I went there with 2 friends, one got short simple nails and they made her pay 55 for them and mine had 2 designs and they made me pay 70 when in the website it said 25 for a full set and 5 for 2 nails design. When we comfronted them they said that the website wasnt theirs it was another store. Also my friend said one of the employees was flirting with her when shes barely 14 years old. disgusting, honestly. never again.

The person who did my nails is very unprofessional. Ive been going here since we all return to the real world n they r very money hungry a co worker recommended this place so I kept going even though I was very unhappy the last straw was the last time I went there the guy Steven cut me he was drilling so deep I let him know n instead of apologizing he snapped at me n told me how then tomo ill come back if it comes apart I was very offended n stopped talking I could hardly wait for him to finish that was the last straw original I was going to do a pedicure but I changed my mind as I went up to pay he Had the nerve to ask for a tip I told him to charge my card for my nails n thatwas it...very unprofessional n money hungry as another patron wrote....I do not recommend this place ....

Linda was fantastic.... quick, efficient and friendly. My nails look great! Pedicure by peter didnt have as much care put into it. Massage lasted about 30 seconds but overall did a great job on my feet. Definitely recommend for the price.

I order a couple of things from Wish to be picked up here, I went on a Tuesday and they told me the lady at the front desk isn’t here today. I called earlier and made sure that I can pick up my wish order that day and they told me on the phone I could. Then I came back two days later and make the 30 minute drive again and the lady at the front said I picked up everything before I got there. When I explain that she closed the order I still have not received my smart watch ($7.00). She said she will contact wish and gave me a refund. A week later I texted them and she said it takes a while to get a response. Now a MONTH later I am still out $7.00 because she will not answer my text and give me an update. Would NEVER go back there and I contact wish myself and filed a complaint.

Came in to do a set of fills with gel polish and I needed three Nails repaired. Total was $54! It would have been cheaper for a brand new set. Way too expensive and the quality was not that great. Poor cleanup job of the nails. I actually had to tell the girl to file my nail down before gluing on the tips. Who glues on a tip without filing the nail first to get old acrylic and glue off. This will be my first and last visit here.Update: one of the $5 nail repairs popped off 5 days later. mind you I told her that she did not put enough acrylic on that nail when she was finishing up. She didnt listen. But what do I know right? Im only the customer whos been getting her nails done for over 30 years! Her name is Lee by the way

I requested a simple color and black marble design, and received a choppy 2 color unblended acrylics with globs of black as design with top coat covered before it was even dried! I left satisfied from how they’d look from afar, but up close they’re horrendous! They’re bumpy and not smooth at all, and Here I am a day later and they’re pealing. Never again.

A true rip off they do not have a price menu because they are overcharging people and as long as you don’t question them for details they will rob you blind and charge you for services they did not do.

When asked to remove a color off my nails the manager refused and told me that it was my problem that was the color that I chose so that’s what I’m supposed to have so I told her I did not like it and she told me there’s no one there to do them. So we begin to argue about me Not liking my nails she just walked away while I was talking which was very rude unprofessional I will never go again nor will I refer to her!!

We called them twice to make an appointment for 6:15 to see if that time was okay, and two people said and confirmed with us that it would be okay. One even called back to tell us. We arrived at 6:15 and they said they could not do the appointment. Do not come here. They are far from professional. They dont even answer their phone.

This place is very unprofessional and rude! I made an appointment and was reassured I would have someone ready for me at my appointment time and that it was written in the schedule yet when I get there I was waiting as if I was a walk in and when I questioned what was going on after over 20min of waiting they had the nerve to say they were going to take a line of eyebrows before doing my nails despite the fact they were all walk ins and I was not and have already been waiting. Despite my frustrations, I asked how long it would be and the response I got was Im not going to give you a time and was given the ultimatum to wait or leave. Before things escalated due to how horrible her attitude was and how rude she was I left and will not be back. By far the worst I have encountered.

Walked in and was immediately sat. It took about 30 minutes total. I asked for a natural look and so he did a pink powder. Cut me several times then said it was my fault because I’m a nail biter. Been getting my nails done for years and never had an issue because I have short nail beds. All of the nails are misshapen, bubbly, weird looking. I could have done better with an $8 KISS nails set. He rushed through, didn’t take his time. See pictures. $44.Heed everyone’s warning, and just go somewhere else.

This place was recommended to me by a woman with beautiful nails but I clearly got my nails done by the wrong nail tech. This man paid no attention to detail.

Had a such a wonderful nail tech by the name of Megan. She corrected a horrible job done at Avalon nails. She was patient, kind and very friendly. Took the time to explain things properly and made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Very easy to talk to and all around very personable. Glad I found her. Love this place. I came to Palm Beach this morning to visit my cousin for a few days and first thing to do, she took me to this salon to have some girls quality time. I have to say my first impression for it is amazing. A smile goes a long way and staff here for sure know how to treat their customers. Very friendly and professional. They have the place very clean and organized. They use high quality products with very reasonable price. Will definitely come back next time I am in town. Highly recommended !!!

Sat here for over 40 mins and was told they could not service me after the wait. Arrived before 11am and told to pick out color. Wait patiently with my 3 children as I am widowed. At 1140 the owner came to tell me the wait would be very long. Offered me nothing for my time.

Good clean work in a slightly fast paced atmosphere with a great variety of high quality gel color. Got Gel Manicure and it turned out great as i expected. The lady that did my nails was very sweet and did a paint job very well. I really loved it. Price was very cheap for such a great works and great services. Will be back

I love this place. You cant go wrong with $25 for a gel manicure! I think the woman who does my nails is so nice. Shes pretty good and attentive. They have a variety of gel colors and brands which is great. The pedis are good too, though I would like them to last a little longer. But its pretty inexpensive compared to many other places in FL.I also loved the way my eyebrows ($8) looked after getting them done here.

Ive been visiting this nail salon for almost one year and now i still love them and visit them more often because they always give me the best Manicure and Pedicure ever. Their staffs are really friendly and know a lot of designs. They also have a huge gel collection so you have many different choices. Top Nails Tech is a perfect nails salon located in West Palm Beach. Actually, they really put in the time and care to get your nails. I had an excellent gel full set nails service with great price. The nails technician who did my manicure was really helpful in choosing a color. She kindly let me know that the color I picked might not work with my coloring and suggested a similar pinker color instead. Furthermore, I have been getting compliments on the polish color all week with coworkers asking for the polish brand and name. I was happy and love this place so much.

I wish I could share a picture on here. You guys would NOT believe this. I walk in and they said no wait time, great. Picked out my color and they had me sat down for about 15 minutes.. so I asked is there anybody for the toes, they said yes. You can literally see each separate coat on the top of my nails like a blob. I hate it! Didn’t cut, barely filed. I got my nails done and when I tell her to cut my cuticle .. she literally cuts a chunk of my cuticle off and it would not stop bleeding! This is now, infected! You didn’t care to wipe off the blood before putting nail polish on... guys do yourselfs a favor don’t come here.

I found this place on Yelp which was near my hotel and i decided to give a try. Honestly, everything about this place was awesome!!! The atmosphere was really nice and the environment was clean. I got greeted and welcomed by the owner and staffs when i walked in. I had Gel Manicure and it was totally worth my money because they did a very great job. The color on my nails looked just so beautiful. My technician was very sweet and only focused on me. I love this nail salon and highly recommend it to anyone!

Honestly went in there expecting a great manicure. We waited for a while which wasnt a problem. But once I sat down I got a terrible vibe. My nails are HORRIBLE. Honestly I never complain but this time I had too. The guys license was expired since 2013. Worst place I have ever come too. It deserves no stars at all. Honestly it was my first time and it will also be my last time. If you need a good nail salon go to U.S. Nails and ask for Ben he is honestly very good and you will be satisfied. Im not trying to promote that place or anything but they are the best. This place is honestly a joke and it was way more expensive. And dont tell me to try again because I honestly never will!

Bad customer service, guy walks up and asks what do you need and walks away without saying a word. He doesnt bother telling you if theres a wait or how many people are ahead. Theres no structure, people just walk in not knowing if theres people waiting before them and the nail techs just assume whoever is in front of them that they are next. Never coming back to them.

Horrible I just left from over there. I was told a 20 minute wait time and it turned into over a hour wait. Plus they claim that they go in order with the arrival of customers but its not true. Poor service. I will not be back there. No stars for me!

I see I am not the first to write a bad review. I am glad this happened to me because I should be glad that they did not do my pedicure. I got done early from work . The salon is in my mall where I work, I called to see if they could take me for a Pedi. They said I would have a wait, with was fine. I was brought back and was soaking. The Man who put me in a chair disappeared. I asked and was told he went to Lunch. Are you kidding me!!!!

The pedicurist did not speak any English and could not understand basic instructions. They did a horrible job on my feet... Didnt cut them down. Then after 1 night 2 of my gel polished toe nails peeled completely off. I Didnt like my polish and they tried to charge me $22 to change the color. Never again!! 😡

This place literally gave me the worst full set I have ever had. The polish was clumpy and the nails were completely crooked and my hands literally hurt afterwards. Way over priced for the quality of service! I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for anything here. The only tech worth while here is Meghan

Great prices and great people. I havent had my nails done in a while and Im usually really picky. I went in to get a full acrylic set and did gel powder instead. Nick was the one who helped me and he was probably the only person that never hurt me before doing my nails. My nails came out amazing and Ill definitely go back to him again.

This nail salon was expanded and upgraded in 2015, the chairs are all new, the inside of the salon has been redesigned. All of the nail technicians are very skilled at what they do. I took my girlfriend to give her a full set of gel polish and after seeing her end result, I decided to have my finger nails trimmed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to get their nails done.

I have been coming here for 3 months now. Michael does not do a good job. I came in at 5:45 pm. The lady finished my toes and there was no one available to do my hands. Very unprofessional. The front desk lady just simply took off and no one wanted to stay. Will not be coming back for sure.

Saw Maggie, last night, and my nails are already lifting and cracking. She drilled so far down she almost went through my nail bed and when removing my previous gel nails ripped two of my real nails halfway off causing me to bleed. Some nails are lopsided, and my nails on my left hand look like they were done over a week ago because of the gap from where she didnt fill. The only good nail tech Ive seen, there, has been Megan. She is amazing 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I wish i could give this place zero stars. I went to top nail tech to get a gel manicure and it was horrible. The lady who did my nails was rude and complained when i asked if she could remove the nail polish off of my fingers after she did a horrible job of painting my finger nails. She burned me with her nail drill and didn’t paint most of my nail telling that it was because my nails were to short. I do not recommend coming to top nail tech to get your nails done. The management was run poorly and clients who had set appointments where leaving because their appointment time wasn’t respected. It was an overall horrible experience.

Got fungus on both if my bird finger nails, never had that in my life.... trying to do my nails fast and left the liquid on my nails and thats what I got. I go to them all the time and never had that to happen to me.

I went in yesterday for pedicure and decided to wax my eyebrows. Toes are good, but my eyebrows are still the same as when I went in yesterday. Very disappointing I want refund for eyebrows I will spend 9 dollars on someone to do it correctly the first time. No good on waxing. I was going to do lashes but I see key details is not the legacy of this location.

I did my nails today,I usually go there toDo my nails and I was told pick a color then the women came and told me to sit down in the chair that the man will come and help me,when he was Asking me for what shape I wanted and color and everything then a lady comes in there then she talks to him.After, he told me to go sit somewhere else so he can attend her.I waited for about 15 minutes and somebody else attended me I told the guy I wanted coffin shaped nails.The shape he did is not even coffin shaped nails and he also left a whole bunch of air bubbles It is not even been 24 hours yet and I already have a whole bunch of air bubbles he even messed up the nails honestly it was horrible serviceThe man that did m my nails was Rick Scott.I do not recommend him😤

A day before leaving the country for vacation, I went in and got a manicure and pedicure. Horrible finish with both. The tech literally clumped the polish on my nails. The worst part is the following day the polish on all ten toes (which was different from my fingers) appeared discolored. Upon my return, I showed the owner and she cited every possibility (to discredit me) while ignoring that they might have used inferior quality polish. Lesson learned, avoid this shop!!!

As a regular customer at Top Nail tech, I can attest that theres a few good nail techs that work here. I usually stick to my usual two techs, so I never have an issue as far as nail quality goes. For reference, Id suggest gel opposed to acrylic, as gel is more durable. Now, as far as customer service goes, this place is not on the high end spectrum. Often times, like many other asian salons, the techs are speaking amongst themselves in their native language and as common sense tells it, Im pretty sure theyre down talking the customers. Also familiarize yourself with prices, as Ive encountered techs trying to overcharge. For example, I was charged $3 for a single diamond on each finger whereas another tech attempted to charge me $7 for the same thing. Aside from that, its really a hit or miss with Top Nail Tech.

Please do not come here ! They are super rude. They have the worst customer service. I came to get a pedicure and the chair didn’t even work. Not work the money, not a good environment.

I would give 0 stars if i could. First my pedicure, i had this young guy. He went to take off my dead skin and it hurt really bad while he was doing it and now my feet have red marks of raw skin and are sore, my boyfriends lady filed his toe skin as well. I blew it off and then got my gel acrylics with this guy Michael, he was hilarious and i was enjoying his convos with his joke but then i get up and he left and i got up to leave and stepped out because my boyfriend got done before me and my “coffin shape” acrylics are so lopsided, there is gel polish on my skin, they all are different sizes. Absolutely horrible. Do not go, waste of time and money.

I had a gel manicure done two weeks ago and the gel started lifting. I was able to peel all of the gel off with my bear hands. A week later I got the regular manicure. Within 24 hours, the polish started chipping. When I went back, the staff member told me theres nothing they can do. I was so disappointed that she did not even consider fixing the areas where chipped. I wont be returning to this salon.

By far, the worst place I have ever been to. Lets start off by saying I am a licensed cosmetologist, meaning I am licensed to do nails. By Florida law you are not allowed to cut living skin unless you have a doctors degree. It is against THE LAW to cut the cuticles. By the time I was done with this place two of my fingers were bleeding. That, indeed, can cause infection. All my fingers were in pain. The lady, (I wish I knew her name, but it was never told to me) was in a complete rush. Very, very rude! It is also very very dirty in there. I did not see ANY barbicide.

Well what can I say Ive been recommended this place by a friend and I will never ever be back! My gel nails turned colors since when is that normal? I talked to several people there and nobody could help or even offered to re do my nails. I went up to the lady that actually did it and she told me thats normal and that she told me. I dont think so lady. Ive been getting my nails done for a while and never have they ever turned colors! Horrible customer service since as I was talking to her she was also walking away. Im quite new to getting acrylics and only done it twice in my life and the first time i did them was at a different place, no sore nails nothing, however, when i came here for the first time it was terrible. I had soreness for weeks until i took them off and it was just simple white nails but they were messy and quickly done

Y’all stay away from Michael!!!!! He is the worse nail tech at this shop. I asked for a simple royal blue gel full set. Michael did such a terrible job. Two of my nails are crooked, dents in my nails, cuticles jacked up and they hurt. Overall it was messy and he tried to charge me in order to fix it. Go to anyone except to Michael.

I came to this shop and saw a man by the name Michael who did a horrible pink and white. Not only did he file my nails down to the point where they hurt but he shaped them rounded and charged me extra without telling me that. Then I called and spoke to someone after asking for a manager which they would not let me talk to. After that I came in and spoke to another man who I guess is in charge who told me I can come in and get my nails fixed free of charge and made an appointment and when I came in the next day I was forced to have to let the guy that messed up my nails in the first place take my nails off painfully. After he removed the nails and asked me what I wanted he starts telling me how much its going to cost so I explained to him that the other guy did not tell me that and he refused to service me and fix the issue. At this point Michael was very rude and I just wanted to call the cops. I did not want my nails done I want my full refund.

I’m in town for a month and needed a nail place to go to. My nails look worse than when I came in. He took the old ones off and put on a whole new set. My nail beds were already sore from the removal and on top of that he would hurt me with the electric filet while he talked to the other nail techs.My nails are messyNot symmetricalMy middle finger nail is pointing to the side.The gel goes over my nail bed.This is by far the worst nail job I have ever gotten and I have been getting my mails done for over 15 years.

This place do and awesome job wit my eyebrows...I came here 9/18/2019 to get a gel manicure...they kept trying to convince me to add on nails because they claimed my nails were to short...I finally gave in and said okay you can add on...but they didnt preform the manicure liked I asked and this is the third time they have done this..so I guess for now on when it comes to my nails I will take my bunisses elsewhere...smh

So Ive always had a good experience here getting my nails and eyebrows done, but today someone named sunny messed up my eyebrows, gave me 2nd degree burns on my eyebrows from freaking using alcohol before using the wax without even freaking blowing it, now thanks to her my eyes are extremely swollen, super red and cant even touch my eyebrows! Never do your eyebrows with Sunny!

Nails are flat on parts, for what I paid it should have been much better than this

First time they penciled out my eyebrow, second time they over waxed it and I had cuts on my brow. Last and final time I went there today and did a pedicure and dude was finished in less than 10 mins. It was like he had somewhere to go because he was rushing everything. So he said my colour was too light and didnt even ask me he went ahead to put a white coat on first then the polish I picked and it looked nasty I said no. He kept on asking me to pick another colour, I just asked him to put on the clear and let me go. I gave them enough chances and I will not be going back there for nothing.

I had my manicure and pedicure done on feb 4th 2018. its was a horrible experience. my manicure looks like i did it at home and i paid for this. when i called back to complain the rude lady who called herself the owner told me well dont come back, i was like thats all you have to offer me for horrible service. didnt offer even coming back to get it fixed and hung up on me!!!! i would tell everyone to not come to this nail salon. please take your business to a business who cares about fixing there mistakes!!! please do not go here!!! and my wife got a gel maicure and it had ripples on her nails looked horrible listen to all the other reviews. and stay away go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im actually really surprised how bad this place has gotten. This salon is...chaotic at best. Do not walk in, they will tell you 15 minutes and youll actually wait 45. Calling ahead is slightly better, still chaotic though. Which isnt their fault, they are highly understaffed and horribly managed, which leads to sloppy and rushed work. Nothing more relaxing than sitting down to do your nails and your nail tech being rushed, due to a massive amount of people up front all being told they will wait 10minutes.Today I got an acrylic full set and im pretty shocked by how bad it came out. Shape is inconsistent and crooked, polish is thick and gloopy and worse off my cuticles look like they have been through a meat grinder. I would post pictures but I dont see an option. There is one guy that does acrylics well, but youll never get him because everyone knows hes the best so you could wait hours to get him.The people that work there work really hard and are ALWAYS respectful and helpful, which is the only reason I give 2 stars instead of none. Like i mentioned above, they work hard, they just have horrible leadership. All their problems would be solved if they invested in their organization more. No rushed/stressed employees = better results.
