My power bill went from $130 to $536 in a month. Had to be a problem with the ac as nothing else had changed. Called an ac company who came and determined the heater was running at the same time as the ac - a problem with the relay switch. He unplugged the heater. Heating stopped but the fan would not shut off. After repeated calls to this company and no answer, I found Vinny on the NextDoor app. Neighbors had recommended him highly. Vinny cane to our place that afternoon, assessed the problem and ordered the part. The air now runs beautifully. I highly recommend Innovative Air and Vinny. I will definitely use him again (hopefully not too soon though) and will refer him to friends and neighbors. Thumbs up!

Greetings, I have worked in the HVAC field for over a decade in the North County area. I work for one of the largest HVAC distributers on the planet and I have over 300 AC contractors I deal with on a daily basis. With the 300 choices I have for help when my unit goes down, I call Vinnie. He has 40 years of experience so he is not the usual parts changer guy that usually shows up. He turned a potential $500 motor swap out to a $100 capacitor job. 99% of everyone else would go the $500 route to make the commission. 5 Stars/Would recommend.

Would absolutely without a doubt recommend this AC company for your AC work. Was in a pinch with my daughter AC not working who is home with a new baby. When we reached out to Vinny he immediately was willing to drive from West Palm to Broward without question. He was able to find the issue and fixed it. He was professional and took the time to give my daughter tips. His prices were extremely fair. Amazing service and prompt with attending to what we need badly is our AC working in Florida. Our A/C stopped working and it was a brutal couple days until my brother-in-law was able to get ahold of someone he could ask and that someone was Vinny from Innovative Air Conditioning. Vinny came to our house right after he got back in town and made our A/C issue a priority. Deborah W on 20 July 2019 I called three other A/C companies before I called Innovative Air Conditioning LLC to do a maintenance on my A/C and none of them could stop my A/C drain from backing up. I called Vinny at Innovative Air Conditioning LLC. He came right over and spent an hour and a half blowing and flushing out my drain line until he was able to pour a gallon of water down the drain pan. He also quieted my A/C compressor by installing a compressor blanket over the compressor. Vinny is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff.

My AC unit stopped working and I called Innovative Air Conditioning for service. Within 2 hours Vinny was at my house working on the problem and had it resolved that afternoon. Mr.Vinny Pontarelli came to my apartment right after I reported him that my air conditioning was broken. If he did not come to my place to fix air conditioning right away, I would have a heart attack from heat. :)He found out the problems and fixed the air conditioning lowest price I could imagine.This is the best home service Ive ever had.I highly recommend Mr.Pontarelli.

Air went out on a Saturday night and everything was closed until that Monday and my two grandchildren was down for the summer and the motor was shot in in the inside air condition. Called innovative air condition and Vinny knew exactly what was wrong when I explained the outside fan was running.
