Ive been coming here for a little while at the suggestion from a friend. Everyone here is super nice and they do a great job.... They do it all, from eyebrows, eyelashes to nails, dips, acrylic and such.... I havent had a bad experience yet and their prices are reasonable.

My mom and I had an appointment for a pedicure. They got us in on time for our appointment. My only complaint is my moms got started later than mine so I was finished earlier but it wasn’t the fault of the technician because she was dealing with another client who was a little more difficult. Both the ladies doing our pedi’s were super sweet and did a great job. Everybody that helped us out were very friendly. The place was clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!! And I will recommend it to others. Thank you for the great and friendly service!

I ussually go to this place all the time and I love it but this last week I went and one of the gentleman did my nails and got upset when I told him one of my gm ails was completely crooked and proceeded to ignore me and made my nail really thin. Later on in the week the edge of my nail broke right off because the acrylic is way to thin and I just feel so upset that this place isn’t as good as it use to be

Love to get my nails done here. The staff is all good. I request Tan for my nails. She always goes above and beyond for me. They are also so sweet when I bring in my 5 year old for a girls day

The prices were reasonable but they were very rushed in their services. Out of our group, most people were happy but one persons nails werent really great. However, it was still a good value.

This is my second time in. I came in for a pedicure with an almost healed broken tibia and the woman who did my toes was so sweet and extremely careful around the areas that hurt. she did the most intricate flower! I would definitely recommend this place :)

Excellent staff, great quality, good vibes. I had to wait a really long time despite calling ahead, but I didnt make an official appointment and it was mothers day so that was my bad. There was a little bit of a language barrier but everyone was super patient with me. I plan on returning.

I usually dont write bad reviews but my last experience was awful. I made an appointment the day before for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I waited 45 minutes for a chair and 5 people were still in front of me and not started. I could not wait that long for a pedicure so I asked if I could just get my eyebrow wax done. Waited another 15 minutes and was finally taken back. I have been working on getting thick eyebrows and I let her know that asked her to clean them up and shape them. Well I left with no eyebrows and a large abrasion to my upper eyelid from the wax. Needless to say I will not be returning.

They are very professional. They give you exactly what you want and fix any errors. Its affordable and the hot rock pedicure is the best. Along with the leg and foot massage.

I absolutely love coming here for pedicures. They have very friendly people working here and they have the best pedicures! Hot stone, paraffin wax, scrubs, and they actually massage your feet and calves not just run their hands over your feet for 3 minutes. Never had a bad experience here!

Fab salon with great prices! They were able to do this Jackson Pollock-inspired gel mani (and pedi) fabulously and I will definitely be coming back 💙💙💙

Went here 4/17 to go do nails with my cousin for her birthday. We we’re walk ins, waited 40 minutes to an hour which is alright. The lady I got starting on my full set acrylics, by the time it was painting time for them she want me to pay her immediately, I told her no and that I also wanted a pedicure as well she takes me over and starts my pedi water and finishes my nails. As I’m done next to my cousin the man also asks for his pay before painting and she paid but she wanted to wait for the tip and kept asking for her to sign for it and tip. Before even her nails were finish. I specifically pointed out she wasn’t tipping till her nails were done and that she’d like them especially getting a design. I know he seemed pretty mad about it. But I really don’t want to pay for a product I don’t even know if I’ll even like. Which we both ended up liking how our nails turned out also took him 45 minutes to shape her nails! It just was not a very friendly vibe I’ve gotten before coming here for my prom nails in the passed I’ll be looking towards other nails salons in the future.

I definitely recommend this place, they were very friendly. I had amazing experience and got exactly what I wanted. Definitely busy so make sure you go with time or an appointment.

Normally I give 5+ stars to this place since Ive had a good experience every time all except one bad one where I had really thick and unnatural nails. Im very disappointed right now because I went in with my niece tonight for full acrylic gel sets. I put my trust into a lady to do my nieces nails how she wants with a picture and everything Im disappointed because the lady did a very poor job very THICK nails and didnt even do the colors and scene my niece had picked out for her nails. My niece told her AND showed her what she wanted which she did NOT get. Paid $45 for these very not so great nails. The very last picture is what she wanted, as you can see she did NOT get.

They were able to fit me in even though they were really busy at the time. I was a walk in customer. The gentleman that helped me was kind, quick and thorough.Only discrepancy was that one of my nails chipped 2 days after getting them done. I dont do any manual labor for the most part and was quite surprised when it happened. I just applied a quick top coat of clear polish to keep the gel from cracking further.

Ive hesitated posting a review but Im going to. Ive been going to this business since 2016. They used to be great but the quality has been going down and now I dont know if Id go back. The last few manicures Ive had done are dip powder color (not all were done here). The last time, a month ago, the gentleman PRIED the old color off with a metal spatula tool. No soak off. It was painful! He chuckled. Now my nails are especially thin. Last night I DIYd the dip powder color off at home. My nails are so thin I had to file them all down to fingertip. Disappointing.

I hate that I’m saying this but... I highly recommend this place with the disclaimer: DO NOT LET ANY OF THE MEN TOUCH YOUR ACRYLICS.I’ve been coming here for a few years and the women do a phenomenal job but the men just don’t get it. Maybe it’s a missing eye for design and technical ability but they’re always uneven, crooked, and wonk when the men work on me.A few tips for the team at VA168:The acrylic should never touch skin. The oil from skin contaminates the bond and that’s why your customers nails are falling off.Never skip dehydrating the nail bed and after the nail bed is dehydrated NEVER touch it with your finger. You’re contaminating the nail bed with your oils... which causes nail lifting.The nail tip should be in line with the direction of finger. Not the direction of the nail bed. This is why our nails look crooked.Thanks!

The people that work there are rude and what you request they dont do. They do what they want . So you always have to go back. Im going to try someone else who appreciates their costumers. I dont recommend them.

My first time having my nails done and they are gorgeous! Dont hesitate to ask questions, they want to make you happy. They last up to 3 weeks and then you have to return to them for removal or a new color.

Went here to get my nails done Sunday. They messed them up. They fixed it by grouping more and more polish on so of course it peeled the next day. Then, I called to see if I can be refunded and they told me they would call me back. 3 days later I called them and this time they hung up on me. Not to mention this was just a gel manicure, no design, one color. How do you mess that up? And also, it took an extremely long time. Ridiculous

Love this place! Even for the most basic pedi they still take their time to give you a nice massage and are very attentive. I’ve been places where I pay for extra things and don’t feel they do half the job these guys do for much less.

Their work is subpar. They need to hire real nail techs instead of whichever one of their cousins neefs a job. The guy yanked my phone out of my hamd and threw it on tbe counter when I trying yo text a family member back. Very unprofessional.

When i got my acrylics done the lady used the acrylic on someones toes and tried to use the same brush on my nails, also the monomer was in a large container not a dish she definitely used the contaminated one on other people.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon. They staff enough people that wait times are very low, the staff is so sweet and have amazing sense of humor and they do nails so well.

The ladies here were very kind and accommodating. However, the quality of work was low in my opinion. My nails look like I did them myself. Also, the gel nails are already chipping after 3 days! They left scabs around my fingers from the electric nail file. Ouch!!!

I took my wife here for her birthday today.... We went for pedicures. Im a 300 pound Polynesian....and Ill tell you what. The lady that did my pedicure had hands like Hercules! She messed me up....hahahaha! She was rubbing my feet and my legs (like tree trunks).... With all her might! It was absolutely amazing! At one point....she pulled out these magic hot rocks....and was digging them into my muscles! It was soooooo amazing!

First time trying dip nails at this salon. Not pleased with how it went. My nail technician did a total of at least 7 layers of powder etc. The other people who work there kept telling my technician how to do it, while giving her different instructions. Three different fingers started bleeding due to her being rough on the cuticles. I specifically said I wanted dip, and no gel. As she took out the UV light I asked what it was for, and was told that a gel finish is how dip nails are done in Utah. She ended up doing gel as a final coat on my nails. It took about 2.5 hours total!!I chose a grey color and ended up with light purple.I was told I could come back and get a different color, but since I was visiting from out of town, that would not be possible.

I went in, pretty busy but got in almost right away. Very clean and very nice environment. Everyone was so sweet and I got almond shaped acrylic with marble and they turned out better then I hoped for! Prices are affordable and I’m very pleased! I’ve been looking for a good nail salon for years and it’s such a relief I found one!

Friend of mine and I went to this salon since we’re on vacation and the other nail place failed our expectations. Upon entering, it’s nice and looks clean...COVID check in instructions clearly posted including taking your own temperature, mind you it’s not cleaned afterwards.... proceed to the tables to do my fill and her full set....everything is good until I noticed he was using a USED hand held nail file on my nails and at this point it was time to do the color. Super unsanitary. My friends nails- a couple of the tips are very weak and a bit bendy, the lady also bounced between my friend and another customer who was getting a pedicure with out using sanitizer between the 2. As she was done, another customer was placed at the same table WITHOUT being sanitized after doing my friends nails. I’ll be redoing my nails when I get home in few days.

The staff and technicians were super nice! I loved how quick and efficient their Gel Dip Powder process was - I will definitely be going back. Best experience I’ve had with dip powder in the Valley so far and would recommend to others!

When my 2 sisters and I went to this salon, they told us it would be a 15 min wait. As other customers were finishing up and leaving, the workers did not seat us even though almost every seat was open except for one. They had plenty of room for all 3 of us. New customers were coming in and CLEARLY stating that they did not have an appointment and that they were just walk-ins yet they were seated and assisted before us. We felt invisible. We waited 10 more minutes then decided to leave. As we were walking out of the door, 2 of the nail techs stood up and followed us to the door saying they had a seat for us and they would help us. The customer service was horrible and we couldn’t believe that they waited until we were leaving (obviously in anger) to offer us assistance. Because of this experience, I would not even rate this place 1 star. Save your money and frustration and check out other salons.

Yaaaaaas I love this place and the people that works here!!! Always so polite, respectful and fun. They wanna make sure you like what they did and always tell me to be honest and let them know if something is wrong or I don’t like so they’ll be happy to fix it!! Love the service guys!!!

I had my nails done at a different salon and rjw did an awful job. I came here they didnt even have to take my other ones off they fixed the ones I had on and made them look amazing. I will deffinently be back and recommend them to anyone

I was a walk in and was seated for a pedicure right away. Chose to upgrade my pedicure to the $35 deluxe with standard polish and it was amazing! It was almost 1.5 hours of pure bliss. My nail tech was very thorough, especially with my stubborn dry heels. I don’t get pedicures very often, but I’ll be sure to come back here.

This place is always busy, but they still get you in quickly as they have a lot of employees. I have been to a lot of other nail salons, but never 100% satisfied. This place always satisfies me. Im so happy I found this place.

Love this place! Charlie (man with tattoos) is my absolute favorite but they are all good. They don’t make you feel rushed and are so nice! Charlie shapes my nails perfect every time. Best nail place I’ve been to in a long time!

I rarely leave reviews however the treatment I get at this nail salon is worth sharing! The staff keeps an upbeat positive energy no matter how busy they are, they never make you feel rushed or deny a suggestion you have & top of all that they do an amazing job keeping the location clean. This place is nice and clean and depending on who your technician is and if theyre busy or not, you can get really nice acrylics. I prefer the guy because he has a good eye for detail. Their gel application on toes arent that great. It usually is pooled around the cutical and often the top coat is on my skin. Pedicures are NOT worth the money. The basic gel manicures are NOT worth the $45 I was charged. But acrylics from them are totally great depending on who your technician is. People are friendly too :)

I really enjoyed this place. Plenty of seats for pedicures. The atmosphere was super relaxing. Had a kind lady named Julie do my pedicure. She was really easy to talk to as well.

This place is absolutely horrendous. The guy was so disrespectful and so unprofessional with me. He was so impatient and treated me rudely! Never coming here again, don’t recommend it. My thumb acrylic nail is crooked. If you plan on coming here, at least don’t go with the guy that works there. They didn’t deserve my $40 and I’d give this a ZERO stars if I could.

It can be a great place if you get the right person. But appointments don’t mean much because they take all walk-ins regardless.

I just got my nails done yesterday, the lady who did my nails was pretty rude and rough, she cut my finger while filing my nails down with her machine. Today, my polish was cracked, I went in to fix it and they did not hesitate to fix the issue, but I can alreadt see that I am going to have the same problem. Like a previous person mentioned they are very rushed and not attentive. The only time they make eye contact is when you have to pay.

Great job on nail pedicure, they took time to detail. BUT these people straight up talk smack about their customers in a foreign language 😠 it is rather sad and disrespectful, extremely obvious too. If you dont mind putting up with that then this is a ok place this was why they got a 3 star, it would have been a 5 otherwise.I fully expect the standard response from the owner to this review, we were not given the opportunity to address your concerns please come in.

I was there for almost 2 hours, waited for over 40 minutes to get my nails done. I asked for ombré and my nails are no where near it. They are see through and you can see the streaks of where she painted. Waste of money.

Best pedicure Ive ever had. Love how clean the salon is and they take the time to pamper you.

Went there to get acrylic nails, the nails were fine, but the polish job was not great. Decided to give them another try, but this time most of my nails were crooked and uneven, plus the polish was not even. They always seem VERY rushed and their work reflects that. Too busy and the wait can get very long. They do not tell you approximate wait times and you can end up waiting an hour with no prior notice. They go from client to client while they wait for one coat to dry, which makes for very sloppy work. I would not recommend this place to close friends.

My deluxe pedicure was less than an hour and I felt rushed. I did come an hour before closing, but I still feel that if I’m going to pay them the full price then I deserve the full treatment (however long that may be) or they should’ve told me that they only have time for a regular pedi. According to one older review she mentioned she got a 1.5 deluxe pedi. Also, the male who painted my nails did a very poor job at painting my toes. I did ask someone to fix it before I left, but some of my toes are left with messy or unpainted edges. The staff is very nice and the place is clean, but I think everyone that comes in should be treated the same especially if we’re paying for their overpriced treatments.

My pedicure was not bad but the polish didnt look very good. The manicure i got was horrible. The lady cut me twice and didnt even make eye contact or say sorry.

I found this place after being butchered at another place. The Nail Spa took care of me. They stopped the bleeding and made my nails pretty again. They even massaged my hands!! My daughter calls them our Angels. Thank you Heidi!!

My daughter and I recently went to get our nails done. My daughter wanted to simply get hers painted, Halloween colors, the tech came up, didnt speak a word to her, finished, and walked off leaving my daughter with her hands on the fan. 15 minutes, I had asked the gentleman doing my nails when she could move her hands, and it was OK for her to touch them, and he snapped at my daughter who is 7 years old. She wasnt fussy, or causing a scene. He told her not to ruin the work the other female tech had done. He did a decent job with my nails, but when I communicated that my job was a lot of typing and I needed them shorter, he proceeded to do what he wanted. Barely muttering a Thank you when we left. Needless to say, the work was good, but the service, we could do without. We will not be returning, if I am going to spend 40 dollars, I will just do it myself next time since I had to go home and file them down anyway.

Yesterday was my first time and I really like the job they did on mine and my daughters nails..and Im a picky one to please. Im recommending to my friends and will continue to go there! 👍

I went there with high hopes from all the good reviews, and was VERY disappointed.. a 20 year old kid did my acrylics, burned my skin multiple times with the drill, and made them way to thin and bumpy. He also left the powder clumped under my nails. They have broken twice now after 4 days. Will not be coming here again....

Went in the night of the 2nd to get July nails and by the evening of the morning of the 3rd I had one come off and then by the 5th my second one came off. I had 3 different people do my nails and one who did most of the work but didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. For $50 I definitely didnt get what I paid for and will never return or recommend to anyone

I love this place. My mom and I come frequently for gel nails and pedicures and we always leave satisfied. The spa is clean and the technicians are nice. I also think the prices are more than fair. You can get a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure for 60 bucks which is I think is super reasonable especially because the manicures last at least 3 weeks, sometimes more depending on care. I have shown the technicians pictures of what I want my nails to look like and they always turn out like the picture if not better.The only bad side is they have limited pedicure colors, and I wish they would get some new ones but Ive brought some from home for them to use on my toes and its worked great. I definetly recommend everyone coming here if you want great service at a great price.

Wonderful service! I have come here a few times on special occasions with my mother or fiance and have not once had a bad experience. I have been to a few other places and just not been as impressed as I am with this location. Totally worth a try!

Ive been here twice now and have been very happy both times! It has been a few months since my last pedi and she really did a great job and made them all nice and smooth again!! And the massage chairs are fantastic!! Definitely will be going back!

I am extremely picky with getting my acrylic nails done, I randomly tried this place one day, being that it was closer to my house.I love them sooooo much!!!! Highly suggest going here, they have always taken such good care of my nails and I. Plus the crew of nail techs are amazing and super friendly.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive always received an excellent pedicure, never felt rushed or pushed off for another customer. They take their time and do it right. Always left happy.

Most of the time its great here unless they are short staffed. Wben you go plan on at very minimum 2-3 hour visit
