A and H installed the a/c in my new home .Just before the 1 year warranty was up the system started blowing hot air. A and H came and seviced it with freon. He stated there was no leak and I need only use it more . It soon went off warranty and then they were able to find the leak. Big fat repair bill . Good con job ! Don;t walk away run .

I am writing this review as a third party observer. While at a social event I had the opportunity to get acquainted with the owner of A&H services Glen Aho. The thing that got my attention was a phone call he took from one of his workers in the field. He stated very clearly to his technician to do what every it takes to make the system right keep the customer happy.It was obvious he was not going to make money on that call but it was important to him that the customer was happy.I wish I could call the company that installed my AC and have the confidence they would treat me like that.

Glenn and Peter have installed and maintained my Trane unit since I moved into this house in 2001. Their service is excellent - personal and professional. Ive had NO problems with my unit and they were prompt, knowledgable AND affordable. Thanks guys for keeping me cool!

I contacted A&H services and spoke to the receptionist who was verycourteous. She then had Mr. Peter Horn call me with regard to an appointment and he wasable to come to my home that afternoon. Mr. Horn answered all of my questions and tookthe time to explain to me why purchasing a Trane (even though not the cheapest unitavailable) would be the best. After speaking with him, I had no doubts that the Trane wasthe best buy and I was confident in my purchase. There was no need to speak to anyother representative due to the fact that I felt that Mr. Horn was honest and up-front.Mr. Horn then scheduled a day for installation. Two young gentleman, Chris andBryant came to my house. I was very impressed that they were on-time, since we all knowthat this rarely, if ever happens. ( I told Mr. Horn that this was important since I had to goto work). They were polite and very professional. Chris explained to me all of the detailsabout what he was going to do and the actual operation of the unit. Approximately onehour after that, Mr. Horn came to my home to make sure everything was ok and going well.This really impressed me.

Bottom Line: Don’t Use A&H for anything complicated because they are incompetent and cost me extra thousands of dollars.At one time I had them install a new AC system in one of my houses and had a maintenance agreement on both. This was fine.But recently, the air handler coils were freezing over. So on 6/12/14, 6/19/14, 8/11/14 and at least 2 other occasions I have had a variety of their team trying to identify the problem. They couldn’t find the leak, so they changed parts under warranty ( for a $1000 because of Freon). It still kept happening. One of the guys(Nixon) even said can’t find the leak, so I said, so all we are waiting for is for it to do it again and me to call you, and he laughed. Then the next guy came(Flavio), couldn’t find the leak and said someone would be here in the morning. No that didn’t happen, I was expecting somebody to arrive, and they didn’t call, so I called and they couldn’t fit me in. Didn’t care, didn’t care to call, and this is Florida and by the way it is hot.So pissed off after spending extra $250.00 on my FPL bill every month for the last 6 months, wasting hours of my time (way over $100/hour) I called somebody else, CMI.That guy came and said that the outside condenser always leak here( in fact they changed the design because it was bad), then he did some simple pressure test and said a valve was bad. Fixed it perfect, no time at all.A&H cost me extra thousands because of their incompetence. Please find somebody else.
