Nicole has been doing my eyebrows for over a decade now and never fails at keeping my eyebrows on fleek. I always receive compliments for her work. Ive been getting pedicures there as well for some years now and I am never disappointed. My most recent experience was with Gabriella and she is absolutely amazing. She provided top class customer service and ensured my pedicure was done to my satisfaction. The salon is taking the necessary precautions to ensure all customers and employees are safe.I will definitely continue going to this salon as I always walk out a happy customer. I would definitely recommend.

Gabby is the best. She is always on point with her time and I never have had to wait more than 6 minutes. Anything I ask - such as evil eyes on my nails, etc... she makes it happen. She is kind, and she listens. She makes it easy to sit there and if you’re anything like me and don’t have patience- she makes it easy and fun to sit there. I highly recommend using Gabby. She’s the best. The owner is a sweetie too makes you feel welcomed and not rushed. Place is always clean. It’s a solid choice. 💯

My 2nd Visit With Gabi❤️ Not only have my Nails grown out longer and healthy since my 1st visit, but now She made me fall in love with Dip. I am a regular customer for the past 2 years. I love the atmosphere and environment at Venus Nails. As of recent they have hired some new talent. One of them I definitely can remember. Her name is Gabriella and she has the warmest and pure heart. I love her work.. she is soo gently and non-aggressive when it’s comes to pedicures and she is a bomb ahh nail tech. I hope she is here for a long time because as long as she is there, I’m definitely coming back there to see her. 🙂🙂

10 out of 10. Ladies, this is a hidden gem! This will be my forever salon when it comes to nails and brows for me I highly recommend Venus nails to anyone looking for fast and Professional ampled staffed Service. The atmosphere is so welcoming and especially when I visit I see the techs cleaning up right away so that makes me feel safe.

I at first loved it but my nails failed and they would not listen to my issue. And the manager was super rude to me. We no help. I asked for the owner she not here. Do you want my business no response. I asked this three times ok no business for you then. I was willing to pay just not full price. I have yet to find a great nail salon

Never again. Take your money elsewhere if you want professionalism and customer service. The owner Sunni herself engages in and encourages bad behavior and microagressions. Its quite horrible and I wish I took my grandma elsewhere for her pampering day.

I wouldnt go back....I went yesterday when it was raining out so there were only 2-3 customers in the store max at any given time. The staff were noisy and unprofessional, acting like kids- which made for a less than relaxing visit. The lady who did my nails (I got French gel) was very rough with my hands. She spoke almost no English so there were a few communication issues. I felt little cuts on my thumbs from the trimming but waved it off. The massage was not a massage. As I was leaving I was rolling my jeans back down and both my thumbs started bleeding. I walked back and showed her and she sat me down, poured some disinfectant on them (which didnt feel good) and then sent me on my way. Im angry with myself for paying for this service. My nails ended up looking fine, but as a college student I dont have the opportunity to do this kind of thing often. You couldnt pay me to go back to Venus Nail.

Ive been going here for 4 years now and always receive great service. Some techs are better than others so it helps to call ahead if you have a favorite. Otherwise its a great little place and the prices are very reasonable.

This place was horrible!!! I just left there and I’m so upset that I decided to go to this place I was in a hurry to get a fill in a time crunch I had something important to do the next day so I figured it can’t be that bad I left with all of my nails not even the same length they look horrible they were so rude I will never again in my life go to this place I came with my daughter I had her in the car seat this lady with gloved hands try to grab the car seat and grab my child’s bottle I had to tell her you need to stop touching my child and take those gloves off!! Horrible experience! If I could give this place no stars I would!

I just came here for a soak off. I left with a pretty bad cut on my cuticle which is still sore.. the next day. & the finger next to it has a hot red spot on the nail bed from being too rough and heavy handed with the drill. Lastly, I left with acrylic on my nails . I only go here to let Nicole thread my brows. Guess you cant just go anywhere for a soak off, which I shouldnt of paid for...

John gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had.

The guy in the front is rude. I came in and wanted a pedicure. No one greeted me and asked if they could help you. Mind you it’s sunday so it’s not busy at all. A lady came in and she was helped immediately with no appointment just a simple walk in. He said to me I thought you were waiting for someone and didnt apologize. He resumed to take the lady.I only go there because the lady who threads my eyebrows is the best. Not a friendly place at all. Take your money else where for good friendly service.

THIS PLACE DESERVE TO BE CLOSED! The customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady who did my nails seems mad because I walked out to go get something before coming back. This lady spent 5 minutes doing my pedicure. This is the worst experience Ive ever had. Never again.

This place is so damn unprofessional. They close at 7pm, I came in to do a pedicure at 6:30pm and told me “oh can you come tomorrow because they don’t have time” and out of everybody only one person was doing a manicure at the time. If you close at 7 that means your door close at 7 anybody who comes in before that should get serviced!!!!

Some of the nail tech seem annoyed but Sidney is very kind and personable with customers...Sidney is very sweet and a great nail technician....

This used to be my go to Mani pedi place, its been awhile. And its gone downhill. I wanted a manicure too but I felt my pedicure was rushed and the tech was annoyed. It was not a relaxing experience like it used to be. Not going back.

I went there about 2 years ago to get my nails done with my sister because I was going to a dance and she was treating me.I use to be a really bad nail biter and when I went to get my nails done the women who was doing them rolled her eyes and sighs because of how short my nails were.I had gotten my nails and toes done and my toenails were fine she was a little rough but not so much that I couldn’t handle it when we went over to do my nails we sat down and she got her tools out and everything was normal (I was getting nex gen)she started pushing my cuticles back mind you they were not that bad I had 2 or 3 days before that pushed them back myself, but no she continued.She ended up making me bleed on 5 of my ten fingers,she then put a liquid on my nails that burned so bad because she mad me bleed and she could see that I was in pain but said nothing.I could tell that the women that was doing my sisters nails and the lady doing my nails were talking about me in another language because she kept looking and me laughing and looking at my nails.I took the pain and just continued on,my nails looked fine they weren’t bad but they weren’t good.Now the main reason I gave this a one star is because the following day I noticed a weird bumb on one of the fingers that the lady had made me bleed.The bumb started to get bigger and bother me more and more, I finally told my mom and she took me to the doctor.My doctor looked at it and tested it and I had an infection in my finger do to dirt getting into the cut from getting my nails done.It ended being that the women doing my nails did not clean her tools and when she cut me the dirt from her tool got into the cut giving me and infection.Me,my Dad,and my sister returned to the store the day after we found out I had infection to get a refund.We wall up to the man and say that I got and infection and that all we wanted was a refund,he replied with a no my dad then said that it was their fault for not cleaning their tools and that we should get a full refund but they again replied with a no we kept pushing for a refund and then the main asked to see my hand insinuating that we were lying and just trying to get the money back.We sat there for an hour till the maneger came and still they said no so we left without our money and me still having an infection in my finger.Today I’m ok I took antibiotics to get ride of the infection(I had the infection in two fingers).I just wanted to write a review so that this would happen to no one else.Take you money to somewhere where you won’t get an infection and people have a better bedside manner.

Got a mani and pedi. The girl barely did anything but paint my nails. The place was very very dirty& the people were not friendly. Not worth it and definitely do not recommend. Will not be going there again. They need to work in their customer service etiquette and clean the place once in a while.

This is the worst nail salo. Ever. My mom went in to get her eyebrows waxed and the lady went too low on both eyebrows, so she basically took off a layer of skin that was on my moms eyelids. Very unprofessional, very rude. My mom needed antibiotics and a hospital visit.

Just left the doctors office with my daughter, and she has an infection from where the lady cut her !!!$40 dollar copayment, $20 antibiotics and these rude people are fighting giving us a refund !!! Channel 12 news here I come !

The service is horrendous and it’s very dirty and has lots of bugs and they are extremely rude and disrespectful and locked me in until I paid and as a black woman I felt highly disgusted that they would even consider to racially profiled me

Bad place, bad service, the gel nails come up after only a day and the acrylic remove too, the first place thats happened to me, and i make nails almost a 5 years 😠
