One side of my hair is thicker than the other side and uneven. Walked in around 5 and it Seemed like the worker Ty wanted to get out of there instead of finishing up professionally and taking her time. Very upset with the result.

The staff was friendly, but the lady that cut my hair did not take her time. Most likely because there was a 2 hour wait. I booked online too. Disappointing because Ive always had a five star experience with Sports Clips.

I normally prefer going to Sport Clips but this store seems to consistently be under staffed based on wait times. Even now I checked in online with a 0min wait time, got here 8mins later and now its 26min wait. I think its best to find another place to go to

I dont think the barber my son got his hair cut by is familiar with anything other than white hair. I shouldve known better, but due to them being the only place open today, I took a chance. Crooked line up, patchy fade, his hair was never brushed during the cut, the hair looks almost like 2 different cuts on each side. So disappointed. I will more than likely be calling in the morning to get him back in for a second try with a better barber, or I will be asking for a refund. I normally cut his hair myself other than specific times of the year because it always comes out so fresh and nice, but this looks worse than mine and honestly looks like he hasnt gotten a cut in a month.

Well, first of all, it is great for what it is. Do not expect a salon quality haircut and style from here. This is a barbershop offering a basic haircut, wash and the use of a percussion massager on your neck for $25. If you are very particular about your hair this may not be the place for you. If you just want a quick basic cut this place rocks!

They only know how to do one style of haircut, if you ask for anything else they will butcher it. Hope you like incredibly short with no bangs, even if you specifically say otherwise.

I am extremely disappointed. I took my son in with medium long hair to get it shaped. I showed the hair stylist a photo of what my son wanted. In the photo the child has medium long layered hair. His hair is full AND NOT THINNED OUT. Well, my son walked out with short thinned out hair. It took my son 11 months to grow out his hair. Now he has to start over. I do not think the hairstyle in the photo was neither difficult to execute nor hard to see that the hairstyle is a full set of hair, long and layered. Instead what this woman did was a shaggy haircut.Also the price is high due to the fact it does not include a wash and blow dry. This was my sons first visit, new customers do recieve a complementary wash and dry. The blow dry was not a full dry, meaning the stylist left my sons hair more than half way wet and it was in the 30s outside.I am super upset that my son walked out short thinned out hair. The haircut was not remotely close to what I showed her in the photo. Then I have to pay $20 for the butchering.100% will not return. Thank goodness I did not take my other son as I had planned to!!

Takes walk ins, signs you in via monitor screen touch system, waiting area has sport channels, nicely air conditioned and good hair cuts. What not to like here. Thumbs up for any man who likes a no fuss and moderately priced cut. Overall experience was very positive. Will go back

If something isnt up to standard, they absolutely want to take care of it and make it right. Any stylist you get is going to be great. They want you to have the best haircut experience. The prices are higher than a generic salon because of the quality cut you get. I will definitely be bringing my kid here!!!!

The staff were nice and knowledgeable about methods and styles.However, if your wanting some facial hair trimming, styling...I suggest you go somewhere else. Just not their specialty!

My experience was amazing. I usually don’t review but I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair and was extremely worried based on some of the horror stories you hear. This wasn’t my experience at all, my stylist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. When she advised against an idea I had she was knowledgeable enough to explain why. Nothing fantastic about it. The website wouldnt let us check in and cost us time by other patrons checking in before us. Even though we called and tried to manually do it. Typical answer, we arent able to do that... Ok... Hair cut was fine.

My mom took my son in who is amazing when he gets his hair cut and they butchered his hair.. they charge full price for a 4 yr old but dont take the time to cut it correctly.. she stated that everyone getting a cut was there before and after him. Apparently he doesnt deserve good service or a good hair cut!! By reading some of these comments they should only do adult hair!! Thanks for nothing!

On 3/7/2020 I was in the parking lot. Around 10:30 (After hours) I witnessed a women pull up and unlock the door then go inside with some dude. The back light was on. (Seems like they were doing something shady) Thats just how it looked but I could be completely wrong but idk🤔

Great place for a quick trim, shave, tightening up. Staff rotates fairly frequently, but are always nice, courteous & consistent. I dont use the numbering system, I just tell them what I want & they knock it out. This particular location hasnt ever tried the hard upsell of products or services, which I appreciate.

Yep these folks are a cut above! Pun intended. 🤣😂 Seriously though they are an awesome team at Sports Clips. I personally dont do sports, honestly, I couldnt care less. I will say, if youre a sports junky this place is for you. You can keep track of the score and get a 5 star haircut, style, massage and basically everything you need to come out feeling at the top of your game. Yet another pun found its way into my review. This store has very professional employees and a clean feel. Every time I come here I have a great experience and they get me out the door quick. Make sure you get your neck massaged when you are there, will leave much more relaxed.

No consistency. I stopped coming here because there is not any professional barber. I thought it would be good enough for my kids because they dont need a professional cut witch is ideal for here. But I have stopped putting them through it. I Never give a review unless I really think someone should know. So there you go.

TERRIBLE! My husband took our 2 boys ages 3 and 8 for haircuts today. They came home looking like their hair had been cut in a blender! It was $50! $50!! My husband didn’t notice until we got home because they style it with product but once that wore off I could see the lopsided and uneven cut. We will go back tomorrow, which is a huge innconvience, to have them fix it. We will see if someone there is competent enough to do that.I’ll NEVER go here again. Overpriced and innexperinced staff that don’t know how to do scissor cuts. GO ELSEWHERE!

I finally had a bad hair cut here and it was just after complaining about being forced to buy the next price option up since they no longer offer a price option for just a haircut and hair wash. Now you HAVE to get a massage with the hair cut and hair wash which I just absolutely refuse to do. So after this experience I can no longer give this place a glowing review as you once all saw. They said they would fix the hair cut next time but I never went back because of what happened and probably never will as I did like them so well I was going out of my way when I needed a hair cut.

I requested a fade. This is no fade. Skin tight right to the crown, and uneven on both sides. I sent several messages, but apparently no one there cares as its been almost a month now, and have yet to hear back. I could probably do a better job myself with a flowbee. Bad customer service!!

A younger man with two children pulls up sees that two other cars are waiting for the Store to open. The man sends in his young son to sign in before the people who had been waiting. I went in and stood behind the child so I wouldnt loose another space in line do to this mans RUDENESS. He started putting his hands on me and using foul language when I pointed out he was being very rude he continued to insult me and use foul language. YOUR STAFF DID NOTHING! So I left I will not return to this store or any other in your chain.
