I discovered this place few months back And since then I always go to Dustin, he takes good care of his clients. Ive seen how the other techs work and it is just as good. They are all great, the place and ambiance is really nice. Highly recommend!! Call and make your appointment with lovely Mike 😊

I never do this, but the more I think about it, the more upset I am. I found this salon yesterday after my original salon was closed for Labor Day. The salon was clean, and the guy at the desk was great, so I decided to get a gel pedicure. I ended up paying $60 before tip which is completely outrageous in itself, but I’m guessing because I chose for lavender scented water? Which they did not mention would be an extra charge hut I am taking responsibility for the cost, I’m not here to leave a bad review regarding that.But, with that being said - for $70 I would expect a great pedicure, which was the opposite of what I got.. most of toenails are crooked, and my big toe is cut so deeply it has not stopped bleeding since I left the salon yesterday. I have attached pictures below.

I havent gotten a pedi in ages and it seems prices are a bit higher than I remember. Everything is deluxe: organic, scents, sea salt, 45 minute or 60 minute massage, hot towel, scrub, etc. It was my first time here. I enjoyed my time here. I definitely needed it. My nail tech was Winston. His real name is Lam. 🤗 He goes by Winston because thats his sons name. Managers name is Mike. Real name My. But you have to call them by their American name or theyll have no idea who youre asking for. 😮 Nice layout to the salon. Lots of male techs there and they were all taken. Must be for good reason. Ill be back soon enough. Thank you.

Decided to try a new salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. I opted for a Dead Sea pedicure. Was supposed to be like a milk and honey soak and a tea tree scrub. I didn’t observe any of that happening during my pedicure. Nail tech was nice but a little cold. My nails did come out nice. The owner/manager is very aggressive. Wile getting my nails done there was a young lady sitting next to me getting a full set. She could not understand the question she was being asked by her nail tech. She asked the manger to help relay the question. His first response was we are going to stop doing your nails if you can’t communicate. It was so uncomfortable. It was a simple language barrier made more difficult by the tech wearing a mask. Even I could not understand his question. Luckily the young ladies mom chimed in and told her what he was asking. The tech was nice as all the techs seemed to be kind and professional. The manager/owner is definitely the problem at this salon.

I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon. The owner is rude, unprofessional, and an antimasker. I have had a few unpleasant experiences at nailbar 54, but today I was in a pinch and conveniently it’s across the street from me. Every time I go in there I get charged a different price. Their website says $30 full sets with $10 off a full set, but of course I was not charged that. Owner claimed due to prices going up for everything else, he would not honor it, even though it is still on his website. My nail shape is horrible, as you can see below. All i get is a square set of acrylics with gel polish, didn’t think it would be that hard. The owner is extremely rude and cheap. Run while you can!

First time visiting today, I made an appointment. I have some really mixed feelings.Location and inside is gorgeous!The front desk doesnt seem to smile. However, my nail tech performed exactly what I wanted and did a great job with the next gen dip. They look great, right?! But, when it came to the nail drill and the nail filling Im curious if they really knew what was my nail and what was my skin. Maybe she mightve been rushing or not paying enough attention, but I was cut 5 or more times? My fingers are pretty sore, but my nails look fantastic? Still on the fence. I wanted to relax today, but to be honest I just really feel on edge and beat up.Update: 3 out of my 10 fingers are okay. The rest are all hot, throbbing, sore and tender to the touch. I have to wear a bandaid on one because of the open skin. Its painful to do anything with my fingers...

This was my first time in the salon. Wow! I had a great experience. Dan my new nail tech and Mikey made me feel welcome. They didn’t know tomorrow is my birthday until I was leaving. Again, I had a great experience here. I truly recommend this salon to get pampered.

Ive been to this nail salon before and have had good experiences. TODAY was not the same. I could tell during my service that the person doing my pedicure was inexperienced. Once I left the salon, in the sunlight I could see all the imperfections ( bubbles, unevenness, and looks like the 2nd coat wasnt done on the whole nail). I will be taking this off and not sure if Im returning. The crazy part is I went with someone and their nails turned out great.

The quality of service is good. Happy with my nails however the owner RUDE. If I ask for a breakdown of my total so I can properly give each tech the tip they deserve I get told rudely. Don’t worry about give what I give they are a married couple Then I am made to feel foolish when I didn’t see the tech sitting in the chair with his head down. Or made to feel I certain way when I ask where is my nail tech to give her her tip. Poor customer service on front end part. But techs are good

Really nice people who genuinely like their job. They make you feel at home and take great care of the customers. Walk-in available so that was really convenient for me. I recommend trying them. The hours are convenient as well.

First time at this establishment and it was an awful experience. I should have known the minute I recognized the false advertisement with the cover photo online. Not a shabby place at all. Nice place, however it was not the ambiance I was expecting. They do not have off white leather seats. Its all black individiual basic seats. They also had a $20 online special advertised, that also was not true. They stated it was no longer available when I arrived. I was already there so I proceeded with pedicure. I cant even explain the pedicure- very inexperienced. I couldnt even enjoy it... I give better home pedicures. My feet were not even scrubbed properly, barely clean cuticles. Once I was seated, I was told it would be $30 for pedicure end up paying $55. Horrible experience.

This nail salon was rude and too expensive. In the about section in Google maps, the owner says that you would receive an orange juice, tea, or coffee and get pampered. All I got was yelled at by my nail specialist. All I did was try to tell her how I wanted my nails done and she told me to shut up and wait till she was done. I will NEVER ever go there again. Plus, the nails didnt last as long as other salons Ive been to.

Added fees for using a credit card, while the fees were posted nowhere… didn’t even mention what the fee was for until I swiped my card. I literally had cash in my wallet I could’ve used. Not only that, but two of my fingers have INFECTIONS. Never in my life have I gotten an infection in my nail beds. I’m disgusted.

I paid $100 with tip for manicure and pedicure and they did not even paint all my toe nails. I mean you can see they did that because they don’t want to clean outside of the nail... Got home and found out if not I would have ask for them to fix it... Also too overpriced!

This nail shop rushed my service due to me coming at 7 pm and they closed at 8pm. The nail tech kept making comments that I should have came earlier if I wanted designs. provided poor service and I left with this horrible nail design that I was over charged for. Would not recommend.

I had an bad experience here before and they resolved the problem. I have been going to the same nail tech every time I visit. However he was fully booked. I was about to leave but the manager convinced me to try one of his other employee & it was the biggest mistake. My nails are too think and some of them aren’t shaped good. I have dry polish on my skin and it was an uncomfortable experience. I’ll won’t come back anymore

Extremely friendly and accommodating! The gentleman who greeted us was very helpful. They sat us promptly and got right too it. My niece and I had a wonderful bonding experience!

Everytime I come in to get my nails done they do the best job. I’m always happy and love my nails. They also last forever sometimes about a month and change. The only nail salon in west Palm I come too.

Literally is my favorite spot to calm and pamper myself. I love Mike the most here and all of his staff. Very tidy and generous. The staff here gets me situated really quickly even with all the customers they still managed to finish my mani/pedi and eyebrows in time every single time! I recommend all my friends here because the services is just that amazing, so if you’re a looking for a comfy salon with affordable prices I’d definitely recommend especially for a new comer ❤️.

My first experience at NailBar54 was amazing Mikey at the front desk is very nice and amusing. He makes sure all his customers are taken care of and actually checks up on them. Long is amazing on fancy designs as well. He takes his time and finished doing my nails and actually went over his work to make sure they were all perfect. I definitely recommend this nail salon. When I first walked in I was impressed by how nice it was inside however by the end of my trip to nailbar54 I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. My nails are bumpy, not smooth at all. The lady that did my nails put a glob of top coat on and it dried in patches leaving my nails bumpy and so ugly. Not to mention some nails or croocked & not filed correctly. The nail overflows and looks hideous. I went back the next day to have her fix them and smooth them out. She drilled the top coat off, made them smooth & put a new top coat on where she did the same exact thing as the first time and put a giant glob on my nail, let it dry and is all bumpy. Not smooth at all. My nails are so ugly and I paid 60$ for them. This salon is over priced for horrible quality nails. I will never return and would never recommend to anyone. The guy at the front desk was rude towards the end of my visit and completely rushed me out the door. So so so unprofessional in all categories.

I just moved here so I wanted to find a new nail salon. This place was a huge disappointment. I got dip nails that are poorly done and already chipping, which I didnt think dip would even do. I got a gel pedicure and the guy got gel polish around my nails and never cleaned up. Its also overpriced for what it is. I paid over 120 for a (very basic) pedicure and dip nails that are chipping less than a week after being done.

Prices are not posted. I let it be known it was my first time. At checkout I could not pay with my American Express . Mike started to explain some non sense about the cost the business pays for using AMX. But the guy who did my nails said they been in business for 10years smh. You can only tip in cash. Mind you NONE of this is posted in the establishment. Fill $35 but a full set $40 . Make it make sense regardless I will not be back.

I went to get a pedicure done and I told him that my feet hurt and can he cut the inside of my big toe nail and he took a deep breathe and told me to sit back but never did what I ask him to and when I mentioned it again he ask if I wanted someone else to do my pedicure, just because I ask him to do something I’m paying for .. the man at the front is also rude and arrogant, also they prices always change and they charge you $5 extra to take off gel nail polish, how when offer gel polish... never again

I have never written a negative review before but after giving this salon numerous chances I will never be going back. After a miscommunication on price at a previous visit, the front desk employee reluctantly gave me $10 in credit to use for my next appointment. I came back, willing to give it another try, and I was in shock when the same employee made very mean comments to me as I was paying, regarding the credit he gave me. Specifically how he will never do that again and had to go out of [his] way to pay the staff extra due to [my] inconvenience. I have been to dozens of salons and never received such rude remarks before. Good customer service is NOT berating your customer at their next visit and holding a grudge. On top of all of that, the technician was extremely rushed and rough with my nails, didnt listen to any of my requests, and caused multiple cuts on my nails. I really wanted to like this place because of its convenient location, but trust me, it is not worth your time or money.

My first time here, and Im loving it. I normally go to one place in NYC and now Ive discovered this place in Florida. Hes doing a great job tending to my feet and did pretty well on my nails as well. Definitely not gonna be my last time, and considerably making this my go to spot in FL.

This is the best salon in West Palm! When I first moved here a year ago, I went to 6 nail salons before I found Nailbar 54. It is clean, open 7 days a week, and has exceptional nail techs. I have loved every set of nails I have ever gotten done from them!

UPDATE: (previous post Randeshia Coats) so the same day (Monday)I visited this nail salon my gel started to chip . Arrived at 9:30am the next day for them to fix it and they (A woman) did. Wednesday 3 more began to chip and because of my schedule I was not able to go back on Wednesday. So Today I arrive greeted by the Manager Mike who was beyond Rude by saying” I remember you you left a one star on Google….” Business 101 YOU NEVER CONFRONT A CUSTOMER ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE IN YOUR BUSINESS. After telling him he is completely out of line and asking who is fixing my nail, I was sat next to lovely woman who also expressed to me that if it was for her nail tech she won’t come back either. Apparently this manager has a reputation of being rude to customers. Whoever owns this nail bar needs NÉEDS NEW MANAGEMENT because this experience could have went way left because of how this man approached me. ETHAN DID AMAZING FIXING ALL MY NAILS. But I won’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT

Came here for a service. Went to pay and The hipster behind the counter who I’m guessing is the owner rolled his eyes at me when I went to pay with a credit card instead of cash. Money is money whether it’s cash or card. Between His body language and eye rolling it was quite noticeable and awkward. Hey bud, learn some customer skills and be friendlier. Your running a Buissness. You should know about non-verbal communication as I read it very quickly. Way to push away your dedicated customers.

Ive been looking for a new go-to nail salon/spa for a while now, and I think I have finally found it!They were very friendly and welcoming, and Dan did an amazing job on my nails. I’m from out of town and really needed my nails done and took a chance on this random shop....but I’m glad I did. I was a walk in and hesitant at first but From the moment I walked in MIKE greeted us and was very outgoing. MIKE was attentive, kind, and got everyone taken care of in a timely manner. No one had to wait longer than 2 minutes. LISA was my nail tech and she was very friendly and warm. She didn’t force anything you didn’t want and didn’t try to ‘up sale’. She was very good company I would ask for her every time I came back. The nail shop was very very clean. People constantly scrubbing the chairs and all the tools were constantly sanitized. All COVID-19 guidelines were followed 10/10 highly recommend.

My girl got her nails done here yesterday and when she told me the price I almost had a heart attack first of all... then they posted her nails, out of curiosity I asked how much they would charge... they told me half the price of what they charged her.. I had her call and ask what was going to be done about it and whoever was on the phone was very rude and aggressive and disrespectful towards my female. The clear disrespect, unprofessional, and scam they got going on is crazy to even think about how they’re still in business

I would give no stars if I could. This poor excuse for a salon refused me service because I have psoriasis and my nails are in poor shape as a result of the condition. I explained kindly that the condition is in no way contagious, it just causes my nails to grow in improperly. They exclaimed loudly throughout the salon that my feet were disgusting and to leave right now. They are disrespectful and are discriminatory in their practices. I instead went to Palm Beach Foot and Nail Spa who did a great job.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They are so unprofessional and rude. I’ve been to many nails salons and this one is the the worst by far. Run away.

Loved this place. Walked in and was greeted right away with smiling faces. Asked what I’d like and showed me a couple colors that they thought would look nice with my skin tone. Very friendly and came out perfect. First time here and will definitely come back! Everyone here was really friendly and nice. Recommend this place for everyone!

Great service I did a walk-in fill for nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and with a lil tweak I got what I wanted. Theres a bar but I didnt get anything. Nice atmosphere and it doesnt smell like the typical nail shop. Treat yourself.

Normally not a bad experience but on Tuesday I did my nails and the entire experience was subpar. I asked for my nails to be done a particular way and they were not. The color was sanded off and pitchy patchy. I asked for square nails they were rounded. I left with the the nails lifting as well. All things I showed before I left. The manager told me to come back when I had some time and they would redo them because they don’t want a customer to be unhappy. I appreciated that because it sounded like he cared. So today I went back and he pretty much said nothing is wrong with my nails and he can’t have his people redo them for free. My nails were not done properly in the beginning and I was not going to keep them this way. So my nails were redone. He tried to crack jokes during the process and I’m pretty sure they had dialogue about me. At the end he stated he will give me $10 off. If I knew I was coming here to pay for someone to redo my nails that y’all messed up. I’d go elsewhere. Super unprofessional and did not keep his word as a manager.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This salon is overpriced and over all rude. I got a pedicure and acrylic set for DOUBLE the price on the website. When I asked why he said because you got long nails... last time I checked acrylic nails ARE LONG NAILS!! The worst part is that he cut me, even putting that green liquid on to stop the bleeding and when I call to say that, the terrible receptionist called me a freak and hung up. Needless to say...STAY AWAY. Not to mention half the workers were not wearing masks at all. In all my years of getting my nails done, this was by far the worst salon in America.

It was my first visit and I asked about the coupon on their website for a $20 pedicure. The manager wouldn’t override it stating with Covid his prices are higher which that’s fine, I was handled a book of deluxe pedicures and I had to ask for whatever their normal pedicure is. Also the guy that did my toes kept asking me if I wanted gel polish and I said no and kept embarrassing me asking me multiple times if I wanted gel. Now onto my nexgen nails, he maybe dipped them twice and because they were so fragile they broke within a week and he again tried to use gel as my top coat and I had to tell him I didn’t want gel. This place is already overpriced and pushy and they try and raise it with add ons like the gel. I didn’t appreciate being treated like that. So I won’t be returning.

I’m here in West Palm visiting a friend, on vacation & we decided to visit Nail Bar 54. I had previously gotten a manicure & pedicure before visiting so I decided to only get a POLISH CHANGE* on both my nails & toes. I was charged $55 dollars for a gel polish color change. I was told that my nail polish change was $30 & my toes were $25. THIS IS INSANE! These prices are not on the price list online nor in shop* From what I saw on their website I literally paid for a MANICURE & PEDICURE, but only got a POLISH CHANGE! I feel very much so taken advantage of & there was absolutely nothing I could do about it except argue the fact that I felt I was overcharged & the work wasn’t great at all. BEWARE of this shop! Especially to my POC! And it’s not only in Palm Beach! These nail shops & people like this take advantage of people ALL THE TIME! Had I known my bill would be $55 for gel polish change, I would have definitely had a change of mind. If you’re getting something other than what’s on their price list, ASK HOW MUCH THE SERVICE WILL BE PRIOR TO! Because what I experienced today was disgusting & highway robbery!

I’ve been going to this nails shop for years I have no complaints. The best option if your in a hurry is to call and make an appointment. They ask who you would like, preferred time and if they don’t have that they try to accommodate you in any way possible . All of the staff is nice . And my go to nail tech for years now is Kevin I’m always happy with his work he’s patient, funny and his work is amazing. 😌😌

I love this nail salon not only is it professional but good on timing. When I set my appointment I come in and receive the services rendered that I requested. I love Andy he does my nails like no other has done before. He is an expertise with his craft. I have been knowing him for over 4 years and still seeing him to get my nails and toes done. I advise to come here and it’s in a nice area also!

I’m never the one to leave reviews, but I feel the need to warn anyone who’s thinking of giving this place a shot... DONT! After my experience at NailBar 54, I will never be going back. They are rude, unprofessional, and you can tell they’re are making little jokes about you the whole time by the looks and smirks. I’d honestly go to the flea market or Walmart to get my nails done before this place, that’s seriously how bad they look and how unwelcome they make you feel!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

The lady i had was very friendly!! Very professional they did my pedicure even after my gels even though they were fixing to close. I cant remember her name but she was amazing!!!

I just moved here to West Palm and I was looking for nails salon. Thank God I stumble across this nail salon because I am very picky when it come to my nails and I don’t usually give reviews like that but let me tell you guys this by far the best service. Dustin did an amazing job with everything. The best part about it all was the foot massage and the place is very relaxing 😌 I’m in love ❤️
