The absolute WORST experience i have ever had at a sports clips. kass is the one who cut my hair and seemed to be rushing the entire time, she had an extremely bad attitude. she was rude during the duration of my cut, and even said “what is this” to my hair, and called it an undercut. this is by far the worst haircut i have ever received. all other locations and barbers have done an amazing job, but she seemed extremely rushed the entire time. definitely regret tipping.

Ive gone to this place a few times, I gotta say after reading some negative reviews I was hesitant. But The ladies at this location are very professional and very welcoming. Brenda is the barber to go to. Shes an excellent stylist and puts great attention to detail. Trust me when I say you will come out looking like a million bucks. The location is clean and super relaxed and Ive never had to wait too long for my cut. I would definitely recommend 👌👍

I was in town for business and needed a professional haircut. Found this Sport Clips close by while shopping. Brenda took great care of me. She identified what I needed and quick with her work. Haircut was perfect and professionally done. Would have stayed for the MVP but I was short on time. Brenda is highly recommended!

I received a haircut from Kass. It looks good at first but my first warning sign was that she cut my bangs way too short when my hair was wet. It looked all right as I was giving her the benefit of the doubt with my hair but when I got home I straightened out my hair after they put the product in and had this. I regret tipping.

1 star cause I came back asking for a second opinion and got brushed off. Went in today to get my sons haircut. The lady that helped us was older and I did not catch her name. She was very nice but seemed very rushed. She was done in about 10 min. At first I noticed some patches not shaved all the way so she fixed those. When we got outside I noticed a lot more. His hair was very uneven, long and short on the same area and not fade like we asked. So I went back in and there was another lady at the desk I asked her to look at his hair and see if she thought it looked off. She didnt say anything turned around and went to get the lady that did his hair. I was hoping for her opinion but I talked to the lady that did his hair and she said that just how it is. I asked her if it looked uneven. This area is short and long, looks like he has a hole in his head. She then said well I can fade it some more. I didnt trust her to cut it again. I took my son to another sports clips to get a second opinion. That stylists was very shocked at the job that was done, fixed it up and was amazing.

I’ll be looking for a refund on all my boys haircuts. Picture day is Tuesday and their hair is ruined!! Took the youngest one back in to see if they could fix it and they only made it worse!! Beyond angry with them

Ive been going here for over 10 years. First for myself, but now I bring my 4 boys with me. The online scheduling is very convenient and the MVP is totally worth every penny.

I typically like sports clips, but at this location I had a bad experience. I checked in online and when I walked into the store no one said hi nor mentioned I needed to confirm my online check in. My place in line expired and when I talked to the lady about it she just said that I lost my place in line and needed to check in at the store because it was first come first serve. Maybe if someone had mentioned this to me, this wouldnt have happened. I was in a bit of a rush so just walked out.

Best haircut experience Ive had. I used the MVP option which provided the best head/scalp massage Ive ever had -- which then of course lead me to do the double massage option. I left feeling like a million bucks. Oh, the haircut was really good too 😉. The stylist kept working with it until I got exactly what I wanted. Its been a very long time since Ive had a cut that didnt have an issue. Highly recommend!

Fast and amazing job on my haircut

This is tough for me but I just had the worse haircut of my life here. If you are not trained and or confident enough to cut hair then practice more. I have to go somewhere else to have my head fixed now.

You lost a SportsClips customer this evening. The haircuts at SportsClips are hit and miss in terms of success rate with about 1 in 5 being acceptable. Tonight I booked online, got to the store on time, and had to wait another 15 minutes. Once there I asked one of the two girls who gave me my last haircut because she had done a great job previously and she said it was Abby. Abby then proceeded to tell me it was Samantha after I had sat down with her. We then talked about the cut I wanted making it very clear that I wanted a one and a half on the side, but not to high, and about a quarter-inch off of the top while thinning it out and keeping the majority of the length. Abby then asked if I would like the one and a half on the side to just above the ears, blended into the top with a two, while only taking what I mentioned off of the top. I agreed that would be the right approach. It seems pretty straight forward as is always the case with me. I proceeded to get essentially what was a high and tight haircut with the one and a half running to my crown or higher and approximately an inch taken off the top after discussing this with her. I am not in the military and if I wanted that cut I could go somewhere and pay $10 or less for that. It was extremely disappointing and an all too often type of outcome. Your stylists often act as if they are listening well and then execute poorly. It was then time for checkout where I was charged $22.00 for a New Visitor MVP cut which I did not receive, but proceeded to tip $7.00 which is less than my usual. I received a cut only. Nothing more and nothing less. The combination of all of the above has led me to believe that I should not get mine, or my sons, hair cut at SportsClips anymore, as we have done for the past several years, as there is zero consistency, with quality haircuts falling into the 20% range, too much turnover when there are quality stylists, and seemingly zero concern after the fact. Granted I am not the type to complain in general. Nor would I express it openly in your business when there are other customers. However, I will be sharing this same review on Google. It is unfortunate as it is convenient and your stylists have always been pleasant.

Its always a fine experience there. I check in online so the wait isnt bad. I like getting the MVP. If I get a bad haircut its probably because I described what I wanted bad.

I have to say I am very picky when it comes to my hair, the fade has to be on point and flawless and Isabel at jordan landing absolutely killed it, I havent had a hair cut I have been happy with for a long time but im telling you she is good, dont let the shy timid young woman phase you cuz she will impress.

Kass is an awesome barber. She gave me the exact cut I was looking for (skin fade with a hard part on one side and blended on the other). Ill definitely be going back to her.

In the past I used to get a great cut from this place, but now not so much. It seems like if you dont get the MVP they dont really care about what you want, and even then its 50/50. I went in today and said twice at the start that Im growing my hair out I dont want much taken off, and then at least once more during the cut. By the time I realized what she was doing it was too late and she cut off nearly all of my hair. I really want to like this place given how convenient it is for me, but I will never go in for a haircut again.The 2 star is because they do a great neck trim.

Fun place to get a hair cut

Went to this location yesterday for a hair cut for my son and husband. We had to wait about two hours which is understandable but it was the hair cut that was horrible. My husband and son both get a fade with fingertip length on the top so they can either style it or leave it. My husbands stylist didn’t even know what he was asking for.. he explained it to her and she acted like she understood. My husband kept trying to tell her it didn’t look right as she continued and only made it worse and used the excuse as I never do very well on the left side sorry... After almost another hour of of both my husband and son being in the chair getting cut to leave frustrated because I paid so much and now my son’s hair isn’t even blended and my husbands is not even what it should be! My husband has a lopsided haircut and now after a wash the front looks like it wasn’t even cut because it’s longer then the rest! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Now I’m going to have to let them go another month until I can save up money for yet another haircut so that this can be fixed since they couldn’t. Hopefully my son doesn’t have school pictures while I’m waiting to have money to get him a hair cut now... Also, While waiting I seen another customer who had to have a stylist fix her child’s hair so be careful when going to this place!

I get my kids hair cut at this location and usually have a pretty good experience but not this time. My wife took the kids in and first off the employees were arguing about scheduling at the register. My youngest son got his sides shaved and top trimmed and the lady must have been in a bad mood since my son said she was being super rough with her trimmers. His hair wound up being almost an inch higher on one side after she buzzed it and the back was left long on the opposite side. Dont take your bad day out on your clients! Had to take him to another hair salon to get it fixed. You guys lost a few clients today

Both my husband and I have a membership card to this Sports Clips. My husband doesnt get his hair cut anyplace else. I have never had them give me any specific hair cut, only trimming off split ends from a razor cut that has grown out to my shoulders. They are quick, efficient, very friendly, and with a membership card, a very affordable place to get your hair cut.

I took my 6 year old in here because he has hated getting his hair cut other places. He LOVED it!! The stylist was such a sweetheart, I wish I could remember her name, she’s a cute little brunette with really pretty curly hair. They even sprayed some wash out color in his hair when they got done to make him feel cool. The pricing is so good too. We will definitely be back!!

Great hair cut open Sunday

Sports Clips is usually my plan B for getting a haircut. Unless you have a specific person who regularly does your hair the way you like it, you risk getting a haircut that isnt up to your standards. However, the majority of the time I have no qualms with the way my hair has turned out. There are two other redeeming qualities that push this place from a three to a four. First: the MVP cut includes a shampoo + condition and a hot towel + scalp massage, all the while sitting in a massage chair. The second: sports clips is the only franchise Ive found that will put steps in your hair. Others, like great clips or super cuts, have always refused to give me steps.Overall, not a bad place.

I went to this sport clips location because my normal salon isn’t open on sundays and I’m glad I did! It definitely doesn’t cater to women but my hairdresser was attentive to what I wanted and asked clarifying questions to understand my desired cut. I appreciate that! It’s easy to be intimidated by a hairdresser after all their the expert, so it’s great that your staff is so concerned with their customers! The price is great and I enjoyed the check in process which was fast! Aubrie was my stylist and I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been to Sports Clips before. But I went into this location and they had a nice facility. Everything look clean and tidy. The wait I had was not long, about 5-10 min tops. My stylist was excellent.. (I got the Free MVP upgrade) See I have long hair and I’m a guy, but I’ve never had long hair before. She gave me tips on what to do with my hair and how to keep it healthy and also suggested products but didn’t push them on me. Very nice lady. All in all I had a great experience here and would go back! :)

Denise is an amazing stylist. She has been cutting mine and my children’s hair for a couple years now and I would never go to anyone else. The atmosphere in this shop is also amazing. All of the staff are very friendly and great with kids.

Jeanie helped me. I was there to get my beard trimmed. Im always worried someone will mess up my beard. She did a great job. Very personable. Got the MVP Service. I will definitely be back to get trimmed by her again. I think she deserves a little something extra in her Christmas stocking.

Everyone knows that the atmosphere at sport clips is fun and relaxed. What people don’t know is the service is excellent! I always get a better hair and beard cut than if I spent big money at a big name salon. You can’t go wrong with anyone at Jordan Landing sport Clips!

I avoided this place for a long time because of the idea of a sports related anything. Im not into sports much. I tried it out since my other place stopped trying to do a good job. Been a good decision.The MVP will cost you $25 but the head massage and hot towel are with the extra IMO. They provide coupons periodically so its not that much if youre a regular. Over time it probably averages out to about $20.Most important to me, however, is the cut. I think because they specialize in mens cuts there is a difference here. Every other place Ive ever gone had become lazy after they had my business. After 3 to 4 cuts the quality drops. Ive not seen this here. So, I keep coming back.

Only place Ive gotten my hair cut since moving to a new area. 3 times now. Each time I tell the stylist the same thing, yet I somehow always walk out with a different style. I dont make it complicated - certain length on the sides, certain length on top. Easy.Guess not.Should also be noted that their official webpage for this location no longer loads their reviews page.I usually max out on the tip as long as the cut is manageable, but I wont be returning to this place anymore.

I almost always go to Sports Clips for my haircut. Yesterday, Darlene cut my hair, and it was an exceptional experience. Yes, she did a good job with my haircut, but her personality is the thing that made the experience memorable. She has a big personality, and we had a great time talking and laughing together. I had a big smile on my face as I left the building, and that’s not something I usually expect when getting a haircut.

Jessica does a great job. She does my cut every time I go there. I have always had a great experience every time i go there. Its clean, nice girls and fun to talk to.

I get my boys hair cut every 3 months, this last time my husband was ranting and raving how awesome it looked and I should always get it cut this way. Im confident the haircut wasnt any different than I usually get but the stylists just did a amazing job! Definitely changing from Dollar cuts to Sports Clips!

Worst haircut experience ever!! The lady cutting my hair was more concerned about what was going on around her and my not hair. I had to point out several times long hair that she missed. I explained to her how I wanted it before she started and she just did her own thing. I hate my haircut and am embarrassed by it. Then when I was checking out I had a coupon and she forgot to ring it up and just said I can use it next time. I also bought product and she forgot to ring it up with my haircut so I had two separate transactions. So annoyed. I don’t remember the name of the lady that cut my hair but my receipt says Denise and she didn’t seem to care at all! I don’t recommend going to this location at all!!

Alanna was my stylist, I got a free VIP add on, she was very professional and kind, the feel of the place was superior to most other stylists I’ve been to. I was impressed! I would recommend Sport Clips to anyone.

Pretty pricey, but I can almost always trust them to give me a great haircut, unlike other places Ive been, which have been really inconsistent.

Reserving a time online was very helpful. It’s our first time here and we were greeted nicely, waited very little due to online scheduling, and Denise did a great job with my sons hair and took the time to explain to him how to style it and care for it. Nice!

This was my first time at Sports Clips... Needless to say I had a very good haircut. Jeanie was very good, patient, nice, and very detailed, I highly recommended getting a haircut from her! The environment was awesome as well. Never felt more relaxed from a haircut before.

The team did a great job! They were friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was my wait said ten minutes, then it said I was up next, then it shot up to a 22 minute wait without any explanation.

You dont have to be a sports buff to like this place. Lets face it, the worst part about getting a haircut (particularly in the middle of the day) is little hairs all over your head, ears and neck. Sport Clips has solved it. With the scalp massage while they wash your hair -after- they cut it, they take care of the majority of this issue. This is definitely the best place to go. See Amber; shes a good stylist and conversationalist.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Me and my boyfriend just left sports clips and he got his hair done by (I believe it was Sherry). Older lady, smelled like alcohol and cigarettes, and gave the worst haircut I’ve ever seen on him. After 5 months of him growing out his hair, he goes in for his sides to be faded, and specifically told her not to to touch the top as he was trying to grow it out for a specific haircut (a long undercut). The first thing she did was cut the top of his hair, he was obviously not happy about it, and then she proceeded to cut his sides all the way down to a 1 with no fade, and an uneven side. She didn’t deserve a tip, and we will not be going back to sports clips ever again even though we’ve been going there for years. The picture on the left was before he got it done and the picture on the far right is what he was trying to grow his hair out for.
