We walked in on a whim, we were greeted right away and the area was clean. Kiah was kind, honest and answered all of our questions. Miss H wanted a few different things and she advised one style over another because one could have been harder to grow out/change. She was really good with Miss H; she treated her as the customer rather than just some kid- any parent knows what that means, and that goes along way. The blue is a really pretty color and goes from light to dark. It is hard to see it fully in the pics. In the end, all that matters is Miss H is over the moon happy, thank you again Kiah! 💇🏼‍♀️✂️💙

It was fine waiting in the lobby there before the haircut. Though, theres very little spot for seats to wait. I tend to get buzzcuts so I can let more time for my hair to grow. Unfortunately the barber messed up and made the top of my head really uneven on my right side. Its been noticed by many others out in public and its infuriated me every time I looked at myself in the mirror.

Its a Supercuts. So good price fast service. But your hair styling choices maybe limited. Its always a toss-up when I come here with my boys. Wherever exactly sure with what type of haircut we will get. Most times to do a great job. But every once in awhile you find someone new. Then you might not be completely happy when you leave.

Long wait and expensive haircut for what you get (or dont get). There was no effort to remove the cut hair and I was covered in hair when I left. The sign said every haircut comes with a hot towel, but that didnt happen. Silver lining was nice staff.

They spent so much time on my sons hair to make sure that it was perfectly even it was amazing my son has a natural right afro curls so most people dont take the time to brush it all the way out to cut his hair but they the lady we got was so patient and knew how to cut!

Do...not...go....here. Took my son for a haircut. He had longer hair. Maybe down to his chin. Asked for just an inch to be cut off. The stylist replied I only know one boys haircut. I thought she was kidding so I let her continue. The FIRST cut she made left him with only 1/2 inch of hair. It was too late at that point to do anything different so had no choice but to let her continue. The cut he ended up with was rediculous and looked unfinished. Had to go someplace elss to fix it. My son was heartbroken as it took him a long time to grow out his hair. Ill never go back here.

Absolutely horrible!!! Asked stylist for deeper layers on my medium length curly hair. On her first cut, she cut it to the nape in the back. I was immediately screwed. Now I have the ugly growing out stage. It will take years to fix and there was NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I hate this place. Wish I could give no stars. Steer clear of this place.

Went to this place at 9 expecting then to be open doors locked waited around for almost 15 minutes till someone opened the door. Being optimistic I went ahead with the hair cut and she didnt even cut the top as much as I asked for and the sides are to short I been here once and wasnt pleased this is my second and I think final time

I simply sit down, relax, and let them do their thing.I look forward to coming in (I actually have fun) knowing Im guaranteed a great haircut as well as fun and authentic conversation. Kisandra and Kiah are a dynamic duo (not something you usually see in a salon).

The stylist greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. I needed a child haircut and a child haircut and color. As soon as I mentioned color she says its an hour and a half wait. There was ONE customer in the salon with foils already in her hair and two stylists. Either you had a long line of imaginary people, a list of people that used your app or youre lazy. Im unimpressed with any of those scenarios. If you accept walk-ins, they should be accommodated.

Made appointment online. 45 minute wait, decided to go eat. When we arrived a very mad client whod spent a lot of money on a color (according to her) was visibly upset because the color didnt stick to her hair. The cut was for my son with autism. He loves to joke and talk and flirt when hes getting a haircut. Its his favorite thing to do. I signal to her hes not exactly normal and she made eye contact. As he joked and tried to talk with her she kept looking at me and saying I dont understand him! NOT ONCE did she smile or even act like he was human. I made a comment that it was awfully quiet in there and she rudely replued yes, the woman behind yoy was supposed to be my last client. Um, why did you allow another appointment then lady?!?! Its a service, youre in a service industry!

Dont go to this place! I took my son and the so called manager didnt even take 5 mins before she said she was done! I took him for a combover and she definitely messed his hair up! She didnt even blow the hairs on his shirt and neck! Very unprofessional and unimpressed with this place. Never ever going again! I do not recommend if the the manager can be so uncaring just imagine her employees! If I could give negative stars I would!!

Very rude and Curt over the phone. Website says they are open until 8. Alexis answered the phone and before I could say anything she cut me off and said they arent booking new appointments because they all have to leave by 6 that night... I didnt even get a chance to say why I was calling. Very poor customer service
