I came here for a gel pedicure and it was honestly the WORST service ever. No foot massage whatsoever and the technician seemed like he was in a hurry.. and OVERPRICED.. $42 just for a gel pedicure. There’s other places where you can go and get a great pedicure with a great massage and pay less. The pedicure was done in 20 mins. No effort. Yeah. NEVER coming again. 🥴

Absolutely horrific. Two stars for bad manicure and bad attitude!In short, if you have an issue with the customer schedule, say something, and if youre upset with your boss or another customer dont take it out on me. Dont lie because you know what youre doing is not nice and youre figuring the customer just might complain.The first two times I went with a friend, I was impressed and readily returned but the third time they could not provide either of the same two people. I was fine with that. There seemed to be some confusion as to whether my friend made an appointment but they did say they take walk-ins. No matter, all seemed well but the person who did the nails & pedicure did a terrible job. My heels were left rough and the gel manicure was unprofessionally done. Third time again there was confusion as to the appointment time and despite there being an almost empty salon, there seemed to be an issue. I was thinking next time I would make the appointments instead of my friend. The person who finally gave my pedicure and manicure seemed unhappy and rushed. Perhaps she was having a bad day, I remained cheerful but not too chatty. I asked her name thinking I would return and know who I can make the appointment with if another is unavailable. The person told me they were the owner. Later I found out this was untrue. My manicure was terrible. A few of my nails were filed so thin in spots that they chipped, broke within a week. While previous visits the nails were under the lamp for a certain amount of time, this person kept them minimal amount, yet my next manicurist told me it seemed they must have used a glue as a base coat, lol! I dont know, but the actual polish was applied so unevenly and the rough filing showed underneath, I could have done better myself!. Looking back I regret tipping 20 percent each time.Not sure whats going on at this place but I wont be back and definitely will warn friends not to patronize this place. Dont waste your money.

Chau has been my nail girl for so many years and I love her. She always treats me with respect and kindness. Always willing to help me figure out what I want in terms of color and is spot on matching my pedicure colors. I love coming there. They play good music so its not awkward sitting there if you dont have headphones etc. The rest of the staff as well is kind especially the reception desk. They are very welcoming and always kind. They have great colors for nextgen and I love the spa pedicure which is so worth it for people like me that are on their feet alot. This is the best place to go to by far.

Definitely not going back. I’ve been coming to this salon for years, only reason is I like this one girl, because everything else was and still is bad.First they are never punctual, you make an appointment and always, and I say always, have to wait at least 30 min. I noticed that they see there’s a 10 min break between last client and the next appointment and they take someone else in that time, and whoever has the appointment has to wait. Not very professional I’d say.Second, be prepared to sit there longer than usual. The specialist (with a rare few exceptions) are always talking with each other, or answering personal texts messages, talking on their cellphones, while doing your nails. A service that should take not more than 40 min (1h tops), takes almost double that time. It’s irritating, it’s like you’re not their priority at all!Lastly, and this is the reason I’m never going back to this place ever again, is the attitude of their staff. There has been an ownership change, and I would say for the worst. They didn’t have internet connection today so I couldn’t get my points for my visit. I asked the front desk girl if I could add the points of today’s visit next time I come back, and she said only the owner can allow it. So I asked the owner’s name, and she wouldn’t give it to me, then I asked her name, and she also refused to tell me. Only reason I wanted to know her name is so she could remember me next time I come back for my points.In resume, I’m not giving my money to this place anymore, since they seem to not appreciate and respect their customers.

Today is my LAST time coming here. The front desk girl was nice but the woman that did my nails was very rude, rushed the entire thing, I had to tell her to be gentle on my nails because she was being so harsh. Also, when I asked if they did student discounts she made sure to tell the front desk girl that we don’t, when they always use to accept it every time I would come before. Save your money and go to a different salon where they’ll treat you with respect

Not happy with their service, they did a horrible job on a fill and when I said I was unhappy they blamed me and told me to wait a week and come back. Never offered to fix the horrible job they did. Never offered a discount on a return trip to make it right, just blamed me and didnt give a care about how unhappy I was. I wont go back.

Website was showing one price but soon I get there, after getting my nails done that wasn’t even pretty, they charged me different prices . This place isn’t worth it at all. A simple gel powder they couldn’t get it right. My nails are ugly for $52. I tried so many times to explain what I wanted but he couldn’t get it right. On top of that, he told me I need to pay 52$. Waste of my money and time .

The ladies who take care of my nails and feet are kind, professional, and very talented. The facility is clean and the front desk staff is helpful and friendly.

I am almost certain that this place does something to their polish instead of the polish chipping of which Regular polish should do the whole thing comes of intact. First time not even 24 hrs later & they were peeling of - 2nd time just like 2 hrs later and they peeled of completely.

When the previous owners were here me and my daughter came all the time! However the last few times I went it was terrible service. The man who gets all the complaints and is watching you tube or whatever he watches was the man I also complained about! I was very specific how I like the shape of my nails to be and he still cut them the way he wanted to! He sits on the left side in front row. It’s sad he gets all these complaints and nothing is done. I even complained in person at front counter and they could care less and in my survey and was never contacted! So sad because this place is next to my home and I have to travel to okeechobee Boulevard to have my nails done!

Super unorganized, never ever have enough staff.Very inconsiderate, no one ever communicates with clients especially if the staff knows how much a clients has been waiting to be seen, at least act like you care about other ppl time.I have been coming to the same salon for yesrssss, every other month or year they have no management and doesn’t seem to get any better.

So upset with the time wait this is the 3rd time i have came here. Asked for nexgen, got acyrlics?? Was denied desired nail color because the shades were too similar, when they werent. Not because it wasnt available, because he didnt want that. Front desk isnt very professional. Was better pre-pandemic, before staff was changed. Not to mention, the guy doing my nails was more concerned with watching youtube on his phone than doing nails.

Very professional I go here most of the time, I love the way they shape my nails and the longevity of it, they are fast and it doesn’t diminish the quality of their work.

This place is a scam. Overpriced services for the bare minimum. They don’t discuss pricing with you until you’re ready to leave. You can get a better deal and and better treatment somewhere else.

Use to be good.... disappointed by lack of professionalism and quality. Nails looked great but weren’t prepped enough to stay on, started to lift after 3 days. I called but nothing was said or done to compensate. I wish them luck because the place has great potential.

I love this nail salon because it’s very nice and nearby but the reason I have only rated 2 stars is for a few reasons. Since this nail salon opened I have been coming here and over the years this nail salon has become very popular and I think convenient for the locals. Most other nail salons in the area are not very attractive, large or clean looking per say as far as presentation goes and I think that does appeal to most people. Clean being most important. Secondly because of the volume of people that come to this salon the wait is way longer. They do have plenty of technicians but I believe they do need more. Lastly the original owner of this establishment was very very nice and seemed pleasant to work with. Even if she was busy attending her clients she still acknowledged everyone walking through the door. For a very long time I had a few technicians that I would always go to and if one I wanted wasn’t available I was able to at least pick 1 of the 3 preferred. Now it’s impossible. You must make an appointment and even so you still may have to wait. Being that I am already aware of this I come in early and if I have no appointment I literally still have to wait 1 hour just to get a pedicure from any tech and had to come back hours later or they even offer the next day. Attitude is not the problem in this place. I just believe it’s an issue of over load and that is why this particular salon is having so many issues. My suggestion to the new owner, work on timing, hire more technicians, take responsibility, value your customers and listen to what is hurting your business!

This place has one nail tech that is absolutely outstanding. she does amazing work. shes been doing my nails for 6-7 months now and i love the way she does my nails. but. the reception and customer service is horrible. they dont know how to make appointments and do them correctly. that is why i rate them 2 stars. although i love my nail tech, the other workers there are not very good. hope this helped.

Appt never starts on time/they change prices every visit even if youre getting the same thing. Some techs are better than others but manager there, strong arms them into charging more for certain things. I picked one color of nextgen and tech decided to do another and did not advise, this happened twice. Also they so not change manicure area towel or paper towel for each customer, so youre laying your hands in the same nail dust remains of prior customer.

Very rude at the front desk. The new owners are very mean and pick and choose who they want to do. They refused to do my daughters nails. There sick people, I’ve never in my whole 42 Yrs of living hear that they refused my 18yr daughter for nail services because my daughter likes fancy stuff. I’m definitely going to corporate about them. I’m discussed.

3rd time, 3 technicians later & everytime unhappy. So unprofessional. Cursing and fighting in front of clients. Left acetone and nex-gen on my fingers. Cut my finger.

My wife went in for a manicure. She was told that the price was $33. The technician did her nails beautifully, but there are flaws. The one star is due to lack of communication. She asked the technician to shape her nails, but he did not notify her that there was an added price of $5 for that. Also, they charged her an extra $5 on top of all of that because they said she picked three colors. She only picked two colors. Then, when they realized she only picked two colors, they changed their explanation to say that the extra charge was for glitter. She was charged an extra $10 without any explanation or information, even though she showed them a picture of what she wanted. She told them she would not return, so they offered her a discount for her next visit. The discount was supposed to be sent via text message. My wife has not received the message, nor did they tell her the value of the discount. There is a multitude of places that offer nail services; this place is no different than any other. Customers return for customer service. Please remember this. My wife went here because their prices were lower but if there are charges for every little thing, then this place doesn’t deserve a visit.

It’s a great place love the music and as long as I set up a appointment I can get in and out, but I just want to tell the store owner to PLEASE change the sheets for the eyebrow waxing table we lay on! I’ve been going here for months and it hasnt been changed. It’s white with black marks all over it. It looks SO disgusting. Yes, you did add a doctors room kind of cover but it’s not big enough and I still end up laying on the dirty cover. Also the walls have foot scruff marks. Everything is so beautiful outside with the chandelier but inside those rooms those sheets are disgusting, I will gift you a new sheet if I have to! 😢😢😢😢

Worse place to get nails done. They use cheap products for their gel and the the dip. I used to get my nails done all the time and everything was fine. Since they have this new owner it sucks. Got my nails done there three times since the new owner and all three times my next gen was a disaster after 2 days. They were kind enough to redo it the first two times but not the third time. I took the chance to go thinking it was going to be better but it was a big mistake. Don’t go there . It doesn’t worth the time or the money. Horrible place!!!

The women doing my pedi was on the phone the entire time and didn’t listen to anything I said. They were VERY over priced I paid $35 more then I would normally more my nails and toes. I will not be going back

Service was not great. They kept pushing to get the “deluxe” service which was about $35 vs regular which was about $20. Quality of service is not great either, I have had much better service for less.

Terrible customer service. I went on my lunch break and had an appointment that they completely ignored. I set an appointment for 12:15 and was still waiting at 12:40. Absolutely ridiculous and waste of time.

First off, they have a receptionist named Leslie who doesn’t know what she is doing! They should have the owner in there running things because when you ask her to help you with something she runs to the front and don’t come back until 20 minutes later. I was in there for a hour and a half and I was still not satisfied after I left. I will do my own nails before I go there again.

The decor is nice and modern. The price for services is average for the type of services. They line the pedicure bowl. There are more rude than nice people. Some of them are aggressive when doing a pedicure (like that older, short man that only does pedicure and the girl with the colorful hair).

This was my first time visiting Diva nails despite living half a mile away from this salon. The salon is very nicely decorated and seems to be busy at most. My nails were done by Kim she did not shape themVery well she did everything in a rush. I loved the color but not the way my nails were done and as she filed the nails down with the machine she cut me twice. My nails now appear to be very thin so I hope they last.UPDATE*****One week later two nails of “nexgen” done by Kim have chipped! I haven’t had time to call and ask how much they will charge to fix it. Being that their salon messed up my manicure because nexgen always lasts me 4 weeks without breaking or chipping.

I love this salon but not everyone who works there is very good. Chris and Rim are the only two Ill let touch my nails. John is the only one Ill let do my pedicure. Ive had bad experiences here with other worker. However, these three men are very talented and very professional. I highly recommend them 👌

Terrible customer service, gave me a 10 mins pedicure when I asked for the 35 dollar one with scrub and cooling gel lady bought out some kind of hot mask and left it on my foot for 5 mins and that was it. Told the front desk I didnt she didnt do what I asked and she just stared at me then after I paid and was leaving she mumbled sorry about that Terrible staff all around. I used to go there only to Vi when I did nexgen and shes legit the only person worth going to there. Would never go back unless Im going to Vi

I give a 2 because the ‘receptionist’ Chris does not know how to communicate. He just assumes, giving all the nail techs a hard time of understanding. The nail tech, which i so happened to not get a name from has a nasty attitude when all was asked was a simple question, she barely spoke English & had the most heavy Spanish accent ever . I would never waste my time or money here again and neither would i recommend it to anybody.

Loved the customer service great prices and the man who did my nails(Rim) knew exactly what I wanted so happy with my nailsUpdate......I went to get a pedicure the Spanish lady scrub my heels so hard started to bleed also she used the drill to close to my cuticles that it hurt.....

Well as you know ... I love diva nails when they just open, the first owner Mimi was such an amazing lady. So classy n sweet .... then I met the new owner, with such greatCraftsmanship, and very professional in and out of his business home .... Amazing staff members... miss long who is my nail tec has been there for ever... I love her so much and her service is spectacular.... Rim my new nail tec . Is the first that does my nails so gentle,very neat, n fast... his art speak volume ... I love my girl chow who holds it done .....So saying all this such give you an idea of the class of service you will receive ... but you must book your appointment... they stay busy

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and started on 😊 I had a man named “Youie” he was great!! Super sweet and just knew how to do a good pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure with a French Youie did a perfect job. Then I had a gel manicure. My nails are naturally long and a few were chipped -I was sad I’d have to cut them but Youie saved them! He had a little trick up his sleeve 😉 price was on the cheaper side of “average”$52 for both and I was super happy!! Salon is clean and the other customers were pleased the nail technicians were nice. I’ll be back when I’m in the area ☺️

Ive been coming to this salon for about a year now. The first time I came I waited 45 minutes for them to ask me to come back tomorrow. I was pissed but gave them another chance. I had a guy that was great and only would use him. He left a couple months ago. I waited 40 minutes today, they called me to the pedi chair twice and werent ready. An hour later I get a lady that has to leave early. What a horrible experience. I am a very patient customer who tips very well. Not a very happy customer today at all.I need recommendations on a better salon near summit and military.

Chau is the finest next gen manicurist in the shop. Consistent and a perfectionist. The place is clean and well kept. New owners made some changes for the better. I do this review after a year of frequenting the place.

Unfortunately, this salon does not value people’s time as they have one or two staff members whom have a horrible attitude and pick and choose which customers they will take. One employee in particular really brings down the salon and she has green colored hair and a nose ring and looks quite young and I believe her name is Kimmy! Last time I was in for a scheduled appt with her she made up an excuse that she was ill and then stuck around for an hour watching everyone. The next time I came up I happen to have her as well and she refused to service making my wait longer than it needed to be and then took a walk in who got her service started before me.Save yourself the agony and don’t go there!

Over all the look of the place is nice but over priced and I find they can not do designs. Ask for a simple flower and they put 5 white dots and called it a flower (lol). Very disappointed for what I paid.

Been coming here for 7 whole months. Super nice staff, Chau is my personal tech and she truly is a perfectionist. Gives the best massages every time and her job is truly art. I am a perfectionist and it is very hard to please me when it comes to my nails, somehow Chau got to do that. The receptionists are both total sweethearts and treat everyone with much respect. Would recommend 100%.

I saw Henry & he was great! We had a good conversation about EDM & he did a great job with my nails. The interior design of the nail salon was really nice! Affordable, thanks guys!

Horrible place

This nail salon is so unprofessional. I went to get my nails done there and although I was pleased to see that they accept walk-ins I wish I had gone somewhere else. First of all, the tip is already included and they make no mention of it so when I got the receipt to sign I didnt bother to look which was my mistake I left an extra tip which wouldnt have been a big deal if my nails had actually lasted longer than 3 days. I paid 40 dollars for a manicure that lasted 3 days!!! I went back to the nail salon to tell see if they would fix them and they said that they could fix them but I had to pay even though the nail tech said the nail polish I picked was old. I decided not get anything done there ever again even after being offered a whopping 20% discount. Dont waste your money here. My niece who is 10 would do a better job with her kiddie set.

Julie and Chow (Chaui) are 2 of the best there....Pedicure visit on 12.14 20 with Crystal..Ive been coming to this nail spa for years and never had a bad experience..I asked for a spa pedicure it seems as if Crystal gave me the regular standard pedicure. She rushed to choose my polish which I did not like. Another tech had to file and repaint my toes....She was very unprofessional towards the end when I paid for my services..Crystal jumped up and left her customer to make sure that I paid for her jacked up service..If it wasnt for Chau fixing my toes, I wouldnt have paid for service....This visit was not enjoyable...Every since management changed, things have gone down and 12.14.20 may be my last visit

This was the worst pedicure I ever had! I asked for a gel pedicure and the guy digged so hard in my nails that my feet still hurt! Then he didn’t do any kind of massage and not even lotion for my feet! I asked for lotion and he caught a bad attitude and left the lotion thick on my skin and I had to rub it in myself so that I wouldn’t fall. His name was John! Stay away from him!

I paid for gel french manicure and regular pedicure ($55 not including tip) the day before my party and by the next day it was damaged. The Tech Applied An Acrylic Nail on one of my shorter nails- thumb and it broke in half. It was disappointing especially that it happened at my baby shower 🙁The service was good but I wouldnt go back.
