They did a wonderful job on my cut and color. Went from light brown to blonde and it looked magnificent as far as im concerned.

I always walk in and I have never had to wait that long. The haircuts are great quality and reasonably priced and usually very quick. Most of the employees are really nice.

Stylist Madalyn is the BEST! She takes time and makes sure my hair is even and I see a difference when someone else cuts it as opposed to when she cuts it. Please bring her back after this corona dilemma.

This is the last time I take my kids here. I don’t think that the woman who cut my kids hair had any training at all. We asked for a very simple and popular gentleman’s cut where the sides are short and you come it over with a wave in the front. The first thing she did was shave one side to very nearly the top center of my sons head. He looks and feels ridiculous. It’s like one whole half of his head is shaved bald and the other half is a low quality fade. He is in high school and doesn’t want to go Monday because he is afraid people will make fun of him. I would love my money back.

They do a great job cutting my familys hair... IF you can get in. They NEVER seem to have more than 2 stylists working at any time, and they are always doing perms or colors. Rarely anymore can we go in and have less than an hour to wait or longer. We would love this place again of they actually had more staff available to actually do haircuts.

I got in right away. Chelsea gave me an excellent spiral perm. I absolutely love it. Chelsea is very fun and personal able, which made my experience even better. Definitely would recommend this store and Chelsea.

The first few times I got my hair cut here it was great! Perfect cut and then stylists always listened to what I was asking. However the last time I went in, the stylist didn’t listen to anything I was trying to tell her and I ended up paying, leaving and going down the street so that someone else could correct my hair. It was choppy, uneven and looked horrible! I’m surprised I even paid for it.

This place was Awesome. We were in and out super quick! Also Samantha, the girl who cut my hair knew how to cut an A line bob!

They told me 45 min i sat waiting for over an hour and no one talked to me except to check me in. Also two men came in while i was wait3 and got hair cuts left and still no one talked to me.

I only give this place an extra star because the people working here were somewhat friendly. But I wasnt impressed by my haircut at all. It was all done with hair clippers giving me just a copy paste haircut. For $18 dollars + tip I expect a more customized haircut. For a clipper only haircut I would have had my inexperienced wife cut my hair. If youre okay with copy paste go for it.

I went in today (3/19/2016) to get my hair chopped off after months of talking about it. Tiffany was amazing! I got just the cut and style I wanted. But the best part was I didnt have to spend a huge amount of time trying to convince her that I was 100% sure I wanted to cut it, we took about 2ft or more off my hair. In the past I have had to go back or to a different place to get it exactly the way I wanted after cutting so much off. I knew I wanted a drastic change and a cut Ive had before, she was really enthusiastic to give me the cut I wanted and she did! I will definitely go see her again! I f*ing love my hair!!

RACIST Stylist at this place.Elias at this location is good, very precise and does a great job at the hair cut.But there was a girl today who was working there - 6/27/2018. She lied to my face - told me that I am the next one in line after waiting for 25 minutes and then she took 2 other people right before me. I am not white and the other two guys were white.She was racist, and she only would do haircut of white guys. I suggest dont ever go to this place.The girl I am referring to has slightly curly hair, looked pretty young. I will update this review if I remember her name. But hey, racist stylist..

I only give this location a 3 because ive only had my hair trimmed here. They did a fine job with trimming, and the price was low because I had a coupon. This location is always busy, so I recommend making an appointment even though they advertise taking walk-ins. I definitely would use them again, but I dont think I dare having them do anything else other than the routine trimming, washing, shampoo and condition. Ive not heard anything bad about there service. Ive noticed the couple times I was there it seemed mostly men and children as their clientele. I think I have the old saying that has stuck with me, you get what u pay for....

Honestly, I was disappointed. When I got home and looked at my hair in the mirror, I was a little shocked at how short it is. I wanted the back cut up with a weight line, but there is no weight line, I just feel scalped. I cant even get a small curling iron to curl a small amount of hair.I need some length other than my neckline because my hair in quite fine.I didnt want to look like a guy.Ive always had good haircuts, but not today..

First off, Im newish to the area, having only lived here a year. Its always hard to find a good stylist so Ive put off cutting my hair for a year. On 05/02 my husband suggested we get our hair cut at Fantastic Sams as we both needed one (me more than him) badly. The gal with red and orange hair took my husband and seemed to do a pretty good job on his hair-it was cut how he wanted and was pretty even save for a few long stragglers in the back. Im not sure of the name of the gal I got (black hair, faux hawk.) She seemed to get what I was looking for (some layering since it was all one length and heavy, take some of the dead ends up, but leave length if possible as my hair grows SUPER slow.) She didnt style my hair when she was done, which I thought was odd as I came in with it straightened, instead she left it in my natural wave and that was that. I put my hair up to go do yardwork and noticed I had no length left at all, barely able to pull my hair back when before I could pull it into a high top knot. It also feels thinner. Today I washed it and began to straighten it when I noticed that any length I had finally grown was done, the sides are lopsided, and the cut is choppy on the bottom left and top to mid left side of my head. I know its just hair, but mine is naturally thin and grows so slow that I couldnt help to feel tearful when I saw it. Needless to say, Ill have to go to a full price salon to get it fixed.

Horrible place, the Manager and Hair stylist did a horrible job! They messed up my friends hair!! They werent even going to tell her until we notice and she called them out on them. Her hair was all way down to her butt and she asked for only 10 inches off and they took off like 16 inches, but the worst part was that they ended up doing a pixie cut underneath her hair!! and they werent even going to tell her!!! Never again going to this place!! They didnt even try to fix it!! poor professionalism!!

What happened to this place? It used to have great employees but that has changed. We walked in and the place was empty and she made us wait for 10 minutes. Didnt take much interest in making sure the haircut was good. My son left with a hairy neck. Oh well..

Ive had varying experiences here (though the more recent experiences have all been positive). One woman completely disregarded my cautions about my plethora of cowlicks and gave me a haircut that looked kind of OK with the gel she put in, but absolutely terrible once I had washed it out. It just so happened to be my last haircut before my wedding too, though luckily a different salon fixed it for me for free.Despite that, Ive had positive experiences here since then, though I would still be nervous to get anything but a short haircut here again.

Jamie was awesome! First time getting my hair dyed in years and I was so nervous but she did everything she could to make sure I was completely satisfied and did it very efficiently. So friendly and really excellent service!

I asked for a few (1-2) inches off and maybe a little layering, I have a side shave so its a little different cutting the long side. The stylist took 3-4 inches off and gave me really choppy layers. It didnt look bad when I left but after it dried it looks really bad, have to go get it fixed now

My granddaughters hair was a mess. The lady who helped us stayed late along with her co-workers while she got all the knots out of her hair. Im very grateful to her and them. They went above and beyond what they really had to do!

Went in and was seated quickly. I asked for a medium mans haircut, tapered in back, not blocked. The girl that cut my hair didnt have a clue about cutting a mans hair. I knew immediately when she attached the guide to the clippers that there was a problem. I will never go back, that is for sure.

This place is wonderful! Everyone is so kind. I’m always greeted when I walk in. I’ve had the same stylist for a while now. Katie, the interim manager at this location, does my hair perfectly every single time! She is so pleasant and kind as is every stylist here! The salon is always clean and I’ve been offered water every time I sit in the chair. They treat you like family here :) 10/10
