It makes me sad that I have to give this review, because I was really excited about this place. It had pretty good reviews, and everyone I interacted with was super nice, and welcoming. But, unfortunately I didn’t have the greatest experience.I had an appointment with Jerrica for a Classic Set of Lash Extensions. This isn’t my first rodeo, I’ve gotten my lashes done several times before, so I’m pretty familiar with the procedures. My first sign that something was wrong, was the fact that she smelled STRONGLY, of cigarettes. Which lead me to believe she smoked before I got on the table. Which normally is fine, but I would assume you would wash your hands. I don’t think she did. The second sign was that she didn’t wear gloves.. maybe I’ve just been lucky enough to always go to someone who wears gloves, but I thought that was normal practice. And the third and final sign was that there was no prep or cleaning of my lashes… she just jumped straight in. I’ve always had the experience of cleaning my lashes making sure there’s no access oils, so that they adhere properly.. But, I didn’t say anything, because I figured she knew what she was doing. I left my appointment pretty happy with how my lashes turned out. They were exactly what I wanted. But as the day progressed, my left eye was starting to hurt, and itch and just increasingly got my irritated. It’s now the next morning, and my left eye is EXTREMELY goopy, red and swollen. I HAVE PINK EYE!!! I lost several of the extensions while cleaning my eye, so I could open it and be able to see. My eye is in a lot of pain. I’ve reached out to the studio, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone… I’m really disappointed in the outcome of this service, and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Jerrica is the BEST! She is so fast, and my lashes always look amazing. The salon is so clean, and everyone is so nice and professional. My lashes last for quite a while too. I can honestly say I look forward to May appointments. I get so many compliments on my lashes. Go to Jerrica, she is amazing!!

There have been times I needed a fill and she was able to get me in with one of her girls who have all been awesome. The feel of the salon is just nice. I saw Hailee today and she was amazing. This was my first time getting my lashes done and I am highly impressed. I easily notice when things aren’t even and these lashes are perfect. She did them to fit my eye shape and you can really tell she knows what she’s doing. The building was extremely clean and cute! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone I know.

I have been going to Jerrica for about 6 months now and she does a wonderful job. I had to go to several different lash artists in the area and couldn’t find one that I liked and fit all of my standards until I met Jerrica. She is so nice to talk to, and she does a great job on my lashes. I always leave feeling happy and beautiful because of her. I took me a long time to find a lash artist who not only was very good about cleanliness but overall just does a great job with making my lashes full and fluffy. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for lashes. This is the place to go and Jerrica is the person you should go to.

I almost left, but stayed since I really wanted to do it. But after talking to her while she was doing my extensions, she wasn’t too bad. She was kind. She did well on my lashes. It was also nice to use the Groupon deal.

I saw mickenzie the first time I went to Lashifyed. I was having a terrible day and needed some spoiling. Mickenzie asked what I was looking for and we decided I wanted thicker lashes then she does. I still wanted her to do the set I came in for and after assuring me that she could make me another appointment with someone that would fit my needs, I convinced her to still do my lashes. I have been getting my lashes done by Jerrica for the last 9 months and i have never been happier with how they look! I get compliments almost daily about my lashes and I love that people have to ask if they are my natural lashes or extensions because of how well done they are. I am a nurse especially and wear a mask for 12+ hrs/day. I’ve all but given up on makeup at work (or home tbh) but I still feel confident because of the lashes. I came in wanting to try a new lash place because my regular artist recently had a baby and highly regret it. Although the service wasn’t bad, the quality of the lash and glue was terrible! My lashes lasted a week, where other places last me 3-4. I’ve gotten lashes dozens of times and this has never happened. Highly disappointed.

I came in for a nose waxing with Mickenzie W. based on a recommendation from a barber shop down the road who said I should come to lashifyed for a nose waxing and to ask for Mickenzie, because she’s the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. From start to finish Mickenzie did an amazing job with the waxing. I have a beard and while doing my nose waxing she noticed an ingrown hair in my mustache. She asked if I’d mind if she could take a look at it. I said, have at it. She then went about conducting an extraction of the ingrown hair and I’ll admit I was a little hesitant because that area of the upper lip next to the nose is commonly very nerve sensitive and can lead to eye watering and pain with any trauma to the area such as poking or prodding. Well all I can say is that I closed my eyes and before I knew it she was all done with ingrown hair in hand. I leaned up and said there is no way you did that and I didn’t feel anything. The only thing I swear I could feel while she did her work was what felt like a lite breeze of air across my lip. In my humble opinion she has by far the most gentle, soft and delicate touch I’ve ever felt. To top it all of her personality is so welcoming, that you feel like you’re just catching up with a life long friend you haven’t seen in a while. I will most definitely be coming back to Mickenzie in the future as well as recommending her and her skills to anyone that will listen.

I wanted to try getting a Brazilian wax for the first time, and I made the appointment for Brandi at Lashified. As a newcomer to both the business and technician, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Karma must have been on my side because the rooms were nice and private. Better than the rooms was Brandi. She talked me through each step and even gave me a little horse to squeeze. I didn’t need to squeeze the horse because she made it as painless as it could have been. I’m so happy with the results, and I recommend anyone, especially first-timers, to make an appointment with Brandi. I definitely will be going back as a regular.

Buyer beware. Volume lashes look like classic at best!Nothing like they post on Instagram, Hailee did my lashes, immediately after appointment the lashes kept falling out. When she was finished and told me to sit up and look at my lashes, I was so shocked at how short and how few lashes she put in. My natural lashes were longer than the ones she put in. Several of my natural lashes were poking through. I posted on Vargo, next day, never receiving anything back. Called salon today after my second message on Vargo, today. Sandra the owner said there’s nothing she can do hearing it now. Make sure you see pics of what to expect! $160 down the drain.

I rarely write reviews but because this place is so nice and Mickenzie did such a great job I felt a kudos was in order. Not only did my lashes look great after my first full set, they actually stayed on and still look great after 2 weeks. they are still comfortable and not all thick feeling or crazy legs looking. Another great thing is it didnt take 2 hours! It is so hard to lay there for a long period of time but its not that bad with her. Returning customer after taking a break for a few years and I couldn’t be happier with the service and product at lashified! My eyebrow and eye lashes look great almost two weeks later!

I really wanted to like this place, but the lashes just werent up to par. I got a lovely lash set and the lash artist was 20 minutes late to start and didnt mention her tardiness or apologize. Then, she only spent 40 minutes on my lashes (a full set usually takes ~90 minutes in my experience, and as listed on their website), my lashes were not well filled out (less than half of my natural lashes were covered), and the lashes at the corners of my eyes were not covered at all. I badly needed a fill within a few days. To make things worse, many of my false lashes were attached to two natural lashes, which makes the lashes uncomfortable and can even cause damage to the natural lash.Pros: good visual atmosphere, good scheduling system with text remindersCons: poor lash coverage, poor timeliness, damaging application of lashes, overall high price for mediocre quality, boombox playing 90s radio station (lots of ads instead of having a more relaxing playlist)

I got a groupon for wax and was calling all morning unable to get a hold of anyone it only goes to voice mail, and automatically send a text message saying they are no available when I got there today may 18, 2019 and when I got there and the young brunette skinny girl told me what do I need help with I told her I have been calling all morning and she said is not her fault they not picking up since the phone aren’t on the location is outside of the facility, and that she got no control over that . When I asked for the manager she gave me the owner number . When the owner pick up the phone I asked her who was the staff who pick up the phone outside the store for them since they not picking up just send to voicemail how can the have a staff so unprofessional. She answered this “ say to me ;IAM THE SUPPOSE ASSISTAN WHO THOSE THE APPOINTMENTS ON THE PHONE (the owner ) DONT YOU HAVE INTERNET GIRL 👧 LOOK INTO OUT APPOINTMENTS ONLINE I MEAN IF U DONT KNOW HOW TO USED OUR ONLINE I CANT HELP ! Are you serious! I was going on nyc trip and this people make me cry of how stupid I felt I can’t believed they refuse to service me. I told her listen if these service start like these I just want a refund please . I cry my way home of how humiliating I felt I can’t believe aAND OWNER CAN BE THESE UNHUMAN

Ive been coming since May. The owner will text you at 930at night to confirm your appointment for the next day. This happens frequent. You show up and shell text you 5m after your appt to let you know your artist isnt there and not have an appointment time to reschedule. Poor poor poor customer service. Not all artists take Groupon. Proceed with caution. The artists are talented. It this is not a professional environment.

Clean and pretty salon and the staff is nice but I felt it was a little pricey and it hurt more than other places Ive gone. I was also left with a couple burn looking lines
