If I could give 0 stars I would. The West Jordan location of elite nails is using illegal product and it caused me to lose my entire nail! When I was in there getting them done as well she had her whole family in their including her small grandchild who she was hugging the whole time. When she took some of my broken acrylics off that I had on from a previous set she just ripped them off with a tool and it hurt so bad no soaking no filing. The tables at the back of the salon we’re covered in things just piled up and overall it was not clean. It took over an hour and a half to soak off the illegal product known as monomer. It was a goo consistency which anyone who has acrylic knows it shouldn’t soak off like that. After soaking them off my nails were completely destroyed when they looked fine before she put the new stuff on. Avoid this place like your life depends on it.

I drive an hour just to go here!! The staff is fantastic and friendly.. even when u are late!! I do not go anywhere else!!She treats me with respect always!!!Love the work u do!!

They were friendly and accommodating. Very clean. I felt that they really cared about their clients and staff. All health regulations were being followed.

This has been the worst pedicure Ive ever recieved. My nails are crooked, I had to ask several times for them to cut them shorter and they were not filed. The whole salon also looks like a junkyard with dirty pans soaking in some of the pedicure baths. 🤢 I should have left.

Terry does a great job. My fingernails look healthy and beautiful. I just do the gel nails and love. Terry and Tom are so fun. You will love them and your nails

My sister and I have gone to this salon for 5 plus years now. I have read the reviews and I cannot believe reading all the negativity on here. Tom and Teri do an excellent job. My pedicures are very relaxing. Not only all the regular things they do which comes with a pedicure, they have massage chairs. So relaxing you could fall asleep.I also get my nails done here. I wear acrylic nails and they make them thin natural looking and not thick which look artificial. Teri can do all kinds of designs on them. She actually free-hand painted a design on them to match the color and design of a dress I was wearing to my twins graduation from high school. I always get lots of compliments from people even strangers.I recommend them highly. Why dont you give them a try. Have competitive prices. You can make an appointment but I usually dont.

I love this place! Small, family-owned location. Terri and Tom are great! Very acomodating to last minute appointments. Plus, Terri is very fast with quality with manicures! Very friendly service and great conversation!

They were very friendly and kind. Walked in without an appointment, at 7:30. They saw me for a pedicure and full set! Pedicure was great nails were mediocre at best. while I appreciated they appreciated my time, felt like I was cattle being rushed. If they would have slowed down and not been in such a rush they could have payed attention to detail and the thickness of my nails. They are quite uneven too. I would expect this kind of service at a low priced salon, not one so high. The salon was not clean it was very cluttered. Had a mattress and a few bicycles and other random things stacked in the corner. All in all I would have to change my experience to a 2. I have since experienced a salon that has better prices, services, and cleanliness. That is why I feel I need to change my review and amount of stars.

I have been going to Elite Nails for about 2 and a half years now. I will not go anywhere else because their prices have always been great and they last so long! Terry will always find a way to do whatever I want on my nails because I like to change them up every time. Her husband Tom is always there to help and has his own way of doing things which is fun to watch the difference. Their kids come in sometimes and are so sweet and awesome. They are all such good people and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. I love the family friendly environment. My nails always look great! Give them a chance. They are down to earth people and if you dont like the service and simply explain that to them they would be more then happy to make it up to you. I have seen so many people be so disrespectful if their nails get messed up. We are all human and mistakes happen but if you just explain that, Terry will ALWAYS fix it for you.

I have been a client of Teris for 12 years and I love going to the shop. Teri and Tom are friendly and do a great job. They really treat their customers well and want you to be happy when you leave. From pedicures to manicures they do a good job with everything!

My daughter and I stopped by to see if they had time to do a full set. My 8 year old wanted them for the first time. The lady was super patient with my daughter and made my daughter extremely happy with her set of nails. We loved our experience and Ill even be going back for a pedicure as this place is close to my house.

Ive been going here for 14 years now and their the BEST in the business! They can do any style you want plus best pedicures too. I promise you will love them too!

I love this place, I called 20 min before they closed for a shellac pedicure and nail fix. They both got me all fixed up after a stressful day and made me feel very welcome and I was not rushed out. Very relaxing. I will be coming back for every pedicure or manicure I get. Very pleased customer.!!

They dont even deserve one star. I was in the area and decided to give this place a shot because I needed just a removal of my acrylics, because I had damaged my real nail underneath. The lady in the shop insisted that she could fix my real nail and leave my acrylics on so I said yes if you can make the pain go away without taking off my acrylics that would be fantastic! She proceeds to fix my real nail which she just put glue on top of, and she did a fill for me. They nails she left me with are uneven she left big bumps of the acrylic powder, and my broken nail is in more pain now than ever. I paid $35 for it and finally looked at my nails and told her I hated them. She said she can not give me a refund because shes done her job So now I have to pay to get them fixed and properly done. She was yelling at me about how shes been working for 27 years and the work she does is amazing! I get my nails done almost every week to every two weeks and I know what good quality nails are and these are not it. The shellac polish isnt even dispersed properly! DISGUSTED!

I got to this shop at 7:30 pm and the owner walked out and passed me and still kept walking. He even Acknowledged me and still didn’t stop. Mind you his door says that he didn’t close until 8pm! Never ever going there again.

I have been going to Elite Nails for 5 years. It has always been a good experience. I constantly get compliments on my nails. I keep going back because Terry and Tom are friendly/professional and the prices are good. I like the fact that this is a family business.

Avoid at all costs. Do not recommend this place, the youthful ownership needs to learn a thing or two about customer service as well as hiring people that have experience and training. I actually gave this place a second chance when offered a free session after the first one left me with such a bad feeling. Sorry, the second time around was only slightly better than the first terrible experience. Do not recommend.

. I got gel nails and she refused to even out the length of my nails. They were jagged and she left a ton of clumps. My gel nails will last 3-4 and these lasted only one week. Chopped and cracked. Every time I asked her to fix something, she just wouldnt do it and kept slapping my hand and telling me it was fine. I was super bummed because I dont have the opportunity to get my nails done often.

Do not recommend. After a cut nail I demanded my money back and was refused. Apologize came plenty but I think I deserved a refund. I do not recommend.

This is the only place I got to get Shellac, because the lady makes sure it stays in the UV light, for the absolute correct amount of time, so that the nails are extremely hard when theyre done, unlike some other places Ive been. I love getting their White Tip Shellac Manicure.

I love Terri at Elite Nails. My nails always look fabulous and I have NEVER had one pop off. As long as I live in Utah I will never have anyone else do my nails.

These guys are next door to papa murphys pizza, Best experience yet from a nail salon... she took me in as walk-in VERY pleasant SUPER talkive and she was very knowledgeable on what exactly I wanted....

The people there were exceptionally nice and pleasant but my manicure started chipping away after only two days. I came in to get a mani pedi for my wedding and my nails were already starting to chip on the day of my wedding. Not sure if maybe the quality of their products is not good. Also the nail artist shaped my nails unevenly. I had to fix it when I got home. Price was reasonable.

Their store hours state 9:30 am, as their opening time. I got there, around 10 am and no one was there. That is fine, but when I walked in, I couldnt believe how disorganized the salon was. There was clutter everywhere. Chairs were over turned and there was garbage everywhere. Still fine, whatever. I Can deal with that, as LOng as the pedicure is good, right? Well, sadly, it wasnt. All the chairs are pretty much broken. They are very uncomfortable. All the chairs have manual massagers attached to them, so your head is so far away from the chair, that there is no head rest. The manual massage pads, that are attached to the chairs are bulky and rough. All of that aside, I still would have been happy, if the actual pedicure had been good. The female and male owner took turns working on me, which felt odd. The male owner massaged my legs, for about ten seconds, more like a tickle, than a leg massage. He also scrubbed my feet with a scrubber that didnt even smooth out the rough edges of my heel, which in the summer months, get really bad. He scrubbed my feet for about ten seconds, as well, and didnt even scrub my heels. He did not use the foot shaver, which I clearly needed. The lady owner polished my toe nails. She didnt put any toe dividers on my feet and she acted irritated that I wanted to sit in the chair, so the Polish could actually dry. There was no one else, in the salon. When I got home and inspected my toe nails, several of them arent even polished all the way, but only half of the nail. That was the worst pedicure ever. You pay for what you get...cheap pedicure and crappy execution.

Nails are crooked. Shellac came off within hours. They acted as if we were a bother- bathroom was nasty. There was a cleaning sponge at the nail sink?! For my nails? Yuck. Asked for almond shaped nails and got stiletto.. would NEVER go back.

I heard such great things about this place. Me and my friend went there yesterday and they did such a terrible job. They did a terrible job at painting them, it looks like my 9 year old cousin did them and the nails look terrible also, they didnt cover my whole nail or even paint the sides. It literally looks like they nails are in the middle and not natural at all. I freaken hate this place and would love a refund, but theyd probably do a terrible job if I came in again. Im never coming back to this place again.

The worst manicure ever, super lumpy with a bunch of air-bubbles, uneven and the owner was super rude. My nails look like they have 10 coats the most disgusting nails ever.

I went in for a quick repair before vacation, and I am appalled. The back smelled like cat piss and was overall dirty. I didnt like that she haggled the price and was yelling in a different language at the man at the other end of the salon. The next day my fingers started itching, and now I have an infection in the three nails she repaired. Overall, gross, poor work, and unsanitary.

Lots of colors, efficient, friendly, and a comfortable environment. We will definitely be going back!

I did not like this place. The person that did mine and my sisters nails, did an awful job. I had shellac done, and it was almost all chipped not even a week later. I am very dissatisfied with them. They are also quite pricey for low quality service.

I decided to go in. It was awful. My nails looked awful, I went home and had to reshape them and recolor them. It was a horrible experience and they werent friendly. How they are in business is beyond me.
