Recently relocated from New York and struggled to find nail salons downtown that had availability on the weekends. I called the day of and was able to get an appointment at PB Nails & Spa. I loved the multiple chair and massage options available with a manicure / pedicure. The establishment was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Grace did my services and did an excellent job! It’s fair to say I found my “go-to” nail salon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT :) I booked my nails and eyelashes the same day and they were very accommodating !! When I got there I was greeted with a smile and they made me feel at home. My nails are absolutely amazing (I had Jason do them) and I will definitely be back for more !! I also had the eyelash tech do my lashes, as a first time client, she was super kind and made sure every part of the process was the best!!! I’m in love with them!!Overall not bad pricing either very reasonable !!!* only thing is you must tip with cash, so I would bring some but they do have an ATM on site which is very handy*

The only thing appealing about this place is the aesthetics! While sitting in my car before going in a saw 2 set of people turned away. Wasn’t sure why at first but now I do. The woman at the register did not greet me and when I begin to tell her what service I wanted she interrupted and said “we don’t do that here”. As I tried to continue speaking she interrupted again and said we don’t do acrylics and asked have I been there before. I firmly stated yes because I have a couple of times. I told her that I wanted the powder dip and she sent someone over. Service was rushed and I had dried product on my fingers. I went to pay and she insisted that I leave a tip. Which I don’t mind but the service was poor! She brought my attention to a sign that stated a 20% gratuity is required! Why the heck would you practically force a tip when you are providing mediocre service?! Should have not returned from my last visit because of the cold shoulder she gave me before but I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. The girl who did my nails the last time was actually nice despite the miserable woman at the front desk! Do not recommend unless you meet a certain description which was made clear. Obviously a certain clientele is trying to be maintained

Long time customer, last time customer. Today I was turned away for being 30 seconds late to an appointment they clearly forgot about or overbooked. Apparently other customers had been waiting a very long time for the same treatment so when I didnt show they gave up my TWO appointments. Except if I had been there 30 seconds earlier then those customers, after having waited so long, would have had to wait another hour to get in.... this makes no sense. Instead of being upfront and polite about the error, which I would have understood, they told me this was my fault.... since when is 30 seconds late? Since when are we expected to arrive 5 minutes before an appointment to ensure we get it? Whats the point of an appointment? Ultimately alienating me as a customer. At the end of the day, a personal experience, but one that clearly speaks to a systemic issue with customer service and poor management. Not my fault, lady.

A young lady named “FISH” is very good at what she does and gives a very good back massage i highly recommed her and will request her again!!!

Have been going to Palm Beach Nail and Foot Spa for years! They are always extremely friendly and accommodating! Even during Covid they made sure to make changes and keep things clean and sanitized, was never worried about their business not being clean! Highly recommend them! I get gel nails and they always last 3 weeks, which is definitely longer than other local nail businesses I have used before I found Palm Beach Nail and Foot Spa!

Came in for a manicure/pedicure and opted for a back massage as well. The massage was great and my nails look very nice. Great place.

Place came recommended to me. Couldn’t tell from the outside (basic strip mall) but the interior is marvelous and the services are superb. I did (and highly recommend) the 60 min back and foot combo. My therapist, Cici, was really attentive and clearly knowledgeable. I like how the foot massage portion is in an oversized comfy bed.... as opposed to the typical chair you might find in other places.

Two people worked on my nails for over an hour and they never finished the job. They continued to get up and leave and go work on other clients. This is most unprofessional nail salon Ive ever experienced. They literally left my nails unpolished and undone. No one came to finish the service. Theres unprofessional and then theres disrespectful. This place is terrible.

Enjoyed it. Worth the price. They need a cleaning person that walks around during business hours dusting, cleaning plastic separators. Picking up things workers leave around. Will go back. Good tech.

Today I had got a dip power French style nail set..I stead of my nail tip being white they were black...normally for this design I pay between $40 to $45 dollars...but today the cashier charge me $75 dollars..as I was leaving to check out my nail tech told the cashier my price is $55 dollars and she still decided to change me $75 and then had the nerve to demand me for a tip 25% tip at that😡 and when I didnt want to pay the tip she declined my card...I had just politely used another card...I was very pleased how the nail tech did my nails but the cashier really has to go

Clean and professional. The pedicure with neck massage is amazing. Lucas is the man to see - he is very detail oriented and pleasant to deal with. The atmosphere is zen and always clean. Highly recommend!

I was aesthetically impressed. Thats the most positive attribute I can offer. I called prior to arrival to ensure I could get a Mani Pedi was told pedicure only they were closing early. I was fine with that. Upon arrival the receptionist area had Three ladies that let me know they didnt want me there. My pedicure was simply putting my feet in water with no additive, my toenails were cut never filed, I didnt get anything cleaned underneath or on the sides, my cuticles werent done, he put the scrub on my dry skin rubbed rubbed it a few seconds and quickly rinsed. My toenails are uneven, polish isnt covering the toenail, its an uneven polish, no topcoat. With literally 100s of options within miles I would avoid this salon unless you are there when the technicians and the staff ACTUALLY want your business. Otherwise your paying for a less than desirable experience.

Appointments are useless in this establishment. Upon Arriving I learned they had no clue I Scheduled an appointment and I found there to be a lot of stress in an entablement that is supposed to be stress free. They also over charged me by $30 and when I tried to dispute this with them they told me refunds are not possible and instead gave me a useless $5 off coupon. 10/10 would not recommend.

I just finished a dip manicure and my nails look terrible. My nails have dip product stuck underneath and between. The technician used a pink cuticle oil and it stained my white nails. I presented my finished manicure to the manager and nothing was done. I truly liked this salon and wish they had at least offered some form or amends but nothing, heads down and no eye contact!

I took my friend here for her birthday and I was so embarrassed! The 2 techs talked in their language the whole time, looking up at us and making remarks. The pedi was probably 20 mins long including polish time, I am sorry for $32.00 that is terrible! My feet look horrible, she did not clean under my nails or cut around the needed areas, polish looks like if I did it at home. She burned my feet with the water twice! Needless to say, I will not be going back, just felt so bad for my friend because it was a birthday treat from me and the experience was mortifying .

Updating to report that I just had the most amazing combo massage almost full body For $52! Lucy, Kevin or Jackie are all absolutely magnificent! I love the chair massage here! Nails are quite pricey though

We came to this place and they are very sanitary which was nice. Overall it was an ok experience and but the young lady did a TRASH job on my ladies toe nails!! I could have done a better job. Again people do your best at your profession. People should be happy and appreciative that they are able to work an stay open. Do better people and especially when your dealing with customers. Do not recommend to get your nails done.

I never write bad reviews, however this time I feel the need to do it after the terrible experience I had in this place. I came for a massage since I was having pain in my back and neck. I got a foot and back combo and requested to get a therapist that doesnt smoke. After waiting for 15 minutes a guy who smelled like cigarette smoke started pressing my feet. I called the manager and kindly asked for someone else. The next person also had cigarette smell. I could hear phones ringing in the background while getting the least relaxing massage experience. I waited for a while to see if it got better but that didnt happen so I decided to finish the time of the massage before the hour has passed. When I walked to the front desk I explained the OWNER the situation and she still decided to charge me for the full length of the massage despite having a miss advertised signed on the front desk stating that the massage is 100% satisfaction guaranteed (free).If you are looking for a relaxing experience please stay away from this business, it might look fancy and clean but the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.As you can see in the pictures I was still charged for this service when they advertised the opposite.

Never disappointed with this place. They are all so wonderful. I used to do massage so I know the importance of reflexology. Being on my feet 8 hours a day with uncomfortable shoes and being a runner my feet have seen better days. It effects your whole body. This place makes me feel like Im walking on clouds every time I leave. Highly recommend people.

Im still here but I will give this place the maximum stars as Im having multiple treatments and so far my experience is great for a place in this category. The #zerogravity chairs for pedicure are the best. You also have option to have your pedicure laying down. Also this is very comfy. They do foot massage, back massage and mani pedi in same room or in separate depending on needs and wants. I dont know of any other place that does this all together. Other spa services are also available.I was able to get my appointment on the same day as calling. Staff was all friendly nice and talking very softly as to not interrupt services. They use plastic liners in tubs. Very clean and sterile location.Update. Polish began chipping same day. Very disappointed with mani pedi. Even my toes are peeling. Polish I chose must be too old.

Hire new techs please! It looked like my 5 year old cousin polished my toes. When I told the tech to please fix the polish on my toenails she became frustrated after I had to show her multiple times where my toenails were missing polish. Also be aware of the new price change for the same low quality of service.

My first time at this salon started off well and ended badly. I asked for my nails to be painted with gel polish (No soak off and no manicure; just polish) and was quickly brought back to get started. That was the only positive. When she was done, I looked at my nails and they were all bumpy, thick and clumpy. They looked terrible. Maybe she was new at this... I don’t know. I’ve never had such a bad experience getting my nails painted- not a very difficult task. And the price for the poor quality was outrageous. Expensive service for a poorly done manicure. I will never be back.

I went a few times for both mani and pedis. Usually an ok experience. Last time I went after I was finished with pedi and mani I asked at check out if the guy was new. I was told yes, he’s been here one week. The worst pedi ever basically he just put new polish on it, worst powder mani ever. My nails were huge and out of shape. I was charged the total price and was told someone else could fix it. Well after 2 hours there already I said I’m running out of time I’ll have to come back. When I returned no one remembered what happend. I was charged full price again to fix nails that looked horrible. They offered nothing. Not returning.

I was really happy with my experience here! I texted them for an appointment 30 minutes before they could get me in. The place was very clean and offered sanitizing throughout the services, and obvious steps were taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19. My manicure and pedicure (done by Ivan) were fast, efficient, and high-quality. I was happy to get a bonus back massage during the manicure! Ill be going back. Thank you!

Abysmal service at my pedicure appointment. The technician was clearly not trained and had no idea what they were doing. Basically beat up my back and shoulders for 15 mins in the name of massage. In the pedicure itself, didnt take the time or effort to do anything. If I can do a better job at home why should I come to your place. Ultimately left half way through the appointment bc the technician was hurting my feet.

I have never had any issues with this place. They are always trying to accommodate my schedule and Nancy is amazing. I have had many of the other nail techs and have been happy. Yes, they speak in another language, which is Chinese, but who cares. You are not here to make friends or influence people, you there for a relaxing time and to get your massage or nails manicured. You all do a great job and thank you again!

I never experienced racism the way I did when I visited this nail spa. The place is clean and looks beautiful but the lady who was doing my pedicure is racist and does not like black people. I love all people and I hear other people stories of being treated badly because of the color of their skin but I never experienced that myself until today. It’s sad that people can have so much hate in their heart for others just because they don’t look like them.

Super unfortunate., my first visit was awesome. I had a foot msg and it was probably the best ever! I decided to spend an hour of my day there again today as I was released from work early. I was super excited as I was expecting to have a relaxing afternoon after running a 5K on Wed. Reasonable expectation I would say, as i am PAYING for a spa service. The guy I got was drifting off into la la land the whole time, he knew nothing about massage and knew zero English which made for no communication. Needless to say I was instructing him the whole time on what to do and he still didn’t get it. I cut the session short and explained my experience to the girl at the front desk which whom directed me to the “manager” 🙄..Linda ... she listened to my case an immediately asked how long I stayed in the session. She was more concerned with her “therapist”🙄 getting paid then my experience. Linda next time it would be helpful and way more attractive to apologize for my experience, ask for another chance and meet me where I’m at. Linda... I hope you get the skills you need to run a successful business. I won’t be back and I will not recommend your spa to anyone.

Love all of the nail and spa options here. I got a full set of pink and white dip French nails and she did a good job. The only downfall is I felt like she rushed a little on the alignment of the french tip, but it was my fault because I didnt realize they closed at 8pm and I got there about 725pm. Im still happy and will return.

I paid $70 for polish change and 1 broken nail... the work was horrifying.... Never again!!! It’s a beautiful place ... nice and clean ... but definitely Highway Robbery!! I could of gotten a whole fresh set for that price!!!!

The facility is clean and is aesthetically pleasing, however I was not happy with the end result. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked them to find a color that matched the gel for my pedicure and they led me to believe it was a match. My manicure was lighter than my toes. Luckily, both colors worked separately for my skin tone. About 4 days later my gel started to peel while still on vacation. Peeling has never happened to me before with gel, especially not a few days later. Nice place, but the end result was not worth the ~$80.

Cynthia is the best nail tech ever! She’s super sweet and gentle when she’s drilling, filing or cutting. She’s never cut me and I’ve gone to her for 2 years consistently. I get so many compliments on my nails when I go to her. She is the best nail technician I’ve ever gone to.

Jacob was the nicest tech ever. He was very thorough and checked to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying the service every step of the way. Also gave great tips for my dry cuticles. Will be back.

The best nail salon around the 561! .... I started going here about a month ago when I randomly found it - on a Sunday. The salon is beautiful- clean, professionally run and the nail techs are fab. This is my new favorite place in West Palm Beach. I got a great Manicure and went back few days later to get the 1 hour Foot (30 min) & Back Massage (30 Min) Combo. I definitely recommend and absolutely will be going back soon.

I usually come here to unwind and enjoy myself, but my most recent visit wasn’t as much enjoyable but more stressful. I came in asking for a mani/pedi and I had an issue trying to explain to them that I didn’t want to takeoff my dip nails, but I just wanted them filled and repainted. Not only did they paint my nails the wrong color of which I informed them of, I had to try to convince them to fill my nails and they took them off completely. I just gave up trying to argue with them. The tech took the drill to my feet for some reason (never had this before) and burned me each time. The massage chair didn’t work, and they tilted backwards in an uncomfortable position that left the mechanism inside the chair to poke me in the back the whole time. During the manicure, they offer a massage while your hands are being soaked, and tech went way too hard on my back and I’m actually in a bit of pain. They tried to tell me I was done and ready to go without the top coat on one of my hands, which again, they didn’t listen when I tried to tell them.In all, I had a Gel mani/pedi that came out to a price point of $95?! Apparently there’s a 10% increase that they neglect to inform you of, which I found out about after asking them why it was so high. I don’t even pay that much if I go downtown for the same thing. Working in the service industry, you tend to display a little bit of forgiveness if a few mistakes happen, and understand that in this industry, we make our money through gratuity, but this time I really couldn’t justify paying for more than I needed to for this very VERY unpleasant experience. I am so disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This will definitely be my nail spot when I’m in town. I got the Healthy foot spa pedicure and it was super relaxing I almost fell asleep. I get the dip powder on my nhealthy foot spa pedicure and it was super relaxing I almost fell asleep. I get the Nextgen dip powder on my nails And gel on my toes. I never write reviews but, I went to this spa because a friend recommended it. Once we got there, they were friendly and asked us what we wanted. A nail tech told my friend and I the prices and let us choose what we would have liked done. My friend was taken away at once. They asked me if I could wait as there was a delay in techs and I sat at the counter they have, the man offering customers wine handed me a water. I asked him if I could have some wine as he had given to previous customers while I waited. He ignored me and my friend various requests as he served two other customers. After I finally sat to get my nails done the tech seemed to be in a rush. My friend sternly asked for wine as the tech rushed to serve us. As she was doing my nails she didn’t clean under my nails or put any oil on my nails at the end after placing the clear coat and putting them to dry in the machine I told her my nails were sticky. She then proceeded to throw alcohol on my nails and left me that way as she rushed over to my friend to help her co worker do my friends nails. We collectively asked for the manager as several employees told us she went home for the evening. As we spoke with our nail techs, one of them decided to call the manager (Linda ) and speak with her in a different language what had transpired. Once my friend complained and stated that it was not a good thing for the company to do that. They handed her the cell phone which Linda proceeded to explain that she would give us a discount and continued to argue with my friend. As the tech was trying to rush me to pay full price and even more than the prices that were initially presented to me. I told her to give me a moment as I was trying to explain to them as the techs were standing there that the clear polish had dried off and the nails looked dull. She ran and got the oil and lathered them on my nails. We told the manager it was ok and we would not be back as it was a terrible experience.

I went in for my nex gen and happy feet pedicure and Jason was great. He gave me an excellent pedicure and massage and he did a great job on my nails. Fantastic experience! Ill definitely be returning. The masseur was very attuned to his work, and I felt very cared for. I requested the foot and back combo massage, and I about melted. Also the atmosphere was super relaxing and the massage lounge was really really comfortable.I booked two separate sessions online starting 15 minutes apart from each other. I was in a bit of a rush so I accidentally made one for only 30 minutes, but I called and was pleasantly greeted by their receptionist Shelley, and she was very nice and switched my session no problem.Also the hospitality was next level! My friend arrived late, but I left his name up front, and there were no issues at all. He was shown in when he arrived, and his massage wasnt rushed. Also, since I was in a hurry, I asked to pay up front before the massage (normally you pay after) and they accommodated me with that too! I used a Groupon for my session, and I paid for my friends session separately, no problem! Im so grateful for everything! Im looking forward to the next time!

Had a gel pedicure done by Ivan yesterday. It was my first time going here. What a beautiful establishment and the music choice is so relaxing. After my pedicure was done, I thanked Dr. Ivan for cutting out my ingrown nail that was causing me pain. If you need your ingrown cut out, Ivan is gentle yet persistent. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful pedicure. I will definitely be back.

Honestly, so many reasons why I love this place. I always call for my appointments and my nail tech, Ivan, is always on time. I love the way the front desk handles the salon. She always lets people know when they have to wait and how much time they have left. The place has a great vibe, they offer wine, coffee, tea, and water. They also enforce no cell phones, which I appreciate because it gives me a space to relax which I now look forward to. You also get points every time you come so you can earn complimentary foot massages and more.😊

Today was my first time being at this nail salon. The interior is beautiful and breath taking. The designer did an amazing job with decor and structure of the facility to meet all needs of service. The service was also excellent. My pedicure was flawless from beginning to the end. The facility uses plastic coverings for the pedicure station which is a plus. They also do not use the same utenstils for everyone which is also another plus. My only recommendations would be to upholster the pedicure and massage furniture and shampoo the carpet. As well as make the massage section a little bit more personal and intimate by using a sheer curtain. Overall, the setting is beautiful, relaxing, serene with superb service.

I dont ever write reviews but I am making an exception for this place. It was the best pedicure of my life. It was transformative, a spiritual experience. While my feet were soaking, I had a neck, back, and shoulder massage. Then I was covered in blankets in a cushy chair - my eyes covered, and a strict no-cell phone policy, while they worked on my toes. Capped off with foot reflexology. The most physically relaxed I have felt in months. AND all of this for $35? Sign me up.

I try to come here once a month and it’s an enjoyable experience each and every time. The reviews about the prices are correct they are a bit more expensive BUT for what you get you can’t beat it. 35 dollars for a pedicure AND a 15 min massage is incredible. It’s clean and I never worry about getting a infection like other places in West Palm. Worth it 💯

I have been coming here for a minute now I really dont have any complaints. The only real suggestion I could make would be forthe for the scrub massage to be a little bit longer. Other than that it is a nice clean place and the staff is friendly. No complaints on my nails either.

I just left palm beach nail and foot spa. I had the pedicure that comes with the 45 min massage that costs $60. I must say I was greatly disappointed. The salon itself is well kept and has nice vibe and decor but my nail tech was aweful! She did not tell me her name nor did she wear a name badge. Her overall disposition toward me was not very pleasant. I watched her under the towel on my eyes. She talked about me to next tech while frowning her face. On a few occasions she laughed and pointed at feet. After finishing she didnt say anything to me. She just got up and walked away. Overall very unprofessional. I will never go here again but instead their sister salon Top Nails. It isnt as intimate but at least the techs are professionals, greet you, smile and have a pleasant conversation with you like a decent human being should.

My mom and I visited Palm Beach Nails and Foot Spa today. It was by far the most awful experience I’ve had in my life. My mom was indecisive about her nail color and after it was applied on one toenail she asked kindly if she can change it before the technician proceeded. Who told her to do that? She was the laugh of salon during my whole pedicure. All of the technicians were speaking in their language the whole time back and forth laughing, commenting, and complaining about her. You may wonder how do I know this, but I assure you it was true because when I was finished with my “pedicure” which was fast and unrelaxed with all the chatter... I joined her in manicure bar where she was having her gel nail polish removed. I heard her ask for white nail polish to be on her fingernails. The tech proceeded to use the same color on her fingers which wasn’t white when my mom reminded him he laughed and made a comment and looked at the girl three tables down which was the girl who did my moms toes. At this point I didn’t even want to pay and just wanted to leave. I understand that speaking a foreign language is the first language and probably the only language used by some but using it to complain about your customers in front of them is completely unprofessional and an experience that I don’t want to have again especially when I’m paying my hard earned money for a service that was not only done poorly but with such an awful attitude. It’s unfortunate this happened today because this was my “go to” salon and one I used to recommend to everyone. I will be sure to share this story with everyone I know.

I made an appointment that was confirmed for 10AM. When I arrived on time they told me they had given the pedicure chairs to other clients and that if I wanted a pedicure I would have to either pay for a more expensive pedicure to be seen or wait 25 mins to use the chair, which is what I made an appointment for. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? No apology was given and the staff seemed more annoyed that I wanted to have the appointment I made honored as opposed to being apologetic for the mistake that was made on their part.

Trash from front desk to back. The hispanic you have working there, needs to learn how ro speak to people. Never knows anything.

Love the service, cleanliness, hospitality, quality and respectful staff at this nail salon. Enjoy green tea on the house while being pampered with massages included in your services. I had a wonderful conversation with Nikki who did a fabulous job on my mani and pedi.

I asked for deep tissue neck and shoulder massage and they gave me someone who gently massaged my lower back and the top of my head - everything but my neck and shoulders. No matter how many times I tried to communicate they just did the only thing they know apparently. Wasted money.

This is the first time in my life Ive ever had a pedicure. I was hesitant about making an appointment and going in. Im glad I picked this location Palm Beach Nails and Foot Spa.From the front desk to the back area back to the front desk everyone was pleasant and very very helpful. I definitely will return when its time for another pedicure!

This place is amazing!!! You can get a pedicure in a relaxing room that is so quiet and the chairs are so comfortable. There are packages where you can get a massage too! I wont go anywhere else! :)

Had a great experience today! Went in not sure what to expect and had a wonderful foot and back massage before my pedicure! I loved Nancy, she was awesome!

I dont like leaving negative reviews but I feel that this is worth mentioning. I have been coming to this salon for about a year now and have been seeing the same nail tech every 3 weeks or so, except when I make an impromptu appointment and he is not here. He always does my nails so well and we have established sort of like a friendship. Nevertheless, the manager/owner has really rubbed me the wrong way on a few occasions. This last time, I made an appointment and when I got here, I was asked to wait a moment while the tech finishes up. Then, while Im waiting, the owner comes up to me and asks what Im getting so I told her. She goes on to tell me the price which initially sounded higher than usual but it was no big deal until she proceeded to say, This salon is not cheap.. its like a spa. As if to distinguish her salon from the rinky dink salons she assumed Im used to frequenting. I was like, Umm.. Im aware; Im a regular customer here. She goes, Oh.. I didnt know. Well, the prices havent changed so you should know if you get the same thing every time. I was very taken aback. This is what I mean by she has rubbed me the wrong way before, with her snarky comments and snide attitude. That is very off-putting and unprofessional, especially from the OWNER. I have witnessed her treat people whom she seems to feel doesnt fit her ideal caliber of clientele differently, especially if youre a person of color. I have literally witnessed it time and time again. I chose to share this incident versus the others because like I said, I dont like leaving negative reviews, but this is a pattern of behavior that cant be ignored. I will likely return to see my regular tech as I have only had positive experiences with him, but I hope the owner sees this and takes heed that she needs to improve her nasty attitude.

Hannah does my nails and toes and gets me looking perfect everytime! I highly recommend going here, staff is very welcoming and kind.

I have been here a handful of times and the service gets worse each time. I keep trying to give them another chance but after this last time around I’m done.I paid $60 for the pedicure that included a bunch of different things. They did not complete all the services they claimed to do. I found the cheaper one to be better. The person that did my manicure and pedicure changed THREE times. The people just kept getting up and leaving for a few minutes than coming back, than a new person would come. I figured maybe the other people left but I later saw them and they were still working. I was later asked if I wanted water. I said yes, the man walked about and returned 5 minutes later with no water. 20 minutes later he asked if I wanted water again...i said no I was so frustrated at this point because my manicure and pedicure took THREE AND HALF HOURS...but he got up and walked away again. I would say one hour was pure lag time of me waiting for my person to come back.My manicure came out so bad they told me I could come back..but it took so long to get it done I didn’t even know how to respond to the offer and I doubt if I came back it would be free. After my nails were done they forgot to do any lotion and massage (that is part of the manicure). I asked about it and they did a VERY QUICK one and told me “I forgot”.On another note they made my toe bleed as well as my finger because they were to rough.It was an all around terrible experience.Then I had to pay $102 for a terrible manicure and a decent pedicure.I also have a friend who got a foot infection after going here but I wasn’t a part of that experience, just feel like it’s worth mentioning.Inside is nice looking but the work has been going majorly downhill.
