They are a bit slow but if you have the patience to wait for Mike hes awesome. The reason their slowest because they really take the time to go in detail to make sure that youre satisfied with your nails

I wanted to get service here!! However, I ended up walking out!!!! I wanted a gel nail set, but the lady that works there saw my nails and said it was “30” I said “ok” after that she said she was charging $5 for trimming 2 of my regular nails. I said only for two nails, I normally go to the one in boyton but because It was raining I came here”. She said “ok, go over there”. I said,”you can’t tell me where to go”. She said all the places are more expensive then us”. I really needed my nails done so I stayed but then she remove the nail polish and then just walks away and tells the man to come do my nails. I didn’t like how they were treating me so I ended up leaving and went to a better place.. I don’t recommend this place at all no more .!!

I went on a Tuesday where they are usually closed and they were short staffed. I had to wait to do my toes. After I was done, she told I would have to wait to do my nails and I said no & I checked out. They were not bad, but I’ve had better. Not my best pedicure. The shop is dirty, the seats are falling apart. They don’t have no sanitation between guests. Not the best customer service. I see why their rating is so low.Don’t waste your time here.

Stopped for a last minute manicure I really liked it I called to schedule an appointment they had somebody ready for me to do my manicure... They are very fast very good ... I recommend this place in West Palm Beach to anybody that lives around here

First time in and it was good. I called to see if they were open the man that answered the phone is a bit abrasive but the services rendered made up for that. All in all I got a great pedicure.I honestly thought I was going to get jacked because they initially weren’t chatty with the customers and the lady just did her thing but I have to say she did a great job and they offer so many different pedicure options.

But, know my time is just as valuable as yours. Called in to see, if youre available for the services i need. Yes. Im on my way. Get there within reasonable time. A different story, once Im there, waited and then starts my manicure. If i could give 5 👎 I most certainly WOULD.

One star is for the price of an eyebrow wax. This place has gone downhill. At least their attitude and customer service has. I arrived at 0915 this morning and the man who sits around on his phone all the time and takes your money at the end said she not here yet she on way in regards to the request of an eyebrow wax. I waited a little more than 15 min. and he tells me she here now, no apology for the wait whatsoever. She came in and eventually said you want eyebrow and motioned for me to come to the back. No hello, no apology either for the wait, didnt say a word to me after that, nothing! I dont even know her name, just that she has long brown hair to her waist. Is it so hard to say hello, greet someone, act nice even if you arent? She and the guy on the phone both acted like I was an imposition on them. This used to be a friendly place. But there is no way Ill be going back to sit around and wait for someone to come to work, not be apologized to as if my time doesnt matter, and be treated rudely. I also noticed the place is dirty and needs a good cleaning!

Called for appointment and was seen on time. First time visit and I was extremely pleased with services. As I visit the West Palm area often, this is the first place that has not tried to upsell or RIP me off.Fast, friendly and clean. I will be back!

Ive been going to Diamond Nails since I moved to West Palm about 18 months ago, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are amazing with acrylics and dips. As someone who has had acrylic/dip nails for about 10 years, I know when someone is good and they are the best. Great pedis too.

I have been going to this salon for about 9 years! I have had my good experiences, but overall I have a lot of bad experiences here! Waiting 30 minutes just for a eyebrow wax while staff is just sitting around, being told they are closed, when the door states a different closing time and when told about needing to fix the time on the door all I was told is “okay”, When one of the nail tech made a mistake with my nails and I said something about it, I was told by the owner that they don’t have time to fix it! Overall their customer service feels staged. I really don’t care for anyone who feels other wise, because I know what experiences I’ve had here. I just find it very rude that everytime something is going on or when they have a very complicated customer they automatically start speaking a language for only themselves to understand!

The best place to get your full set Mani and pedi. Lena does a magnificent job with my eyebrows and nexgyn natural nail dip over lay. Simone he does the best work on my feet feel like walking on clouds. I never make an appointment but I am aware of the traffic but, they always make time for me. Once I came late and Mike, Lena and Simone stayed after they closed about 30-40 min to have me leave with perfection. I respect everyone that works there except the new guy that does nails he need to work on his people skills. But overall Diamond Nails is my favorite spot.

Today, 6/24/17 I had the best pedicure I have ever had! Simoon did an amazing job and it was the longest leg/foot massage I have ever experienced in any salon! I highly recommend Simoon for your next pedicure. I live in the Annapolis Md area and even there, I have never had the level of expertise Simoon gave. Small local salon, great prices and great service!

Very poor service. I had to wait over an hour to get my nails done after my pedicure just for her to keep pausing my service to work on someone else. She rushed through my nails, offered to only put tips on my shorter nails (3 nails) while still charging the same price . A friend told me not to go here, i should have listened. I regret it i will never come here again.

False advertisement on nail prices and the wait is horrible. By the time youre out the chair they have 4 different people working on your nails. Horrible place!!!!

Ive gone in and out of this salon for about 4 years now and had my first bad experience. Nails werent properly taken care of, rushed and unprofessional. Nail shapes are different sizes and chipped the next day. I called to have them done over the next day and got nothing but the run around and different days to come in. Customer service isnt how it used to be and Im convinced they dont truly care for how your nails look at the end of its process

The man who sits in front row doing nails THE OWNER is nasty as hell and VERY DISRESPECTFUL i have seen MANY people get into it with him because of his attitude you dont treat customers at a spending their money with you and that type of manner he acts like he doesnt want your money so I beg you do not go here and spend it with him he is very ungrateful he literally got upset with me for asking him a color of a nail polish and started working on someone else without even explaining what was going on he is very very rude and should not have any business I am a business owner myself and you can tell when someone doesnt appreciate their customers we work too hard to be treated this way when we are the ones spending on money do not go here I will write a review every day if I have to
