Found this salon randomly on google and decided to give it a go! Emily, my stylist, was so so welcoming, listened to my requests, and thoroughly explained and involved me in the process. She took her time and checked in with me multiple times to make sure the cut was what I was envisioning. I have lots of anxiety around cutting my hair, so her patience made this a wonderful experience! I will definitely be coming back!

Emily is great. Really professional, she is also attentive to details. Her salon is super cozy (the house is from the 1900s!). My kids usually wait in the waiting area, playing with the chess set and getting free candies from Emily!! Its always a pleasure for me to get a haircut at Salon Mousse.

Decided to try this place after a recommendation and seeing all the good reviews. Emily was really nice and welcoming. My hair has not been cut for 3 years and was down to my lower back. I asked for a chest-length layered cut (I provided a picture)...and she proceeded to chop 10 INCHES of my hair off, ending in a shoulder-length layered bob which I didnt care for. Super disappointed and sad that all those lustrous locks are now gone. Emily was very apologetic and didnt charge me for the cut. As for my new look, well, the layers look cute, I really wish they were 5~6 inches longer! I dont think I will go back.

The cut was great. Done well and quickly but I do prefer a little more time spent on the wash just to feel a teensy bit more relaxed.

2.8.21 I went for a haircut my first time there and service was amazing Emily listened to me and achieved my dream haircut that no one achieved without giving me unsightly split ends. No more bad ends for me Im truly so happy I stumbled across her place it feels so homely comfortable there. I will definitely go again. Im extremely pleased that she took the time to see and listen to my hair idea and achieved in my eyes perfection that no one could do.

I really trust Emily with my hair. She’s very smart and good at what she does. I had my hair cut, colored, and styled, and I have received sooo many compliments on my hair, and I absolutely love it myself. Definitely will be sticking to this salon.

I have absolutely LOVED my hair cuts and color done by Emily. I have a hard time trusting people with my hair after some bad experiences, but Emily has done an amazing job and blown me away each time. I just had her cut 8-10 inches off my hair, which was a huge change obviously, and I am obsessed with how it turned out. I will continue seeing her as long as she’s doing hair! I found Emily via a friend and I haven’t been happier. She’s wonderful and a hair goddess. I’ve been coming to her for a few years now and drive quite the distance to do so. I also constantly am changing my hair style and Emily is great at accommodating my “fashion” requests. I absolutely LOVE her and highly recommend her to anyone!

Best haircuts in town! We moved up north and still drive 45 minutes to get our family haircuts here. My daughters get their hair colored here as well. Located in a house right off the main street. Super close to Redwood Rd
