This is based off my short experience with them. I thought Id share it anyway so people know more or less what to expect just on the phone. I cant even imagine my experience if i did go there😵 .. The first person on the phone didnt know a lick of English. The second person I spoke to could hardly understand me and had an attitude.. Im probably never going there. Especially with their prices.. go to ultra nails. Theyre cheaper, professional, kind, and worth the money!

Great group of people. The nail salon is clean and well organized. I’m always very pleased with the way my nails look when I leave there.

Took my mom there to get her nails done but so many things went wrong.1 - She asked for full acrylic; she got dipped nails.2 - She went with a Valpak coupon listing the service as $25 for Dipped nails and $22 for Full acrylic; she was charged $40.3 - The nail tech could not initially understand the simple design of doing acrylic with nail art over it as a finisher.1 star was given since my mom liked the finished product, somewhat. They do not honor their own coupons.Will not recommend to anyone.

The service here was really great with being prepared. They also are very clean and organized which was impressive

Poor treatment when I walked into the salon from the female who may be the owner. She was loud and aggressive with me. I should have walked out the moment she displayed to me her unwelcoming attitude. I stayed to have some gel polish removed from my hands. As I was sitting, I observed her kind and pleasant attitude with another customer and with an individual who walked in after me. I honestly see a pattern in this city with how I’m treated when I walk into an establishment. It’s clear to me to see what is behind the motive for the poor treatment I’ve been receiving. These establishments are RACIST! YEA I SAID IT!

Best Nail Salon in West Palm Beach! The owners are personable and attentive! New very clean salon with great service and staff! My nails are always done perfectly and I get compliments all the time! I have had very bad experiences in other salons in West Palm and Royal Palm! This is always consistent and extremely friendly! You feel like family! I highly recommend!

Great place! The hubby and I went to get pedicures last night and the guy that did mine was awesome! The last pedicure I got from a different spa wasn’t so good and they left a piece of nail in the side of my toe. This gentleman removed it for me and I felt instant relief. The lady who did my hubby’s pedicure was awesome, too. He was holding our younger daughter, who decided she wanted to put her feet in the water with daddy and the lady took the time to massage her feet and legs! This is our new spot for pedicures! Also, they don’t push you to get extra services done. They didn’t ask if we wanted manicures or a more expensive pedicure. Great people, great place! Thank you!

Hands down the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. Clean nail salon. I got the deluxe pedicure with milk & honey plus fresh lime & grapefruit. So relaxing and Id highly recommend!

I have known the Owners for more than a decade, so I have reconnected with them in their new Salon. I have always known them to be friendly, reliable and hard working professionals that take pride in their work. I never walk out dissatisfied. I would, and do, recommend anyone to try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

They seem to overprice, probably add gratuity for people of certain color. I felt uncomfortable and left feeling robbed for such simple work. Won’t be coming back. I could feel the discrimination in the air, definitely an uncomfortable feeling.

I must admit that I had neglected my feet over the ENTIRE winter! When I arrived, all I can say is I was feeling pretty badly about the condition of my toes. Nick did a great job on my hands, and Lee worked a MIRACLE on my DOGS! Lol.....thanks for the AWESOME service!! Yetta B.

Horrible. If you like perfect nails dont even bother. I gave the lady multiple chances to fix my nails and every time was told dont worry, they will be good. They are not shaped right, uneven edges and sides. It looks like I already need a fill because the cuticle area is so far away and very uneven. I have never had my nails look this way. Never returning.

This place can do anything.I asked for a difficult design and they were able to do it.Overall nice people and good service.I recommend Carmen she’s very hard working and sweet.

The whole staff is friendly and Carmen does an excellent job. Ive tried many nail salons in the area and this is the best place for quality and service.

They are not true to their prices, it’s only been a week and my nails are already LIFTING. Spent $50 on literally nothing. I was definitely overcharged and rushed on. But hey I’ll take this L. Steer clear
