My nail tech canceled on me last minute and I needed my nails done for a photoshoot and Jennifer did my nails quickly while taking her time to ensure she got my shape and hand painted design I wanted. Her and her husband were very nice. Thank you again!

First time going to this nail salon and Im happy with my nails the lady who done my nails did a good job. She took her time and thats what I like when I get my nails done 💜 I will be going back for sure.

Making an appointment here means nothing. I have tried multiple times over about 6 years and each time they do not honor an appointment. If you have time to wait, they usually do a good job. Just depends on what your time is worth

She didnt listen when I told her she was making my nails too pointy and she appeared to be in a hurry so the job looks crappy. She also charged me 15 more than she shouldve but didnt explain why.

This has been my favorite place to get a pedicure for 15 years now.Every single girl does a great job.They are very hygienic, polite and reasonably priced.I recommend the number 4. The leg massage and massaging chairs are heaven!You do need an appointment during covid though.

Jasmine Nails is a blessing!! I have been going here for 15 years and I have never been able to find a salon that matches the quality, care, and kindness Jasmine Nails provides every time!!! If thats not enough... My mom became disabled a few years ago and she doesnt have much control with her legs/feet.... Jasmine Nails goes out of their way to make her comfortable, work with, and are patient with her disability to provide care and make her feel beautiful! I cannot express how thankful we are to Jasmine Nails for this . I recommend Jasmine Nails to anyone who wants an incredible and caring experience!

My Mom and I go every 4 weeks. Everyone there does amazing work and is very Friendly. They have great colors to pick - I do purple every time and they have lots of shades of purple to choose from.

Great work done here. Quality of the nails done for my wife and daughter are amazing. Cant get them off if you tried. Well worth the money and they are always willing to get you in and out.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I got my nails done on Thursday, it is now Monday and I already have one broken with 2 lifting. I went back to get a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me, only offered to fix it. I’ve had my nails for over 2.5 years and have never received such awful service. Absolutely ridiculous, I’m disappointed I have to give one star because they don’t deserve any.

Ive been a customer at Jasmine Nails for about 4 years now and have been very happy with the service and quality of work Ive received. I visit every other week and Ive used the services of most of the employees and they all do a wonderful job. The prices are reasonable, the ladies are always willing to try something new, and if it doesnt work out theyll fix it without a problem! From Pedis to Manis to even facial waxing, youll be satisfied!

Ive been coming here for years! The service can be hit or miss, Jennifer bought the place a few years ago. Shes done great things! There are a couple ladies Ive had do my nails. Jenny is amazing! Cathy is also amazing!! They both are considerate, listen, and do great work. The only person Ive had an issue with not listening and being rough has been Sue. Everyone else is awesome. Any issue is promptly fixed. I always come back.

Moved to Utah and have been looking for a nail salon and finally found this amazing place by searching google. Every one in this place were friendly, very welcoming and the the owner is such a wonderful person. They fixed my nails as well as my daughter & niece. We all loved our nails. And I am sure to be back. If you are looking for a nails salon, you have to try Jasmine nails.

Ive tried several nail places, and generally come back here because their gel nails stay on me the best. True, theyre probably not the most sanitary since they basically just rinse their bowls out between manicures, but they do wipe the cuticle clippers with alcohol. The 4 stars instead of 5 are because they could implement more sanitary practices, I suppose. Ive never had any kind of problems or infections from that. Their process are reasonable, too.

I got an upgraded pedicure and it was pretty much basic service. My feet are still rough, and I had to re-do some of my nails when I got home.My gel manicure came out ok, but I had to explain what I wanted to the girl several times. I still didnt get what I asked for, but at a certain point I got tired of telling her it was wrong. Wont be going back.

I have gone several times, and have not been disappointed. They are wonderful people, they take good care of me and my daughter. Im pretty rough on my acrylic nails, I break them a lot. They smile kindly and fix the nail, no problem. They paint designs on my daughters nails while shes waiting for me. They have never made me feel uncomfortable, even though they speak in their 1st language most of the time. As a matter of fact, they have taught me a few words. I will never go anywhere else. Love these ladies! (And gentleman!)

I had an appointment at a different nail place for 2 of my friends and I and they made them for the wrong date I frantically looked for a place since they turned us away. I called Jasmine nails and they took us right in even though we gave them no notice. They were busy but fast. They were super nice and friendly. Not only were we able to just walk in but they did an amazing job on my friend and me. Great selection of colors. Definitely coming back to get my nails done again.

Always a very good experience and wonderful pedicure

I would not recommend this place for any one. I went in for a manicure with gel and a pedicure. As they were doing my pedicure I watched how they clean the basin after customers left. It was a very quick wipe down with what looked like dish soap. Definitely not sanitizing. The gel nails were horrible. They do half as many coats as other places do and it did not even last for 2 weeks before it started peeling off. (other places I have gone last 4 weeks and dont peel.) Wont be going back.

Visiting from St. George and my daughter here from Ohio. Went to Jasmine Nails. Mother/daughter pedicure with Tam and Hannah was perfect. Clean, neat and well appointed room. Oversized fish tank relaxes the mood. Skilled hands for foot massages and warm paraffin with hot towels to soften .... Ahhhh !!!! I will return.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about going to the salon. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The atmosphere is nice but the service on pedicures is not. I did an upgraded pedicure. The foot massage had NO PRESSURE. It was merely lightly touching my foot- not a massage. My toe nails were starting to grow inwards and I expected when they were cut to be cut straight. They were not and I had to recut them when I arrived home to prevent the nail from growing inward. Not worth the price and I wish I didnt leave a tip

Came in for a gel mani and they had their young daughters doing nails. Which one did mine and I was really unsatisfied. The flowers don’t look like flowers, bubbles in my gel polish and uneven shaping ...

Alarmingly unhygienic...I already have trust issues with nails salons as most of them speak a different language and obviously talk bad about their own customers. I have been to Jasmine nails a few times in a row and thought I had actually found a nail salon I could trust. Had shellac done about 3 weeks ago here so I went in to get them done again. The salon uses acetone to soak off the polish, which is normal. I was alarmed when she was done soaking my nails SHE PUT THE ACETONE BACK IN THE BOTTLE TO BE USED AGAIN!!! Highly unsanitary. I could tell I had a cut on my finger and the acetone burned. Now that I know it has been REUSED Im worried. On top of that the customer service wasnt as good as usual. She would turn around to watch the tv while filing my nails and was speaking to other employees the entire time, while pointing and laughing at customers across the salon.

Me and my girlfriends all went on a girls day here to get pedicures. We were so excited to be all together! They have enough colors that you are not overwhelmed, but the service was bad. We had nine people in our group and there are nine seats for pedicures. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance for 12. We were all picking out our colors then a mother and daughter came in after us and took two seats so two of us had to wait until two seats were available. Many of us were disappointed with our designs. They just started to paint a design with out consulting with us. A girl put her elbow on my wet toe polish and did not even fix what she did. Sorry not the worst but definitely not the best.

I really loved the experience I had there. I had a full set of french tips done and they turned out beautifully! I sat next to a woman who has been going there for over a year. Ill be going back and recommending others there too.

They reuse the same brushes and tools and use the water your feet soak in to clean them and then put them back them in the bucket. Its not sanitary. Also their prices are more expensive then other places with and they offer less services. I wont be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sat and watched them all watch tv and play on their phones, and call their friends while they worked. Also, VERY unsanitary. I watched the lady next to me leave after she had her pedicure and all the lady did was drain the water and Ill it back up. Didnt sanitize the tub at all!! Absolutely disgusting. Also, the girl that did my nails cut the extremely short and literally made them bleed. She went to town cutting my cuticles and made them all bleed! NEVER going here again. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.

I went here and I had to take the file out of the persons hand because they werent doing what I wanted done and I asked for a new person multiple times and I never got one. I am not very pleased with this place and I will not be going back and no one cared when I asked for a new person and a ton of the workers were just sitting in the massage seats and playing on their phones. They are super disrespectful.

They do a great job. I only get pedicures here but they do nails and some waxing.

So A friend and I decided we were getting our nails done. The place we wanted to go to was unable to fit us in so we decided to come here. I will never go back. First issues is me and my friend were both getting gel nails. Nothing fancy no nail art. I was told it would be $25 dollars they tried to charge my friend $45! and then once she asked me what I was paying they knocked it down to $35 for her. If we were getting designs I can see the price difference but we didnt. Second problem I had was the girl who did mine did not use any sort of primer so the gel started to peel off after about a week and a half. Also while we were there another woman came in upset because she had got her nails done two days before and they had already started to come off.

Bad experience, the lady didnt seem to know what she was doing. Took 90 min and there are places where yoy can see through my tips. I asked to shorten them a little she took them down at least 1/2 they dont use good products. Will never go back

Worst service the lady doing my nails was in hurry and was really rough. So rough she made my thumb bleed. She to not care until it came down to pay she wanted me to tip her 10 dollars.

Worst pedicure I have ever had! The guy cut my toenails so short, 2 immediately started bleeding (and hurt so bad), then cut one of my cuticles so deep, it bled. The Polish job looks like a 6 year old did it. Upon closer look, there are parts of my nails that arent even all the way painted. Iwill never go back.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!Some asian girl with long hair, very thin, named ??Telli?? cut my wifes nails, some WAY TOO short, some on the opposite hand, left long. It looks horrible. She was in tears!!! Telli wouldnt give her name, wouldnt give the name of the manager, and essentially hung up on her when she asked for it to be fixed or get her money back. SHAMEFUL practice. Please go out of business.

My sister and I wanted to do mani/pedis for my mom for her mothers day present, and this is where she chose. We made an appointment a few days before for all 3 of us to get a mani/pedi at 5:30. My mom and I showed up just a few minutes before, and they put us in chairs immediately, despite my mom saying she wanted to wait for my sister to show up. We thought this would be fine because there was no one else in the pedicure chairs. My sister showed up 5:32, and got placed in a chair, but not helped. The service was curt and not welcoming, and though no one else was in the pedicure chairs, my sister continued to sit, unhelped, for another 30 minutes. During this time they took two walk-in manicures, and one more 5:30 appointment for nails.At 6:00, a group of 6 women showed up, and were seated immediately for pedis. I believe they had appointments.The salon appeared to have 6 people working total, and yet in the span of a half an hour, scheduled 9 people for appointments, two walk-ins and there were 3 women getting their finger nails done when we entered.After the group of 6 was seated, two more people showed up.After my mother and I were totally done and waiting (it was clear there was no way we were going to get the manicures we scheduled), they started on my sister.My toes look okay, but she didnt cut my toenails, and they are colored outside the lines in quite a few spots. The water was tepid, and the massage was perfunctory.They also charged me $40 for my Basic gel pedicure, which, for the quality of this salon seemed ridiculous.A woman who my mother told me was the manager would point at customers and say something to another employee, and they would laugh.This is a very poorly managed and operated salon, and none of us will be back.

The past 3 times Ive gone to get a full set my nails have been horrible. Theyve been crazy thick & uneven with globes of the acrylic left under all of my nails . When I asked to get them evened out a little more the guy doing my nails would look so irritated & didnt end up fixing them at all.

NEVER GO HERE. I got a mani and pedi. The pedicure felt like her nails were cutting my foot the whole time, never have had such a painful pedicure.She made three of my fingers bleed during my manicure, one was super bad and didn’t stop bleeding until after I left.Was so frustrated that I left as soon as she put the last coat on, she kept telling me to stay to wait for my nails to dry but I didn’t want to because my finger was still bleeding. Once I paid she grabbed my hand and splattered a dented coat of clear nail polish on my hands... not sure why.Will never ever go back here or recommend to anyone. I should not have even paid.

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails. They turned out ok, not great. The acrylic turned out thicker in some spots and they were filed crooked. The nail tech seemed rushed, although there were no other customers in the store. Wont be returning.

I had called to set up appts for both my mom and I at 630pm on a Friday to get mani/pedis. When we got there we were told to pick a color and sit down. We waited 20 minutes before they even had us in a pedicure chair. 1st of all, I scheduled an appt to get in the chair at 630 not almost 7.I would like to discuss how unsanitary this place is. Their floors are disgusting, they dont even try to sweep and give the appearance of cleanliness. The pedicure tubs were so slimy, my mom almost broke her foot getting in because she slipped on the slim. They clean the tubs with dish soap they buy from a dollar store. I dont know how sanitary that is and I didnt learn this until after I had my pedicure done.Now we sat with our feet in the water without even being acknowledged until 720pm. I was the first to have mine started and it was like every other mediocre pedicure. My mom waited another 10-15 minutes before someone had started her pedicure. The girl that did hers was going to skip cutting her cuticles and cleaning under her toes until my mom asked her to do that because that is standard with every pedicure. The girl then replied in broken english I am too busy and will get behind if I do that. But she proceeded to do those things and she took almost an hour and a half to do the pedicure on mom because I am not even sure why she took so long. She then was very rude to my mom. I had my pedicure done and my manicure finished before she was even done with her pedicure.They charge 5$ extra to do the paraffin wax on your feet where almost every other salon its included.We didnt leave until 915. What shouldve taken less than an hour and 1/2 took almost 3 hours.They were unsanitary. Not professional at all. Overcharged. I will never go back here and will steer everyone away from this salon. What should have been relaxing and a treat was very far from those things. I paid $50 for a mediocre mani/pedi . My mom almost left in tears.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.!!!!!Side note: It has been about 5 days since said experience and my cuticles are so messed up! They are cracking and the skin around my nails is peeling. Not sure what they use or did but my fingers never did this before.
