I just love going to see Sherry. She is such a delight, getting my nails done is therapy for my hands and for my brain. We have such a great time each time I go to the salon. She does an amazing job you just need to get them done for yourself! I am always satisfied with the job she does and my nails never fall off!! I have been going to Sherry Ks for at least 6 years, and all of the stylists have been good...but then Stef arrived and cut my hair...and she absolute stood out from the rest. I have not had anyone else cut my hair for over two years since, and have not been happier when I need a haircut. I dont even need to tell her exact specifics of how to cut my hair. I just say make it look good and trust that she will, and she always does! She is always very kind and understanding.Anyways, be sure to ask for Stefani and you will be well taken care of 😀

Go see Stef! She has been doing my familys hair forever! I dont trust anyone else dying my hair and Ive literally had every color....or cutting my sons super curly hair. My kids look forward to seeing her every time and she is great with them.

Every time I’ve gone here it’s been an amazing experience. Every hair stylist is nice, great atTheir jobs, and friendly. I live an hour and a half away, but I only get my hair cut and colored here. I love it so much!

None of that happened. We did not even ask for a full refund, only partial because we understand the price of products used. Also, you may want to consider having someone proof read your reploes to reviews. Preferably someone who can spell and use correct punctuation. To anyone looking to get their hair done professionally: Look at all of the bad reviews! Run away! So many better salons out there to go to if you care about how you look. My wife had her hair done at this salon a few days ago and was not happy with the results. For anyone who doesnt know, if you leave bleach in your hair for too long it ruins your hair. The lady doing her hair left it in for WAY too long because she was working on someone else hair at the same time...My wifes hair was literally falling out in clumps by the time the bleach was being rinsed out, and she has very healthy hair. Actually works in the beauty industry, Only uses the best shampoo and conditioner, and would NEVER let box dye anywhere near her hair. If you look at some of the bad reviews on here and they replied saying something about box dye being used prior, that is false. They did text my wife telling her that she could reschedule an appointment...I dont know about you, but i would not choose to go back into a place that lets your hair fall out in clumps because they dont know how bleach works. So after declining their invite to come back they decided to continue to harass her through text...classy. Im not looking for a response so please dont waste your time, Just want to warn anyone who is thinking of using your services. Seriously though if you respond, I swear the next place you will see a review is on the BBB.

Sherry is amazing at doing nails. I always buy my mom a gift card so Sherry can pamper her. She is very kind and my mom always feels so good when she gets her nails done.

I had an appointment at 4 pm. I go in and wait for 25 min! At 4:25 Pm I was told that there were still two people in front of me at 4:25 pm. At this point I explain to them that I had a scheduled appointment for 4 PM. She then asks me Its just for a hair cut right?. Um ya a hair cut and color... Stop wasting peoples time! A $10 Hair cut is not worth this. Unless you want to wait all day for an appointment this isnt the place for you.

Love this Salon, My son wont let anyone cut his hair without throwing a fit But for some reason when we get his haircut here he is always happy and has a smile on his face and lets them cut his hair with no problem. Affordable hair cuts and they take there time while they cut your hair and make sure it looks good instead of rushing you like other places. Thanks Sherry K!

This place is ran very poorly and they cant keep people Brandy was the best thing they had going for them. You must have an appointment or be willing to wait 2hrs. Sherry brings her dog in and lets it get all over you very unprofessional. She is rude to her employees and I wont be back.

The owner of this salon makes the whole experience a joke - she has surveillance cameras complete with sound around the entire salon. The staff can not move or talk openly without her yelling and screaming at the staff. It was cold in the salon - I asked my stylist if she could turn up the heat just a bit. The owner text her and told her to leave the heat alone. I will NEVER go back there again - thanks for making a relaxing pampering day for myself feel like I was in a psycho-playpen.

Extremely unprofessional, they where super rude to my friend after they DESTROYED her hair and it looked horrible. she complained about it they where even more disrespectful then before . What ever happen to the customer is all was right. she will not be coming back. And I would not recommend coming here if you want your hair to look good.

Dont waste your time going here. I have been here many times just to be turned away when there is no one there and told were booked for the rest of the day. I have made appointments, showed up five minutes early and still waited another 25 mins before my cut. What is the point of making an appointment when you cant keep it? Other times during normal operating hours they will be closed 4 hours early. Its like your putting them out when asking for a haircut..... give me a break.

Okay first of all.... These comments seem awfully personal for just a customer at a salon, which strikes my curiosity. Secondly, Ive been coming to Sherry Ks since the day it opened and never had a single problem with my hair or my nails. The stylists cant read your mind so if you give a poor description about what you want, dont expect it to come out picture perfect. They are humans. Not Robots. Before writing a nasty review about a local salon trying to pay bills and create a career for other humans, take a moment to make sure you arent the problem. Sherry Ks will always be ranked 5 stars by me.

Be careful who you go to. My daughters hair is a mess and she (I believe her name is Mika) charged her $105 for one color and a trim for short hair.) Plus there is hair dye all over my daughters face, her hair was cut uneven! Ive never paid that much! The most ive paid from a higher end salon was $80 for a full weave and a cut/style! My daughter is too nice and afraid to hurt peoples feelings but she has cried for hours and now she has to pay someone else to fix her hair. Sherry should take care of these problems because it reflects back to her. Me and my daughter WILL NOT be back after Sherry told us we werent welcomed back and if we ever show up she will call the cops. Who does that? If someone is unhappy you try too fix it. I would stay away from this place because if you have a problem Sherry does NOT care and she is rude!

Always get my haircut here. Brandy does a great job. For $10 a man gets a haircut, shampoo and a neck shave. Brilliant way to get male clientele.

As someone who has worked here for 3 weeks, i suggest not to go. I suggest this because of sherry, the owner.Sherry is incredibly rude. She discriminates her workers, constantly talks bad about them to clients, isnt suportive and is even rude to her clients! Always late! Shes tried to start fight with the girls in front of clients.The girls who work there dont deserve to have someone like that to be working for. They and the clients deserve better. Please dont waste your time. If you do go there, just stay away from the owner. She is why there is no business.

I was in the salon a couple of months ago to get a trim. (My hair girl was on vacation and I so desperately needed it done) I will NEVER make that mistake again. The girl that cut my hair complained the whole time about my hair type and how tangled it was after she washed it. My regular stylist never has any problem with it. The cut came out ok but then she asked me if I wanted it blow dried, I said yes and she said it would cost another 10$!!! Im not cheap by any means but I felt that was a little much for a blow dry!

I will never ever go there again! I could have done a better job with in the dark without a mirror. Horrific

I got my haircut by my. She cut around the edges and didnt cut the middle at all. My banges are all different lengths. When I went back to get it fixed she wanted me to wait 45minutes. This is unacceptable. I will never come back for this kind of treatment sherry you need to correct your business practices.

VERY POOR ETHICS AND QUESTIONABLE PROFESSIONALISM.Their Advertisement listed hair cuts at $10 and hair color at $45. The hair cut was merely a one inch cut and the stylist doubled up on the color, cutting less to color more. At the register, Kristen charged my client $140 for a service that normally costs $60, tip included. In an attempt to resolve the issue of overcharging unprofessional business practices, it took over a week for Sherry, the Owner to return our call. She was very defensive and said, Everyone is an Independent Contractor. Failing to take ownership for her own business and resolve the issue is bad for customer service, poor ethics and questionable business practices. Advice - do not patronize this Salon, unless you want to waste your money.

The owner was 30 minutes late for our schedules appointment came back with a terrible attitude I couldnt believe the way she was treating me I feel I was being discriminated against because of my sexuality. She picked a color for me that she said would change to a darker shade and it never did she over charged me for services I was unaware of and my nails ended up crooked and very unattractive I expanded to her that I was unhappy and she said go somewhere else next time now pay me!!!! Will never go there again the owner does not know what she is doing and will not work with you if you are Unsatisfied with her work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Who the hell cuts off a chunk of my eyebrow. Seriously, I go in for a hair cut not to come out missing a part of my eyebrows. Plus its says they do barbering, total lie, they cant do a simple fade or line up. I know look like Lebron James with his receding hair line and missing eyebrow.

We used to come out here all the time for haircuts, but lately the service is just gotten terrible. We came in the other night the open sign is still on saying theyre taking walk-ins but theyre not taking walk-ins because the owners in a chair getting her hair done! seriously if you have 15 minutes left and you dont have room for a walk in turn your walk-ins welcome sign off ! we wont be back!

My husband went to go get his hair cut today, 3 women were sitting around with no clients in their chairs. They asked him if he had an appointment and told him he would have to leave because he didnt have one.
