Very dirty/trash often left on floors in trash rooms and hallway carpets/no respect for general rules/ carpets worn and very dirty/No respect for Covid rules/covid in building “Exists” /management is very nice but, need extra help/It takes a few to make it uncomfortable for all— extra care is maintained for outside beauty (bonito); such care should be given inside as “Villa Regina” is slowly becoming a pigsty! Management doesn’t care or does not have the ability to enforce tenant responsibility and common decency for all. Embarrassed to have family or friends visit!

Villa Regina, a low income HUD Housing building, is a very nice place. I know people there and I am a regular visitor. Usually I go there on a weekly basis to meet with friends and sometimes to eat with them. The building is kept in good shape, maintenance is available Monday thru Friday, floors are clean, windows are clean, sidewalks are free of debris, but occasionally I spot some trash in the bushes, but the wind usually blows it in. If I had to live there, which I dont, Id be happy with the way things are.

The Property Manager Monique she is the best always there to assist and help residents and visitors she is very professional and caring thank you very much for everything you do .
