I came in for Acrylics and waited about 5-10 minutes, which was not a bad time as they had several clients, but the job I recurved was horrible. I asked for almond-shaped acrylics at medium length but what I received...What I received were 10 nails that vary in size in shape. Not 2 nails are the same length and shape and the tops are bumpy and uneven and I just cringe to look at my nails. The artist would make no change to my requests and barely listened to my words.I normally love going to regal nails but when I moved closer to a different salon than my usual, I would NOT recommend this location to anyone who values their nails.

Have been going here for about 8-9 years and absolutely love it! The staff is always so friendly and they truly care about you and your experience! Refuse to go anywhere else!

They were super busy being the weekend before Christmas but there was only a 30 minute wait for two pedicures. Put our names on the list and shopped around Walmart. They were great and very meticulous about the polish. The leg and foot massages were amazing! I will definitely be back.

I’ve came here for acrylics nails and not my favorite place. So I decided to try a pedi here and I loved it!! I come about every 3 weeks and see Quan she’s literally the best! Also love how clean SHE is! So yes I come here only for pedicures.

My grandma has been coming here for maybe 6 years and i was like hey you seem to really like going there! So u decided to go and the first thing i noticed was HOW DISGUSTING it was. But we can forgive and forget right?! So i left it be and when i was getting my toes done behind the chairs were absurd there was McDonalds french fries and a little mildew?! After i was done with my toes i did my nails and i got acylics. The lady who did them was very harsh and every time i told her she basically ignored it! So it was gross and the customer service was rude?! It has not been even a week and my nails are already falling off completely in a whole!

I went to Regal Nails for a simple manicure. Just acrylic nails with a white tip and simple clear polish. My nails looked great when they were done, but my manicurist wasnt very friendly, and she was a little rough on my hands. Only hours after I left the salon, I was in agony! My nails hurt SO badly. I couldnt even button up pants or hold a cup because my fingertips were so sore. I have never had this happen, and Ive had my nails done a hundred times. I will never go back.

I found my experience to be horrible. To begin with the place is no where to clean. Secondly the lady who did my nails left them so thick and no where near the shape I wanted. The nail polish was awful too, it left ridges. When I asked if they could fix it, she filed it down, but super harsh. You can’t respond negatively to someone who is PAYING you to do their nails if you can’t do it right. Super time consuming, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Went here for the first time. And they ruined my eyebrows. They made it too thin. I had to buy make up to fix it. The place was very dirty. The service was horrible. The wax gave me an allergic reaction. This salon or whatever it’s called it is horrible. Ruined my eyebrow. I would highly recommend to never come to this place. Oh did i forgot to meantion IT RUINED MY EYEBROWS!! AND MY MOM’S EYEBROWS.

Nice people, my nail polish was smeared, they fixed it the next day for free.

I went in This past Sunday with my sister and they got us in fast and she was friendly... but it was dirty. And my shalac started coming off the next day. I will not be going back.

I was there this past Sunday and got shellac and I am very disappointed that not only has it chipped off but its broken my nails that Ive grown out for some time now. I went to this place only because it was open on a Sunday so I took the chance and I went however I should have just waited because now Ive wasted the time and the money and I have to go and get it redone somewhere else. I do not recommend anyone going to this place as they did not do a good job their product is not a good product and they do not use enough product on your hands so that it will last. A very very disappointed customer

Got there around 6:30 and there were three ladies that work there sitting around with nothing else to do. We let then know we needed 2 full sets and they said they only have time for one. With three ladies around that I have seen all do nails... Absolutely ridiculous when two of the ladies are playing on their phones. Wish I could give zero stars.

Just go here for pedicures. They have always done a great job. Very good prices.

Absolutely would not recommend the lady was nice and friendly and got us right in However she rushed her work she even stopped in the middle of doing my nails to go and wax someone’s eyebrows then rushed to finish my nails very unprofessional my nails are not even at all.

I called in a few hours before to make an appointment but the lady said I didnt need to make one and was very insistent that there would be space for me without scheduling an appointment. But by the time I got there she yelled at from across the store and asked me to come in tomorrow because she was too busy.

This place is SO SO BAD!Im not one of those can never be pleased people Im usually pretty laid back and tolerant, but this place needs help!I was so desperate to get my nails done, I didnt have time to research. I was picking up some things from Walmart and saw there was a nail salon in the store. They were not busy and I got in right away.First thing I noticed was that the place is not clean. I think all the workers take their kids to work with them because there were like 5 kids running around and causing havoc. Jumping all over a very dirty couch they have in the waiting room, on to a coffee table. The couch cushions were on the very dirty floor as well as toys.Next the smell in that place was horribleTo top it all off, when I went to wash my hands, I went to grab the nail brush out of the glass container with the disinfectant solution and saw that the brush had food on it as well as the jar.I was so grossed outMy thought was that if this is their syandard of cleanliness, what the hell are they using on my nails and fingers?I know we are dealing with a different culture but places like these are a health hazard.I paid $40 for full set plus shellackThe shellack started peeling off the next day. 😡😡😡

Very friendly always willing to accommodate

So i went here to get a full set of nails, and the lady was really harsh on my hands. She was so rushed that she didnt put the rhinestones on right, and she didnt do my nails how i originally wanted. She wasnt nice either Id try to make conversation but shed be very short responsive . And its as if she wanted me gone already . And right when i left the salon i saw that my nail had been touched and it ruined it. My night was ruined. i know that im never going back and i wouldnt reccomend this place.

This solan is terrible, I walked in to get my nails done and it looked like they where living there and it smelt terrible. one of the workers where sleeping. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes!
