The repairman who came to give a quote was nice enough. They charge you $75 to come and get a quote (which comes AFTER the repairman leaves)--by email. The quote for a replacement of the locking function was $369 (that is taking the $75 service fee OFF --which they include toward the cost of repairs). Another $100 or so and youve got a new machine. THIS. THIS is why NOBODY trusts or respects repairmen.

Susan is not a honest person. They scheduled an appointment for Monday, - never showed up. They sheduled another one for Tuesday - never showed up either. Horrible business and not honest. Do not give them credit cards.

I gave 5 kids and not having a dryer would have been hectic to say the least. He was a great guy! His repair was reliable and fast and prices fair!

The technician showed an hour late. Enter our home talking on his cell phone. He continued talking on his cell phone the whole time he was here. He spent 10 minutes with our washer (washer would not turn on) and stated that the control panel needed replacing.....He did not open the control panel or perform any diagnostic tests. he then charged the $59.95...what a unprofessional tech...and what a rip off

Always on time, do excellent repairs and charges reasonably! I know because they have been out here for my double oven, dishwasher and the garbage disposal. I highly recommend!

They had a stock of a part of my really old GE fridge! They were on time, very professional, knowledgeable and price was competitive among others!
