Both myself and my wife called to schedule for my beard wax my wife was told that they do not serve English speaking customers so I called to confirm the woman that answered was rude and just hung up on me so I rate them with the poor quality service do not recommend.

Nunca hagas una cita, porque no tienen respeto por tu tiempo. Te cortan el pelo como ellos quieren y les falta limpieza, el lugar huele mal, (como a baño). No lo recomiendo

Very slow service. I do not know why I went to this place again, terrible service and attention. They give you an appointment and they dont respect the scheduled time. Not recommended at all.

It was my childs turn and Mrs. Paulina better gave the pass to another boy and made a bad face because the other lady told him it was my sons turn but Pauline didnt even bother to say anything. These types of people do not deserve even tip for being so stupidly rude! They seem to have a preference for boys, they take hours massaging their heads instead of cutting their hair as it should. So they just run to people.

It is expensive do not respect the real prices and I did not like the haircut.

Paulina was great in my court, this is the first time that I went and postponed I will return. The best barber in Salt Lake City !!!!
