I got my nails done by lee and he did an awesome job. He was professional & clean with his work he gave me exactly what I wanted. (Definitely recommend)I also got a gel pedicure by Kevin And he was great, very friendly and careful with his work.

Update 08/18/2021I used to come very often to do my nails and wax eyebrows. Unfortunately, past Friday I had a terrible experience while waxing my eyebrows since parts of it came off with skin. Fortunately, I treat immediately and it looks like it’ll heal soon. However, when I tried to explain the situation yesterday with my mom the lady that did the eyebrows, it wasn’t Chloe (she’s the best! Please, if you do the wax, do it with her, she’s very gentle), only gave excuses and blamed me for using a pimple patch that I shouldn’t have done the wax if I was in medication, which I wasn’t, I was only using a pimple patch which I’ve used before when going to the salon and never had my skin ripped off during the experience (had 3 times eyebrow wax with Chloe and NEVER had this issue).My mom and I were very calm around this claim, the girl after standing on her reason ends the conversation by forbidding me to wax ever again on the local and the guy (not sure if he’s the manager) gave us our $10 refund for the eyebrow wax (since that’s how much the service cost, we paid $156 for all the services done that day) which till today I don’t think was enough to cover the damages that this event left to my skin that could had caused me scars. The girl never apologized or tried to show remorse on her actions. Hopefully they don’t take this comment as an attack and take it as a feedback since I didn’t took any legal actions or did a scandal in their local because of respect for all the other employees that work hard in that local.I love the service Chloe provides but I won’t be back to this place. Customer service must always be #1 priority. Unfortunately that lacked in this experience and I mark down this review to a 2 star, not 1 because there’s workers like Chloe in that place that are very nice and professional that doesn’t deserve the consequences of others mistakes and lack of empathy.————————————Chloe was awesome! She’s by far the best experience I had in a salon. She was very capable on all the services she did to me that date such as the lash tint and lifting, gel nail, brow wax and tint. I was very happy with the results and everyone keeps complementing my nails and brows. Thanks so much Chloe and I really hope to return and have the same services with you!

First time going and I was definitely impressed by Amby. Super personable artistic and attentive. She took what I envisioned and made it better. She is the reason I will be going back. I paid $85 for my set.Only negative is wait time. Even though I made a 1p appt, I wasnt seated till 1:50p. If you go, go very early or just walk in. Seems youll have a wait. Hence the 4 star rating.

I just want to share that I got that new thing out the powder dip. That stuff is awesome! My nails have been good going on two weeks without chipping. Thanks guys

Kimy is the truth!!! I freaking love her work. Its my second time visiting from Fort Lauderdale and its worth the drive. I can schedule an appt and always on time. Also every service you could need, they have.

I scheduled an online manicure, arrived at 10am and the nail tech didnt show up so I left. I received a call the following day from the nail salon saying that the nail tech was there....umm if I make an appt then that means I need my nails done at that time! Not a day later. I dont let them do my pedicure because I get gel and they dont cure the polish correctly before the week is over the whole polish is coming off and I am paying $150 or more when I get my nails done. So I have found another nail tech.

I made an appointment to get a pedicure and my lashes done. They were 30 minutes late doing my pedicure. They never spoke to me or even came over to start me soaking. I almost walked out... I wish I had. I got the pedicure and went back to get my lashes done. Originally I was happy with my lashes, but about 48 hours later clumps of my lashes fell out. I have never had that happen before. I called them to let them know about my problem and they told me to come in. When I got there they said they would redo my lashes but they forced me to delete my review. I did only so I could get my lashes fixed. They still provided an inferior product and service. I do not recommend this salon . I also doubt that their rating is a true rating as they force you to remove negative albeit truthful reviews to fix or redo their ctappy services.It is now Sunday after they fixed them on Wednesday... They are starting to fall off again. Unfortunately this service is not worth the price they charge. I have gotten lashes before and they last 3 to 4 weeks. They use strip lash adhesive v. individual lash adhesive which I believe is the majority of the, problem. Not professional using the wrong product. Also very unsanitary as the ring holder used to dispense the adhesive is reused over and over without being cleaned. They are tossed in the drawer and randomly reused.In my pictures you can see how many lashes fell out as well as the size of the clumps that fell out.The first picture is from Tuesday. The second is from the following Sunday. The whole right eye fell off.Run dont walk to another salon for services.

Andrew is such a perfectionist. Love the services. However, you need to make an appointment ahead of time. If you try to do a walk-in at 6pm they will turn you away. Best time to get them done will be in the AM.

I was recommend by my sister to go to Noire. I absolutely love that place. Very professional. I was not satisfied with one of the colors I selected and they changed it until I was happy. They are polite and take their time. I will forever go there. 💕💯💓 When you go- you should try their glow in the dark gel nails. You will feel magical 😍

My first 2 visits to Noire (first with Amby, and second with Andrew), I received so many compliments about my nails and the service was great (HENCE THE 1 star) I thought Id found a place I could visit regularly. However this has proved not to be the case.Last Saturday April 10th I scheduled an appointment for me and my friend to get tips and pedicures. I scheduled my appointment with Amby and I scheduled my friend with Andrew. On our way there we were told Andrew wasnt available (he was on receptionist duties) and Dailin would do my friends nails. I brought in a pic of what I wanted since they would be my Birthday nails. What I received was not identical to the picture I showed, but thought it would grow on me. However, after getting only negative feedback by others who saw my nails, I called on Sunday to see if I could get them redone. Both Andrew and another woman at the salons front desk were rude and unprofessional, not even entertaining any request I made. Later in the day I called and texted and was told since I liked the nails when I left I had to pay to get them redone. At this point, I was too frustrated to waste my money at Noire and found another establishment on Monday who did a much better job of fixing them.The only reason I am leaving a review is because of the way I was treated today. My friend texted me pictures of her nails that were already breaking and lifting (in less than a week of getting them) so I thought Id call on her behalf to see if they can be fixed. I was hung up on 3 times.I am very disappointed that this place has proven to be so unprofessional and dishonorable.The FIRST pic is what I wanted, the 2nd and 3rd is what I got; the 4th, 5th and 6th were my friends nails as of this afternoon.

We are visiting the area on vacation, and my 6 year old daughter and I loved this place. ❤ The two ladies we had did an amazing job. They took extra care of my sunburnt/wind burnt legs. My tech even took the time to get medicated ointment for me. They cared for my daughter and made sure she was comfy and that she enjoyed everything. She absolutely loved it. If we are ever in the area again I will make sure to visit! They were absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

So I realize this is a nail salon but if you offer services such as massages at least they should be decent. I don’t think the lady that did my massage was even a licensed massage therapist. She basically just rubbed lotion into my skin. My 7 year old gives better massages. They don’t have a proper massage table or clean sheets to lay on. I was given a flannel blanket to cover up with and who knows how many people have used it before me. It was the most unsanitary thing I’ve ever seen. I ended up cutting my hour massage in half and wish I had just left from the start. Do not waste your time or money on any massage services from this place. Not worth it at all!

Very disappointed with the customer service! Went to the facility three days before my appointment to pay in advance, because it was a birthday gift to my husband. The two young girls that was working the desk didn’t even know how to collect a payment for future service! Very sad how incompetent they were when using the system! When the day came for the appointment I even walked my husband in and stated my appointment and that it’s his birthday. Thinking everything was going well my husband ended up paying for his own birthday spa day which wasn’t supposed to happen, because I wanted to pay for it. There didn’t follow instructions when leaving notes for the booking. What made it worst was they try to debate with me on how they screwed up and trying to make it my fault when I clearly make it very clear what was today surprise! Truth be told my five month old dog follows instructions better then then! I truly hope they get better or retrained for front desk services!!!

It seems like it’s a hit or miss with this place. I came in for a pedicure and was quickly seated. I didn’t get the name of the person who did my pedicure. At first she seemed very attentive to what I asked for. She ended up clipping some toe nails too short and cracked my big toe nail down to the nail bed. She had to use acrylic to reshape those nails and did it poorly. She was extremely rough using the tools and made me bleed. I had to keep point out her mistakes and basically walking her through on how to do a simple pedicure.

This was my first time coming here and i got acrylics with designs. i like the way they turned out but there are a few imperfections. online it says that charge 30 for acrylic and i was expecting it to be a little more expensive because of the shape and designs they ended up charging 70 for the set!

Miley is the best for eyelash extensions! Ive always had so much fall out with lashes, but the lashes always last 2 weeks or more when she does them. Great staff and always on time. Highly recommend this salon :)

This is the look I asked for & the results from Noire Nail. The service was great but I am not sure how I feel about the results. I wanted a natural look and I found my nails to be chunky and not 100% covered.I purchased a classic regula pedicure and gel manicure with tip. Price was $68.

I went for a pedicure and I got the WORST PEDICURE I have ever had in my entire life. When I complained to the guy at the front desk he gave me a $5 discount when I was not asking for a discount I just wanted to have my pedi properly done. The guy at the front desk mentioned that next time he will give me a better person for my pedicure. Do you really think there is going to be a “next time”? I’m pretty sure I’ll never return.

Lula did an amazing job on my toes. I love it. She was very patient and took her time to make sure it was perfect. I definitely will be backMiley did my hands and again she did amazing too definitely recommend this spot.

The massage chairs are amazing, and service is superb.I had the Noire Pedicure with a French gel polish and it was most definitely the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. My pedicure was done my Kim and she is by far the best at doing pedicures. I would highly recommend Kim’s Noire pedicure to anybody.My manicure was done by Miley who is an ARTIST at what she does. Definitely one of my favorite nail sets ever. She did a pink and white dip powder on me with Butterfly stickers on top. It was absolutely stunning! She is very accurate and professional about her work. I highly recommend Miley’s manicure’s.All in all, the experience I had here was above and beyond what I had expected. Definitely top notch service. Everyone was very attentive to my needs, and very professional. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.Mahalo for an amazing time at your nail salon. This place is hands down the best!!! Very clean setting. Even though I did not have an appointment, the receptionist made sure I was seen. I was having a nail emergency lol and Andrew made sure to check and see what I need. Lu and Lee took really good care and repaired my nails. 10 stars!!!!

Wanted to spoil myself for my birthday and wanted to relax and feel beautiful! The customer service is very poor. The receptionist is very rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. I’ve been here 4 times and each time, the receptionist gives me attitude and I’m always switching seats like 3 times before actually getting a service. I always pay and tip good but today was awful. I only got a full set and the bottom of my feet scrubbed and I was over charged! I never had a problem with the price but I do have a problem with being over charged for services I didn’t receive. No one tried to fix my problem and once again the receptionist was rude about it. I’m never coming here again.

After going to Andrew for years, firat Avalon and then following him to Noire, I’m retracting my five star review. The reception staff can’t keep an appointment straight. Andrew thinks he cancel at will and delay appointments already made. He is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t care about loyal clients. Would not recommend Noire to anyone.

My nails are all natural length but my tech fixed the length of my thumb nail to my other thumb for no charge! And she gave me a beautiful job. Photo is a whole week later..

I really wanted to love this place based on all of the incredible reviews, and I did give an additional star than I originally planned because the facility did feel very clean, safe, and covid-friendly. I got a gel manicure and was extremely happy with it when I left (especially the color itself!), but not even 48 hours later several of my nails are chipping and peeling off in large chunks. I’ve gotten gel manicures before and never had an experience like this! As an additional note, my technician offered to put a tip on one of my nails that had broken, but failed to tell me that it would be an additional “nail repair” charge. I would have appreciated the head’s up.

I loved my nails so much! I haven’t gotten them done since last year June after a bad experience at another nail shop. Today I went with my sister and I was absolutely pleased with my experience. I believe Lee is the one who did my nails ( so sorry if I have the name wrong it’s hard to hear with the mask sometimes) . He did a great job and when I didn’t choose the right color he didn’t mind changing it and looking for a better and similar color that turned out perfect! I normally don’t get long nails but wanted to try something new and all I can say is I’m in love with my ballerina long nails and would definitely come back and recommend others to go.

This is the best nail place in West Palm Beach by far!! Amby does my nails and she does an amazing job. She can replicate any design and gives you exactly what you request. I have other nail techs in the salon do my nails also and everyone there is very skilled. The place is super clean and they really follow Covid cleaning standards. I wouldnt go any where else they have it all here.

A sad excuse for a salon. I have been a regular customer for 6 months, I came here to get a full set after a long day of work. After waiting over an hour patiently to get my nails done, as one of the techs was gluing tips for my acrylics on, he made one of the nails very crooked. I politely it out and asking him to fix it, he argued with me endlessly and told me it was my fault because my “finger was crooked” and that nothing was wrong. I of course was no happy with this and even offered to fix the nails myself. To which he responded by telling me to go somewhere else, got up, took his drill set and walked away, I asked him if someone else could do my nails, and he laughed and said no. He refused to remove the tips he just glued on and laughed at me trying to get them off myself. They are truly awful people and only care about money, not customer satisfaction. Please save your money and go somewhere else. These people are monsters and do not deserve the money we work hard for

Thought I found my new nail spa, but after today Ill go elsewhere. Theyre always over booked so I made an appointment for eyelash extensions with Miley for today only to get there and be told by another client that she has one as well for 6:30. At first, Miley did try to accommodate by having another lady by the name of Sophia do it instead. After waiting about 40 minutes I was asked to come back tomorrow. As a regular client who uses their services often I thought I wouldve been treated better. It was their mistake for booking two people at the same time and caused me to waste my time and for them to lose a valued customer .

I scheduled an appointment with Andrew. He does phenomenal work, however his customer service and person skills are lacking. I have been serviced by Andrew at least 3 times. Well on my most recent appointment I scheduled to have a full set done for Valentine’s Day. Upon arriving he speaks very faint and fast asking what type of nails do I have on. I responded to him the same set from my last visit with you. He asked if I wanted a fill and I assured him that I had booked for a full set online. He proceeds to tell me he can’t do it because he won’t have time for his next appointment. I was confused as to why I would be concerned with his next appointment. He proceeds to say you should have come earlier so that I could soak off your nails and do the full set but I won’t have time to do it. He walks away leaving me sitting without a response for about 10 minutes. He comes over and basically tells me you can come Monday but I can’t do it today. I mentioned again that I had booked the appointment and he didn’t care he didn’t ask of someone else could help. He suggested I get a pedicure and then he could do my nails. I asked if I could sit to the side and have them soaked off and then he could do them, and he replied no. Well I didn’t understand what would be the difference in time if I had gotten a pedicure or just had the nails soaking off. This was extremely disappointing, because I had my appointment booked a week in advance. He has rushed me on other occasions but I managed to deal because he does great work, but I didn’t feel welcomed anymore after this last incident.

I was recommended to this salon over and over again by a close friend and was very disappointed to say the least. i went for a normal pedicure with my mom, we were told 15-20 minutes so we waited. we were brought to the pedicure chairs after about 10 minutes, then waited an additional 45 minutes to an hour until someone came to do our nails. when we were paying i paid the girl in the front for my $25 pedicure so my mom was just left to pay. they tried charging us $50 and i said i already paid, i was literally holding the receipt for my pedicure that one girl had handed me not more than a minute prior. waisted 2 hours getting a pedicure and i’d say it’s alright. definitely would not recommend if you’re a walk-in or getting something cheaper, they won’t prioritize you.

The lady I had was trying to be so quick with my pedicure that she hurt my foot. She needed to slow down, and focus on what she was doing. Also the guy at the front gave me a hard time for trying to use a coupon. My pedicure looks very nice, but the experience isnt worth a return from me.

Just had my nails done by Lee and I’m loving them! He picked the perfect color for me and I loved the way they came out. He did the prettiest ombré and the perfect coffin shape. Definitely switching to him from now on.

When I arrived for my appointment, there was confusion as to the time I booked the appointment even though I had email confirmation and it was in their system correctly. Once I was seated, I waited 35 minutes before any one started my service, and it wasnt even the person I was booked with, it was a lady who just noticed I had been waiting a while. After that, everything was fine and they did a good job.

I recently started going here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is my new go to nail spot. Andrew is absolutely amazing. Every inspo pic I show him for my nails comes out exactly the same if not better. The quality of work is the best I’ve had- I can go up to 3-3.5 weeks before needing a fill. Highly recommend Andrew!

Titi and Lee were awesome. Titi took her time on my pedicure and really did a great job compared to a lot of places who just rush you. Lee did a really complicated design and was exactly what I wanted. He also got the shape exactly how I wanted it, which I’ve had a really hard time finding someone to perfect it. I was very disappointed with the place itself. I had an appointment made with days before at 5 p.m. and I was made to wait 40 minutes. I asked for someone experienced because I wanted a more special design on the nails. I was passed between 2 people and in the end someone took me. I have been doing technical nails for 7 years and they are among the worst worked, in 4 days 5 nails came off. Instead of design, 2 stickers were glued to my nails. It lasted more than 2 hours and I was very disappointed with how it worked, it peeled them down to my flesh and I felt a burn on all my nails. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They have the latest pedicure chairs that are comfortable and waiting to help you relax from your exhausting day. When you stop by be sure to ask for Kim she gives the best gives the best pedicures in town. Miley has over 15 years experience in nails and lash applications she knows exactly what you like. So come on and stop by Noire Nail Bar, they take temperatures at the door and sanitize all the surfaces, I’ve experienced them to be safe while adhering to CDC rules and regulations.

Asked the nail tech several times if he was capable of doing the design I chose, he said yes and then completely was unable to do it. I am embarrassed to walk around with my nails looking like this. The acrylic was chunky, the color was completely see through, and they weren’t even filed to look even. I had to basically walk him through the entire process. Then they charged me $70 when a normal full set is priced at around $45 online. I left the salon with acrylic and glue all over my hands and a feeling of complete disappointment. Then when I called to ask if they could fix them, they hung up on me. Vacation officially ruined.

Ive explored several different nails Salon in the rea and all of them were terrible . I came across Noire from google and decided to give them a try. Book my appoint and the entire experience was flawless. Lee did my nails to perfection, I ask for one color and he gave me serval different shades of the color until he saw the bet color for my skin tone. Lee was amazing. Tina did my pedicure she was awesome as well. I finally found my nail home and to top is off the prices are very affordable. 5 Star customer service no matter what color you are they treat each customer the same.....extraordinary!!!!!

I got the worst pedicure here and the customer service was terrible. This was the Second time I came here and the color that I picked out the color display was not the same color that I got .When I let them know that I was not satisfied they literally ignored me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER DONT COME HERE !!!!!

Sanitization is not a concern as it seems. Files and drill bits are obviously used multiple times without cleaning or changing them out. I had 4 nails left from an appointment 4 weeks ago (I had trouble finding a place open on my day off after moving to the area 3 weeks ago) and they were removed by sliding a tip under the edge and popping them off along with some of my nail plate. Having gone so long between appointments and having had lifted nails I was concerned about the health/quality of my nails but my tech didn’t even seem to notice or care. I had to point out leftover acrylic on one nail and had it dug at with the drill as a result. My tech was making and taking calls through the appointment and seemed irritated at me for being interested in the process. By far the worst set I’ve ever had. They appear pretty until you look closely and see that the cuticle was unprepared and had acrylic laid overtop of it. The cuticle edge as a result is sharp and doesn’t lay flush with my nails and will look awful as soon as they grow out some and are going to lift far more easily. My nails underneath were drilled on at a very high setting which was painful and I think removed too much nail plate as my nails are sore, which I’ve never experienced after a service before coming to Noire. I had to request my nails be shaped before being tipped. And the tips used are thin and flimsy, I didn’t even have well-fitting sizes put on many of my fingers. My tech did not wear gloves or appear to wash his hands and was using his fingers to dig hardened acrylic from the pot. He argued with me when I asked him to even out the length of two nails to match the others. When looking at the nails at the c-curve it is noticeable that the thickness is not even throughout. Extremely disappointed and already looking for another salon to remove these and try to help salvage my nails.

I am shocked and devastated at the fact that MMA dip powder was used on me without my consent or knowledge. When you pay 75 dollars for a full set of long acrylics you expect for there to be some sort of reassurance that something as harmful as MMA would not be used on your nails. I found out about this disaster because I had an upcoming nail appointment at a different salon and wanted to take them off myself to save some money. To my horror when I started the removal process I saw something I wished to never see. The nails dissolving like a slime, coming off in corrosive like layers. And the horrible smell. I knew that was not regular EMA powder. I am disgusted and so disappointed that this happened and am warning everyone not to come here. Now I dont even know if I will be able to get these off and my natural nail is deformed. Stay clear and stay safe.

I visit for pedicures with Henry. He is absolutely the best. He’s also very jovial and takes special care to make sure his work is perfect. The salon itself is beautiful and I love to see the work done on other clients too. Everyone on staff is very friendly and accommodating to all clients not just their own. Just a beautiful experience every time.
