I have moved here recently and this place is great to live with spacious apartments. Having ample parking space, quite and secured community with great amenities as well as great and helpful staff who will respond to our every minor issue in time. Believe me this is much better place to live than any other communities in this west palm beach locality

This place is horrible every door way looks like this and the girls that work in the main office do not care about anything and hav the worst customer service.Tried to upload a picture of trash bags all over the floor in every doorway. They charge for everything at this location and do nothing for you nor keep the neighborhood clean

Roach infested units. new management company knows about the issue and wants to charge all tendants money to spray units outside and inside. you call or visit the office and get ignored. staff doesnt care nor want to fix or help anyone. all they need is to start charging to fix all the issues that come up with the units. overpriced ghetto

I spent the weekend here visiting a friend, the grounds are all maintained. It was quiet the entire time I was there. The apartment is adorable if I were moving south I would definitely make this my home. The paw park is clean and so much fun for the dogs. I can’t wait to visit again.

I have lived here for two months. Things got off to a rocky start as my apartment had quite a few issues. However, the office and maintenance staff have put in the effort needed to make my home beautiful and comfortable. I am overall very pleased with the community and think highly of the people who made it happen. Joe, the head of maintenance, is always a consummate professional and Sarah in the office is truly kind and pleasant.

I am a first time renter, and Sarah in the front office has gone above and beyond for me and helped me throughout the entire process. The apartments are beautiful in a very nice location. Front gate very nice, very high tech. Very professional business!

The apartment buildings have severe, long-term termite infestations and the property manager refuses to do anything about it. Its not habitable, so dont live here unless you want to share your apartment with thousands of bugs.

I have only been living here for about a week but Im loving it! I did have a friend who lived here for awhile in a 2 bedroom and he never had a bad experience as well. I just moved into a 1 bed 1 bath and the layout is perfect. Sarah in the leasing office was also very friendly and made everything super smooth. I moved in right away with no problems and apartment was in great shape and clean. Look forward too living here a lot longer.

I Moved in about a month ago and I have to say I am very happy with the staff and maintenance in the area. Its a good area and I will be staying here for a while.

Worst place to rent!! no security but charge all these extra fees for nothing ! New management is the worse they delete all your information then charge a fee for you to come update it multiple times! The lady has nothing to help your living experience but just want to charge everyone for everything all about money & doesn’t care for its residents also very dirty not well maintained A box on the street will be a step up from this place!

I hate to say but the property is going down.it went from having no openings and a waiting list to plenty of availability.That speaks volumes.The grass used to be beautiful and green.Now it it browning due to a lack of up keep.Trash is not being picked up off the ground.I find myself picking up trash because I refuse to live nasty.This is supposed to be a gated community,This has not been a fact for 2 mths.The office staff was so kind,nice and welcoming (Carl,Susan).Now some of the staff is stand offish and cold.I am not a hard critic yet I am one of facts.I would never intentionally throw someone under the bus yet it has to get better for the betterment of our community.This matters to me..(follow up-I really appreciate you looking Into, addressing and following up with every area of concern I had.I Love the community and I look forward to building a rewarding bond with the office staff and my neighbors).

Worst place to rent! The New management is worse

What went from a 5 star review has now went to 1. The Gate is never working and property management is not up to par. Karl was the real deal they need to bring him back.

Heartless place for the fact that they’re evicting people over water damage and kicking people off into the streets in short notice and doesn’t seem to care at all about the reason why there was water damage (in which will rather keep in privacy for the reason of the other party). Heartless and greedy owner of the apartments and heartless people working in the office for not making assurance with just one phone call.

Though my fiance and I were not able to officially move in to the unit we were hoping for, I would like to give the staff at Visions a shoutout for making our welcome so warm! It really feels like a close knit community and the staff really draw that feeling home. Susan assisted us from start to finish, ensuring that all of our needs were met and all of our questions were answered! I hope that we will be able to make a home at Visions in the future, budget permitting. Thank You Guys! You Rock!

Worst experience ever! Bad management

I teach at a local high school, and we have an apartment hunting day where we take our students to see apartments and furniture shop so that they can begin to truly understand what it means to “have your own place”. I worked with Karl, the property manager, and he was more than willing to support us and let us bring our students for a tour of the premises and pricing. Was so pleased and excited that he was willing to work with us!

I am a new tenant and I must say I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Everyone tries their best to help you. They are under new management and they are doing an awesome job. I am extremely pleased to call this my home❤

Been here since 2010. The apartments are roomy with ample closet space. The newest owners have really worked hard to upgrade the property and its starting to show. The maintenance staff takes care of issues in a timely and helpful manner. Its peaceful and safe and convenient to both I95 and the turnpike.Update: Downgrading from 5 stars to 3 because the gates are often left open, new residents blare music all hours of the day and night with no consequences, and the once-peaceful complex has gone downhill in terms of the kinds of residents they approve.

Susan and Candice at the front office are the best ! Just moved in and love itThe maintenance team is awesome as well! Oswaldo came in and fixed my washing machine and my air conditioner in one day, super fast and super friendly and even mopped my floor when the AC was leaking ! Thank you Oswaldo!

Karl has to be one of the sweetest people in the industry. Not only professional but guinually caring. Coming from Atlanta to wpb was a breeze. And returning back home was even easier. Complex has typical issues. Its an apartment.....but the staff makes it worth while. Very enjoyable experience over the 15 months I was there. Would definitely recommend

Worst apartment complex. Your signing up for nothing but problems and excuses. Property manager is unprofessional, lazy, and tbh kind of slow in the head.

Very unprofessional I did a application almost two weeks ago and no one had the courtesy to call and say whether or not I was approved or denied. Every time I called I was told the manager was not in or given and excuse like you will be notified by mail. But they took the application fee in which I should be refunded because it does not work like that. I would not want to live there if this is how you are treated. JUST A SIMPLE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO SHOW PROFESSIONALISM.

Ive lived here for 3 years now. Its under new management now. They do a great job at keeping up with maintenance if its needed and theyre always taking care of the greenery. The complex is always clean and well groomed. Its supposed to be a gated community and the new owners do seem like theyre making an effort to try to make that happen. They fixed the broken gates and put bars up but everytime theyre closed someone breaks them again. Thats really the only flaw I wish would be fixed. They take good care of the buildings as well.

My experience so far been great. The staff is very nice and professional. Marisol is amazing, she’ll walk you through every step of your moving. The property is clean and quiet. Love the waterfalls with the lights on at night.

This is a beautiful, clean and Quiet community. So far weve been here for 5mths and no issues, just little repairs here and there but the staff is so helpful and quick to maintenance request. The only thing its been hard to deal with is the neighbors upstairs with a small child. Theres constant banging, running up and down. I mean the kid is our alarm clock even on weekends when you try to sleep in after a long 5 day work week. I think it should be a rule for tenants with children under 5yrs to live on lower level so it can be fair to everyone else, Or maybe an email can be sent so the tenants so they can try to be considerate of the tenants underneath them. We love it here but I dont think well renew our lease.

I just moved in and had a wonderful experience from the start with the office staff. Marisol, is always on top of every maintenance request that i have made. They make sure to return your calls and overall I would say the communication with the leasing office is excellent.

My time living at Visions at Willow Pond, I’v experienced a rocky transition. Throughout that time I have saw many changes take place. The new management that took over truly does care about its tenants. I would recommend this apartment complex with the beautiful views it has to offer, along with its nature and wild life.

They were able to get in a place on short notice and Mrs Williams was a pleasure to work with. It is close to Keiser University and easy access to highways. I look forward to my time here!

Since the day we became interested in the apartment Marisol was incredibly helpful, informative and friendly and since weve lived here the rest of the staff has also been great.

Everyone is very friendly here and Karl from the office staff is really great to work with. Maintenance seems to be a top priority here and the swimming pool is really nice!

Asked for for information, the person that answer the phone want me to pay the application before seen the apartment. She refer me to the website photos for sample unit, not the actual unit. When you read the application state a charge of carpet cleaning but the unit sample has wood tile!!!

I have lived here since March 2021. Beautiful place, nice sized apartments, and a really good price. This place sits back away from military trail and you wouldn’t even know it is there. It’s a beautiful little hideaway. Also pet friendly with a small dog park. The staff is really great and always says hi when they see me. I’m really glad I found this charming gem in paradise.
