Always great service here. They always help set up my phone. Even though this time my old phones screen was completely shattered, Sonia managed to get my contacts, and social media accounts back up and running. I highly recommend this place!

I have gone to near my house cant even compare to the customer service that we received with karen from the moment we walked in and being taken care of up until we left if we could we wouldve given her 10 stars!! Raul helped me out here today with my iPhone X. The boost mobile customer support team sent me the wrong SIM card. However, Raul tried to fix this by calling different stores and seeing if they had any in inventory. When we couldn’t find any nearby, he gave me a phone number to text him to when I found a SIM card that worked (he gave me the part number). Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had at Boost. Thank you again!

I chose to drive out of my way to this Boost location because I was impressed with the person on the phone when I called with questions. I was not disappointed!!! Sandra was very knowledgeable and helpful and when there was a problem transferring my old phone number, she refused to give up until the problem was corrected.

Sandra helped me reset gmail and I was able to get my contacts back. She also completely set up my phone and updated it for me GREAT service

Absolutely terrible customer service! There was a rude girl working there that constantly interrupted me when I asked questions regarding buying a new phone and when I told her I would prefer to activate my own phone instead so I can save $15 she got offended and told me that the activation fee was required and if I didnt want to pay it I should get out and go buy a phone at Walmart instead. It honestly baffles me how anti-consumer she was. I will definitely not be going back to that store and will inform anyone whom I come across that also uses boost mobile to avoid that store so they dont have to experience that kind of mistreatment.

Bogus service. Refused to just sell me just a phone. The employee even told me I needed to calm down. I ended up going to Target and got a phone in 5 minutes. With no back talk. Its almost pointless for a pay as you go service to even have these stores if they wont just sell you a phone.
