After buying our home a year ago. We had Carlos come out to do a annual maintenance service call. Everything was working told us everything looked good. Only problem he seen that the unit was almost 11 years old. We started seeing our electric bill go up almost every month. We knew at one day we would be replacing it with a new one. One morning woke up getting ready to leave for work and water was all over in the garage. It was freezing up called Carlos on the phone, told me what to do. Saved us on a service call fee!! Then a few weeks later we had the same problem. We called Carlos came out the next morning. He spent over a hour trying to figure out the problem. Found the problem but it would cost about $1k. We could not see putting in that kind of money into a over 10 year unit and seeing my electric bill going up every month. So we pulled the trigger and elected to get a new A/C unit. Never did Carlos try and sell us a new unit. It was our call. They had the easiest financing available for us. He had our NEW unit professionally installed the very next day!!!!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They are not after your money, they are after your SATIFACTION!! And we are very Satisfied!!!! Very professional company indeed!!

10/10 would recommend. I called in an emergency and they were able to come out in a couple hours. Every one is so nice and so efficient. They are great at communicating and even talked to my landlord for me to arrange the payment so i didnt have to pay out of pocket. Great service. Great prices. And followed up with me just to see how everything was going after the job was done

I would rate the company a 5 star (excellent) for a number of reasons. The technician that initially came to my home, in order to assess my ac unit, gave me a quote that was written up with a breakdown of everything along with several options for payment. The technicians arrived on time; which is a huge deal for me! They each told me their names and informed me what they were planning to do. The technicians started working right away without delay. The supervisor arrived a short time after, who also introduced himself and told me that he would remain on sight to supervise the job until it was completed; which he did. Once the job was complete the crew remained for approx. 20 minutes to monitor the system. In the meantime the supervisor walked me through on how to work the new thermostat, he reviewed the (York) air handler with me, as well as the (York) AC unit. I was so pleased with the overall integrity and workmanship of the company. Every detail with installment of my brand new hvac unit was executed beautifully!!!
