely looked like she did anything. Then the older woman did my nails. I wanted matte grey and she put a shine topcoat. Painted sloppy and rushed through so she smeared the very simple dots and nail polish all over my cuticles. Im not going back. Id rather catch the bus then go here which is within walking distance.

Be careful they give out your personal information out to others. They gossip about you once you leave the nail salon. Do not go there. The woman are very disrespectful they make you wait for hours and do not even apologize.they make sure that you have tip them even if they did not do a good job. Once you leave they talk about you how you wanted this on your nails how you wanted that on your nails. Please go somewhere else you dont need that bad energy.

This place is ok. They lady who did my pedicure did a good job. No one turn on the chair massager nor was there a remote to do it myself. Theres only one person who does nexgen. They charge a little more than others. The have a very small variety of colors.

Good work at a decent price. Plus they were willing to open up early to accommodate me -- so stellar customer service.

For me it is wonderful and I say it because I am just a nail technician, but I like to give myself time to go to another place where they please me and this is undoubtedly one of the best, my acrylic nails Lidia leaves them impeccable and the best pedicure is with olguita without a doubt, they are all very professional and the cost of the services is relatively equal to that of other salons, I recommend them without a doubt !!!
