I am honored to write a review especially acknowledging the hard work, dedication and commitment from Ariana. I have been looking all over for a new place that meets my needs and I can commute easily from school and work. She was honest and very helpful with me getting situated. She went out her way for me and I really appreciate her work ethics. I am a new tenant so I cant speak on my experience so far but I am at peace when I come and walk by the lake. Im so ready to try out the pool and gym. The apartment and the appliances look very nice. The closet is a very nice. I really enjoy the place so and I cant wait to decorate.
First time looking for an apartment and it was exactly what I needed. They were professional and responded every time I needed answers. This place is clean and family friendly. Ariana did a great job with helping me, she’s awesome!
Me and my fiancé are WPB locals who recently moved back to the area after two years away and we were hit with this current housing crisis. After 3 months of endless searching for an apartment, Ariana and her assistant Lovell helped us secure an apartment that met our needs and was in our budget. Their professionalism made our move in process so seamless and we are so pleased and thankful!
Professional Lovell and Ariana. I love the place love the view so far. New tenant
Excellent place. Lived on 3rd floor. Never had a problem.
I’m trying to help some college kids rent an apt. Their credit scores are in the 700’s, they both have management level jobs and good salaries. I called twice to see an apartment and was told each time that someone would call me back within 24 hours. No one ever called. The potential tenants also called and were told the same thing. No one called them either. They have no one in the on-site office and no one calls people back. It’s poor customer service and poor management. Unfortunate, because these would have been great tenants.
I have had received great communication with Tom since he started at Bella. Being here for 4 years him joining the team was a positive change. Thank you Tom
A/C has not worked since we’ve moved in. It has been 80-85 degrees in the apartment. I’ve created 3 work orders and they have sent two techs, which have not fixed anything. The second one came to tell me that the A/C doesn’t work. I left and went to my parents and have continuously called them and all I get told is that they will have a tech call me and no one ever does. Communication is terrible, and the worst part of they’re probably still going to charge a full rent as I drip In sweat and can’t handle being there. But hey, At least you have a view.. lol.Oh and they don’t answer their “emergency” maintenance line. This place is a joke
I think that Ariana and Mimi was very professional and pleasant to work with, they were able to get Orion into an apartment as soon as possible and as promised.I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Bella Lago Vista. The community is very clean and quiet.
My husband and I moved from Michigan about year and half, and this was our first apartment. We were very pleased with everything. I loved the office staff, and the Grounds keeper, and Security people were wonderful...We couldnt ask for better first place when we were transitioning. We did move down by ocean, but thanks to bella our first experience was wonderful moving to Florida.
The kitchen is too small inside the apartment, the amenities are very basic but other than that its a perfect outdoor retreat with the lakeside park and views
Beautiful grounds
I’m glad to be moving out in a few weeks. The laundry room is awful paying to dry my clothes 3 times before they are even dry sometimes still soaking wet. Many of my clothes and comforters have been destroyed. Also they RANDOMLY shut the water off without any notice. The place was nice when we first moved in but after staying here I would not recommend to anyone.
I have been a resident for over 2 years now. It has been a VERY GOOD experience. I recommend Bella Lago vista condos to singles, couples, and families. The lake views are spectacular!! The paradise, vacation feel to this community really is a treat after a long day of work. The pool and spa are ALWAYS clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to live, look no further. A++
Management sucks! I have been calling for weeks, emailing, etc and can’t get through to anyone nor has anyone followed up! I would not recommend living here
I’ve been living here almost 4 years, but the latest administration is just awful. Every week a new notice is posted with more and more rules. The spa is always broken, there is no walking exit so you must deal with cars in and out. There is no restricted access and the way they “keep track” of the local vehicles has been changing a lot lately. I can’t wait to get out of here and have some freedom.
I lived with my boyfriend at Bella Lago for over a year. The place is wonderful. You feel as if youre in a bit of nature thanks to the lake, landscape, and different types of anatidae walking around with their ducklings. The staff is very nice and its a super pet-friendly place. The apartment we lived in overlooked the lake which was a real treat. I do not have any complaints of this place. It is conveniently located- close to I-95, Whole Foods, gas station, outlet and more. Its great to see the fireworks from Downtown West Palm Beach from time to time and live ten minutes or less from so many things that are part of our daily lives. The neighbors are very nice as well. This was our first apartment in Florida and it will always have a special place in our hearts. Best wishes to the staff! :)
I love the convenience to the outlets, CityPlace and downtown West Palm. The jacuzzi and pool are nice and clean. The view by the lake is beautiful and a nice area to walk dogs. The people in the community are friendly and it’s not noisy. The only thing I’d change is the gym. It’s really small for the number of apartments in the complex so it can get crowded.
You get what you pay for. Giselle in the front office will tell you how nice the place is and that she wishes she can move there. Its a bunch of bull! You have to pay for laundry in their makeshift facility. I had several of my clothes damaged and had to use a cleaners instead. Each unit is individually owned by a landlord. Even though the complex said they allowed pets my picky landlord did not. She also refused to replace damaged items in my closet after her husband patched up the air conditioning unit with duct tape. Also they lie and say they have cameras but as soon as something goes wrong we dont have a camera in that area. If you want cheap and trashy, Bella Lago Vista is the place for you!
Ok, my son lives here and goes to school at FAU so I visit 3-4 times a year. I stay with him when I visit. Its quiet which is the big thing. The apt is on the small side but the rent is below 1K so its fair. Its reasonably close to Target, 1 mile, which has everything. Other shops are in the area too so you can get whatever you need. The down side is about 20% of the people look like theyre on some kind of assistance. 10-20% of the cars are just garbage. Duct taped windows, that kind of thing. The place is generally clean and functional. I dont do many reviews but given the wide diversity in the reviews I thought Id post. I would not call the people here super friendly. Theyre not rude either. Everyone seemingly just keeps to themselves, which is fine too.
This place is horrible. The people working there are incredibly unprofessional and are breaking the law at every opportunity they can and exploiting their residents. Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would!
I would NOT recommend living here if you want to actually be happy. The apartments are too small. Everytime you put in a maintenance note it either takes 6 months to get answered or it goes ignored. The office staff is rude an most of the time ignorant or oblivious when asked ANYTHING. Its impossible to get a hold of ANYBODY who works for the apartments. Nobody answers the office phones. Nobody answers emails. The office doors are 9 times out of 10 locked, an God for bid you need someone while they are going on their lunch break. I couldnt wait for my lease to be up an to move out! This place was nothing but a headache the entire year I signed to live here.
It’s fine. I’ve never left a review for anything in my life unless trying to assist a small business. But, I’m preemptively expecting to not get my security deposit back, and am listening to the beeping outside my apartment door (which has persisted for 3 days), so, I’m in the mood. This is a great complex, for college students. The prices are relatively low, apartments are small, it is what it is. I’m not really understating the reviews that say “overpriced.” The prices of rent are fair. This is not an apartment complex for well off couples, families, etc.Close to everything. Relatively safe. But it’s painfully obvious there is something seedy going on with the management company. I was never informed my apartment was individually owned, and then was told I needed to contact my landlord about something from the management company. Lol. The raving positive reviews are from people who work here.P.S. please come shut the beeping off. Thx.
Theres never any parking. Its loud with people always yelling and arguing. The dumpsters are always overflowing. The office is only open 3 days a week and half the time they are out to lunch when it should be open. They ripped me of my security deposit. But if you like spiders thats a plus because theres plenty of them here. I dont normally write reviews but after they ripped me of my security deposit after I followed their guidelines, instead of asking for it back, its the least I can do.
Don’t fall for the fairytale they try to sell you!Terrible customer service from management. If you have a problem, you are on your own here. They’ve been trying to repair the entrance for almost 6 months. It is atrocious and run down looking!I am making this comment after calling all emergency numbers, to only get voicemails, in my smoking apartment!Don’t waste your time or dollar here!* Terrible pest control, also!
I’ve lived at over 6 different apartment complexes. This experience was the worst. The apartments were nice. The grounds/pools were always perfectly maintained (one star for the groundskeepers). But the lack of other stars is because of the two airheads in the office and poor management. They ripped us off on our security deposit. Was told during final inspection they were going to upgrade the carpets cuz they were old. They didn’t tell us that we would have to pay for it! The damage was not from us and was pictured in our walk through before move in. We were only there for a year but yet lost most of our security deposit because they had to recoup the cost of upgrading, so they decided to take us to the bank. We did get a small portion of our security deposit back, but after living at 4 other places before this, each for one year, and always getting our full security deposit back (because we are clean and respectful) and this being such a hassle and really feeling like we got screwed. They deserve no stars. Horrible horrible experience. Do not live here. But do stop by and say hi to the groundskeepers, because they are so kind and welcoming (the total opposite of the two dimwhits in the office).
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I lived here for a year. My nightmare started with moving into an apartment that had not been cleaned. I had dead cockroach bodies in my kitchen cabinets. There was spilled beer molding under my refrigerator. The dishwasher never worked even after they claimed that they fixed it, which they only did after I called the department of health because there was constantly a back-up of sewer-smelling water in the bottom of the dishwasher. I was trying to be a good tenant so I cleaned the apartment myself and I even had Stanly Steamer come to steam clean the carpets to make this sh**-hole livable. Then my neighbors decided that they were going to party every night until 2am. I repeatedly complained. All this resulted in was them starting to retaliate and call security on me almost every night, claiming that my dogs were barking so in the middle of the night I would be awakened by security banging on my door (a young woman alone, scaring the hell out of me)Then I received a lovely notice from one of the management staff stating that if I could not control the barking of my dogs (which was not even happening) that I would have to muzzle them or remove them from the property Yes a-holes I am really going to muzzle my two dogs while they are inside their own apartment. At this point, I was ready to move out and surrender two months rent just to escape the harassment of the management and the insomnia that I was suffering from the security situation. I went to the office and spoke to a woman who convinced me that she would take care of everything and that she would make sure that security stopped coming to my apartment for these false complaints. I filled out the notice to vacate so that come the end of my lease, I would be out of there!! This woman no longer works for them. So....Now they are claiming that I owe them money that I do not owe them because they lost my initial notice to vacate. (Convenient) The new woman in the office told me not to worry, to hand in the notice and she would take care of it that I would not owe anything Then I received a notice on my door stating that I have to pay another months rent and an additional $50 because my lease converted to month to month. I went to the office to clarify the situation and the woman in the office stated that she must have misspoke and that they only recently started to collect the money for the people who failed to give notice. I DID NOT FAIL TO GIVE NOTICE!!!! These idiots lost it. I then spoke to the manager who is useless. He told me that I did not have a good explanation for not providing notice. It is like talking to a brick wall. Unbelievable ignorance. These people are unethical and unprofessional. The move out notice also states that I have to have my carpets steam cleaned...HELLO!!! What about when I had to have them steam cleaned myself when I moved in because the place was so disgusting. The air ducts have black sh** coming out of them. God knows what kind of health complications I am going to suffer in the future from being subjected to the living conditions at this tenement. I had to contact an attorney, who stated that I do not owe these people anything and that many of the indignities that I endured while living at Bella Lago Vista (Clear Lake Club) are against the guidelines recommended by the better business bureau. Therefore, they are reportable on several points yet they are brilliant enough to attempt to pursue collecting this money from me. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere but here. If you have to, live in your car. Live in a homeless shelter. Sleep on the beach. You will thank yourself.
I have lived in Bella Lago Vista since it opened and love everything about it. The rates are great. We have wonderful amenities and the people here are great.
If you want to live with ants, spiders and cockroaches this place is for you. We moved out in January and the main pro was the price. Our FLP bill was $160 a month, even though our thermostat was constantly at 76 degrees, so when you take that into account it wasnt so cheap. And that was in a 600 square foot apartment. In our current apartment we pay maximum $60 a month for electricity and water and that is in a 800 square foot apartment. The apartments are run down and old, which likely led to expensive FPL bills as the buildings were not energy efficient or up to date. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, if you have allergies and theres a carpet in there you definitely do not want to live here. The parking lot would always flood when raining and apartments were not hurricane proof. The only other pro was that maintanence men were always kind and prompt.
So far my experience has been great! Not only is it close to everything I could imagine, but Guisell who showed me around was awesome, and extremely helpful. ;-) P.s. Someone needs to give her a raise!
This lovely apartment complex is directly on Clear Lake with lovely views of downtown WPB. Not far from the 95 freeway. Has a pool, on site laundry, BBQs, and picnic tables.
Maintenance is great but the apartments are overpriced and tiny.
(1) My place was broken into by breaking the glass and turning the dead bolt. Took 10 days to have the glass fixed but they did put up plywood over it Thanks.(2) Roach problem. the office says the spray every week.(3) people above, next door, in the parking lot. in the hallways yelling and screaming. the echo in the hall way sucks and playing music in the parking lot ect,, the office doesnt care and the rent a cop is scared.(4) the trees bloom and stain your car.(5) laundry room has cameras in them because ppl are stealing cloths.(6) your not aloud to back your car in(7) and the water will be shut of all the time during the day.So no Im not happy and will make sure to point people in the other direction. And to the owners and management DROP the price if your units suck so bad
Never been inside but I heard they are really spacious. Nice quiet neighborhood
Brand New! Great location
We just like the place, is quiet, clean, nice gardens, nice lake view, and very affordable.
Its great to live here
Nice place for living....
I have heard nothing but great things about this complex and one of my newest business associates highly recommends this Bella Lago Vista.
Very bad trate on the office...they dont want work.....
They take forever to respond to problems water was off for hours literally every other week and the lady in the office at the time was very rude
5 star property
Good
Used to be clear lake colony.
Excellent place to live
Ok
Its ok
We rented at this location in March 2018. We usually rent more luxurious homes but given our reservation at the last minute, we opted for a condo given the proximity with our family which was located qq minutes away . Well located near restaurants, supermarkets and outlets. The owner seemed to take care of her condo, but it remains a bit low budget and dated. The pool was very clean, uncrowded during the day. When we arrived, the clientele seemed dubious but I think there was a party outside. No problem on this side for the rest of our week. We felt more or less secure but I have no argument other than we are used to more touristy places, with security and access control. Not sure I would go back, but you have to consider the price. It was really affordable.
Beautiful place to live
