I just had Hopkins Air Conditioning install a 5 ton 16 seer ac system in my 19 year old home and I couldnt be more satisfied. In addition, 3 return vents, a new plenum and ducting were also installed along with an inspection of all supply ducting. Once that was completed they blew in r30 insulation into the attic. From start to finish this company excelled. They are very detail oriented. The system and its installation is very high quality. Their workers are professional, on time, and very serious about delivering a superior product. When they completed the job and cleaned up they left no trace behind. If you want attention to detail and quality work performed on your home go with Hopkins Air Conditioning.

When I say READ THE REVIEWS, I mean it. I taught my mother to do so and when her AC was blowing 88 degrees and we were melting in her house, right to Google we went. She searched through various options for the area and saw the reviews for Hopkins Air and loved everything she saw. The reviews did NOT lie. This company is wonderful from top to bottom; and I dont just hand out compliments and beautifully written reviews for just anyone (haha) John showed up the next day to my mothers house and began checking everything. My mother cannot move on her own right now as she fractured her leg. John had the unfortunate displeasure of having to let us know that the person who was formerly working on her AC unit was putting in the WRONG refrigerant. Not only was John able to find us an affordable new unit, but a great payment plan, and immediate installation the next morning. When I tell you, the 2 guys that came to install the unit, worked their butts off to get the house to cool off. By 5pm the house was down to 73 and we could breathe. This company is knowledgeable, genuine, and works WITH their customers to make sure WE walk away feeling secure and staying cool in this heat. Trust the reviews. They dont lie!!

Hopkins Air is always 5 star in service. We have been using their services since 2013. Our tech, John, just came out to do our maintenance and advised us that our coil needs replaced. He was very thorough and showed us where the parts were starting to fail. He always does a fantastic job every time he comes out. We appreciate having a company that maintains high standards and alerts us when we are about to have an issue so that we can correct the problem before there is damage to our unit. You will not go wrong in choosing Hopkins Air for all your AC/Heating needs. We recommend them to everyone.

Contacted them when our AC was leaking tons of water. They gave an assessment as to a slew of issues that we had- that our current AC service never mentioned. The assessment for a new AC was thorough, gave tips to help cool the house with a new duct, and spent time to explain everything. All this was the same day I called to. They were able to get set up a new install that weekend. Even got a follow up text the next week to see how the unit was operating.

I have used Hopkins Air several times, never once during normal business hours. They have always arrived within 45 minutes (once they were there in 5!) and are extremely communicative and helpful. Ebony who answers phones is so sweet. Our A/C tech who came out recently had a little trouble and the fix didnt go according to plan. They were out immediately 2 days later, made it right, and at no charge to me. An A/C company that responds quickly and stands behind their work! Will happily use them again.

AC stopped cooling over the weekend and seemed like it may need to be repaired or even replaced. Called Hopkins because of their good ratings and new customer promotion on their website. Office ladies were very responsive and helpful when scheduling a same day appointment. Before the tech arrived I decided to trouble shoot, doing some basic maintenance (my rookie mistake for not doing this the day before). I was seemingly able to fix the problem and cool air began to come through the vents. I did not cancel the appointment because I figured the technician could be a second pair of eyes and could simply do a routine maintenance as a worst case. He arrived 10 minutes before he was scheduled which I appreciated. Now is when the selling started. He turned off the AC and for the next hour the only solution was to do a $3,100 repair (not sure if this included labor costs) OR replace both parts for up to $8,000. I was given every upsell reason as to why our 1,600 sq ft home needed everything that was being purposed. I will not name the tech but it seemed like he was trying to take advantage of a potentially desperate situation. After paying a $103 invoice where I had to push for the 20% new customer discount on their website, the tech left with a car salesman vibe. Nothing done, simply paid $103 for a sales pitch.

Jonathan arrived 3 hours ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the issues with our A/C and was done within an hour. Excellent service

I hired Hopkins and John was the service tech on the call that sent me a bunch of photos and detailed description of exactly what was going on. These guys are on the game, professional, honest, and know their stuff.Very fair on the pricing, no gimmicks and run around like Ive experienced in the past. That showed the company has respect for their customers and set the positive first impression -as this is the first time a service person has been on time!John was the tech assigned. June 1, 2021 Hopkins Air Conditioning field tech, John, arrived promptly to do a preventative maintenance inspection on two units. John is competent, experienced, professional and courteous. Hopkins is a very good company. We have used them since 2010; they are always dependable. We are very satisfied with their service.

My AC stopped working overnight on an extremely hot holiday weekend night of Memorial Day weekend. I called the answering service at 8:35 AM and set up an appointment for the same day between a 1-4 PM window. I asked that a technician call me ahead of time to give me an estimate. He did. When I explained the situation and the fact that I use oxygen to breathe due to the extreme outside temperature, he offered to come within 1-2 hours. In fact he showed up at 9:45 AM. Chuck was the service repairman and was quick, courteous, neat, and thorough. He explained what the issue was and what he would do to resolve the problem. Everything was quick and easy from my initial call to the time that Chuck left. I would highly recommend Hopkins Air Conditioning without any reservations and am confident that you will not be disappointed, if you choose to use them. I am a physician with terminal cancer who has very high standards. Not only did Hopkins Air Conditioning and Chuck meet my expextations, they far exceeded them.

All three techs that were part of the installation were professional and courteous. Junior and Leiser completed the installation of the AC unit the first day and Gabe came the next day to put in the new 24x24 filter. All three gentlemen were on time and did excellent work.

I have a yearly maintenance contract which is now conveniently billed monthly to my credit card. This entitles me to semiannual cleanings, maintenance/checkups of my HVAC system plus a percentage discount on additional services, parts and repairs, if and when needed. My service tech today was Patrick. I have usually had the same service tech but Im assuming that with covid there have probably been changes. That being said, Patrick delivered that same level of service Ive come to expect from Hopkins. Ive had this maintenance contract pretty much from the time since we built our house 19 years ago. Hopkins has responded when our AC has failed and gotten us back up and running, as needed. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

Efficient service tech. Decided to sign up for a maintenance agreement. Christie explained everything exceptionally well and sent over a draft of the contract while we were on the phone! We went over it together. That kid has patience!

We hired Hopkins to install a new HVAC system in an older first floor condo. It was not a simple job. Gabe the young man who did the installation was very efficient and showed great integrity. After the first day we were not real happy about some of the look of the wires. The next morning Gabe came in and said he could not sleep because he was not happy with the looks and proceeded to make everything look fantastic. He communicated with us on every step and we felt he really had our best interest at heart. Great employee. The only thing we were not thrilled with was the helper who was supposed to do the sheet rock work after removing the old air conditioner. He had no idea what he was doing. They need to hire the finish work to pros like Gabe.

Total home run. I was having an issue with my Nest thermostat and called Hopkins on a Friday afternoon. Not only were they able to get someone out to me that day, they even got here early.The technician, Luis Garcia was a total pro. Not only did he know the ins and outs of the specific model of Nest from a picture on my phone, he immediately, and correctly surmised that the problem actually had nothing to do with the thermostat at all and was likely an issue with the air handler.We went to the attic and, sure enough, the drainage system was backed up and causing the system to temporarily shut itself until the auxiliary drain could work.Not only did Luis fix the problem, he documented everything in pictures for me to look at and verify and then, at no extra charge, he changed all of the filters on the return units at no charge. Like I said, total pro.Could not recommend Hopkins and Luis more highly. Will definitely be doing all of my future system maintenance with them. 5 stars easy.

I just closed on a house in delray and after a few days i had a air condition issue i called hopkins and was assured they would be there in a few hours the repair man jonathan was honest efficent and very trustworthy he offered me a discount on the repair if i took out a maintaince contract .i hope i dont have any more a/c issues but if i do i want jonathan to come kudos to jonathan and the whole hopkins team for making it a great experience and get me running within a few hours

Hopkins installed new ductwork in our attic to replace the old leaking system. Everything runs efficiently now and electric bills are lower. We also hired them to install a garage ductless system which is excellent. Highly recommend them for their professional work and customer service. Thank you!

Extremely quick response time and loved that I was able to book online & have a tech out in less than 3 hours (at 9pm at night mind you). Aaron, my technician, was very knowledgeable & helpful. Original quote was extremely high but was able to haggle it down to a still high but more manageable price (ended up paying about half of the original quote to get an idea of the crazy industry markup). Due to pricing & push for ongoing maintenance agreement from the office, it felt more like a 4 star experience but I felt Aaron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the services by the end. Would recommend but make sure they keep there pricing in check.

Chad at Hopkins Air had originally designed and installed my AC /heat system. It was worked beautifully from the first day----now 8 years later!! Recently, the tropical storm threw it for a loop---but Luis the knowledgeable and kind service man was over before the end of day and had me up and running. I have worked with several AC companies in the past, but Hopkins takes great pride and care with the level of their workmanship and service to their clients. I highly recommend this company!!

Patrick, our tech. Was knowledgable of the system, explained what needed to be done about our problem. He then went to work cleaning blocked drain lines. Checking the unit and retapeing joints to solve the leaks we were having. He also added a pan bar to inhibit bacteria growth, which appaired to have been the cause of our problem!

She even answered all my questions calmly, nicely and professionally ( believe me I had a lot of questions lol).
