I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasnt dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldnt even get straight lines. At least they didnt cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

I’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors.I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. I understand accidents but more than once is unacceptable and very unsanitary. I feel like these mistakes wouldn’t happen if they weren’t rushing to get you out before they close. I’ve had decent experiences, don’t get me wrong but if you want quality, sanitation and professionalism…I would find somewhere else.

Great at pedicure but horrible experience with eyebrows, I asked for them to clean them dont change shape leave thick I end up leaving with two different shapes in eyebrow and thinner then a string. Never again! Not even 4 days with a gel manicure and look how horrible my nails are! Usually last me 2-3 weeks at other nail salon! HORRIBLE ! GO ELSEWHERE

They were really kind but they charged me wayy to much for the nails I wanted. It was a simple design and they left 2 nails sooo thick it looked bad. and the design they did looked really messy, unblended.

Friendly but my nails look too fake. I get Next-gen nails because of the natural look but this was first visit to this salon and will be last. He has my nails thicker than it would be if Id done tips...I have beautiful natural nails but wanted to add the color and strength of Next-gen. Wasnt anything like that....

Stay away they dont know how to do nails to save they life took my daughter to get her nails done last night she showed the lady a picture of how she wanted her nails and she did the complete opposite and overcharged and took 2hours to do them end up having to take herto Cobe nails in Walmart in 45th st avoid if u can very unprofessional they even had a whole argument in front of my daughter never again

It was my first time coming here after trying several different wack nail salons & it will not be my last! I finally found a good nail salon in WEST Palm Beach!!!!!!! I came to get my nails done for my birthday and showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and he recreated it better than that picture. It’s honestly the first time ever in my life that I 100% love how my nails look! Paid almost $50 for a full set of gel dip powder nails and one of the nails popped off not even 3 days later. What a waste of money! This is the first time Ive gotten my nails done here I usually just get my eyebrows, they do a decent job on those so I guess Ill just use somewhere else for my nails

I went there and showed the guy a picture and he gave me the complete opposite and i asked him if he wasn’t able to let me know so i could change it and when i asked him to fix it his literal words were “ NO” he was very rude, didn’t even shape my nails, one of them is crooked, they are all different sizes i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone save your money and get yours nails done ay color nails in lake worth !

I had the worst experience with this place, I was visiting town and went to fix one nail (Gel Polish) at 11:05 which they open at 11:00am, he stated “I have no time” very rudely. Like, worst customer service ever. Horrible horrible service & place, didn’t even asked if I wanted to wait.

Don’t go there. Went there yesterday for the first time. Won’t be back. My toe from my pedicure is killing me and I need to stand on my feet all day at work. Now to my nails. First I pick out a color for them and then she can’t find it so I have to pick another one. I ask for one nail to be a different color with glitter or silver and gold and red and green. She tells me it’s it but only a copper color. I tell her I want round at the top I get square. They are so short I could have done better. Lastly I have bumps on my nails and none of them have a smooth texture on them. This was my last chance to get them done before Christmas and now I have to deal with this terrible job.

There’s a long wait due to staffing but the service/pedicure that I received from tech Charmelle was well worth it. She pays attention to detail and takes her time. This was my first time visiting and if I lived here in West Palm Beach i’d be a regular. 💚

I went at 11 am when they first open . I asked how much to fix one broken nail and the guy said oh I have no time for that. Worst service ever. Negative 10 stars.

This place is the worst Ive ever been to. The service and staff is horrible. I asked for a nexgen fill in with 10 nail design. They said ok 10 mins I waited and hour and a half. When I finally sat down the guy ask me what you want I said a fill in and design he said oh sorry we dont have time for that. I dont do designs and the person who does is not here. My husband said just leave. They were rude and unprofessional never going there again. I used them a few times and they were always this nasty, and I kept saying maybe I will get one nice tech. After this never again they just want money and they are nasty treat their customers like we are the ones getting paid for this and they lie to you about prices they tell you one price and when you get your bill its double. Good luck if you still go there they are the worst.

Every time I go to this salon they always give bad customer service. And there’s always a problem with drying my nails. That’s not fair especially if I just paid to get them done. They also gave me foot fungus. My feet started itching Immediately after they gave me a pedicure.

Can I give zero stars? Waited almost an hour for a pedicure. Mother and daughter who came in 20 minutes later complained they had somewhere to be were taken ahead of me! I immediately pointed this out to the owner/Mgr and was told we will get to you. Are you kidding me?!

Horrible pedicure ugh Im so annoyed. First of all I will say I am a huge customer service person which there was none here. I came with my friends trying a new place because im very particular on where I go for nail services due to cleanliness and the fact that I have sensitive skin and majority of the time the nail techs end up cutting my cuticle too much . Anyways that wasnt the case here! I told her about my sensitive cuticle and not to cut too much which was cool even though she hardly did anything to my cuticles when I said that. The problem was she hardly scrubbed the bottom of my feet to get the dead skin off and the massage was Horrible! It was like she was just taking her hand and running it lightly on my leg smh I told her to skip that part because I wasnt going to sit around for that it felt like nothing! She didnt talk much to me but had a whole conversation with her coworker next to me though. Will never go back paid $23 for a polish change.

This is the 1st time I walked out for incomplete bad service. If I could I would give a negative five (5) stars.The tech was texting in the middle of my nail fill in removal, she finally got back to me and scraped one of my finger badly, then went to wash my hands came back to my station she was walking out on her cell. I waited for about 3 mins., asked another tech to pay for the removal and left. The tech that was to be working on my mani came running up to my car askng to finish the job, I told her no, I paid and leaving. At 1st she wouldnt move so I could leave, I backed out slowly anyway.This was the worst customer service I ever had, do not want this person ever again.

Came on vacation and broke 2 nails and needed a fix. My shape was terrible.. Shorter than the others and coffin shape was not done correctly. They told me that they will cut the two they did and I can go.. I was very disappointed..

One of the worst places I have ever been. The woman I had took all of 20 min for my pedicure. Keep bending my ankle the wrong way and hurting me. Will never in my life go back there again and no one else should
