Called Tim because my house was getting super hot in the afternoons. Called around 6 pm, he came out the next morning. It turned out we just needed a good coil cleaning. He taught my husband how to do it so we could keep up with it ourselves. He also gave us tips for keeping things cool. No trying to sell unnecessary parts or scheming to get more money from us like some other places have done. He was honest and thorough. I would highly recommend.

I called Tim because he came highly recommended, he tried to save me money by trying to diagnose the issue over the phone. This was on a Sunday morning. He then came out and diagnosed my issue and it was a big problem. He had me up and running in 24 hrs. He is professional and courteous but also gets right to the job and the point. I would recommend him everytime. Thank you Tim.

It doesn’t get any better than Tim. I interviewed 5 companies before choosing Tim to replace my air conditioner. His experience and knowledge is invaluable. I have two AC units and not only did he replace one unit he also fixed all the imperfections of the other units install that a different local company did, without charging me!! I can’t recommend Tim enough, I’m truly very satisfied with the quality of work.

Hands down one of the best decisions we made was calling Tim. He is professional, punctual and 150% honest. We called him to get a second opinion from EMC and thank God we did! Tim was able to quickly diagnose our issue ( which was not at all what EMC was telling us was wrong ) and fix it on the spot and save us hundreds of dollars. My only issue is that I waited to long to call him lol. Do yourself a favor and call Tim with Ashurst Air Conditioning!! You will not be sorry!

Tim was recommended by my neighbor. Hes by far the best guy that Ive come across in air conditioning. Highly competent at diagnosing the problem and giving you the most cost effective options. Hes not trying to sell you a new air conditioning system or rip you off with unnecessary maintenance contracts that all the big guys try to do.

Tim runs the best AC installation/maintenance company around. He has serviced my units for 4 years and has always provided top-notch work at reasonable prices. He came out today on July 4th to diagnose and repair a capacitor issue, and even helped me out a couple of years ago the day before Thanksgiving to deal with a leak. This is an updated post as an add on to what i had originally wrote. I have moved to another house and been living here for 6 months. The AC was 17 years old and although it worked i wanted to replace the 3 ton and 5 ton unit.As a wise consumer i shopped around, knowing that i really wanted Tim to do the work. Tim was as reasonable as the other quotes and it was a no brainer for me.Tim and his guys are just really great. Tim is honest and hard working an AC guy that you can actually trust. There was some minor issue with the drip pan on my new American Standard unit and that did not sit well with Tim and he went back to the distributor and held them accountable and got a new drip pan.Seems minor but just goes to his integrity, attention to detail and wanting always to do a quality job making his client happy. Additionally, what was awesome was that Tim was in constant communication, giving me calls and letting me know the status of the equipment delivery and installation. Where do you get that kind of follow up?If you use another AC company your nuts - use Tim/Ashurst Air. Thanks again Tim for awesome jobI had looked at 4 companies and Tims was a name given to me by my neighbor. He said he did great work at reasonable prices. After getting quotes and speaking to the 4 companies, Tim was the most reasonable and his approach and demeanor was really great. 5 ton Rheem installed and just as Tim said is quite and is very efficient. On top of which Tim was very honest with me, since i had a UV light that no longer worked. I asked him for a price to replace and he asked if we had any allergies and when i said no, he told me not to waste my money, i didnt need a UV light.

Ill never call anyone but Tim. Hes an honest and hardworking man. Rare find around here.
