Do not buy from here. The quality of their stuff is terrible and overpriced and their return policy is honestly laughable.

Called and the woman on the phone was knowledgable and very helpful. She even gave a description of the building and where parking was available. The store itself is deceiving. It is much larger inside. They have a large selection of party supplies and favors. They even had a selection of costumes and accessories out os season. The prices were comparable to other party stores. I chose this local business because it had items no other party stores had.The only complaint I have is that they did not have a pack of capes as our daughters party theme was superheroes. I ended up purchasing 9 individual capes vs a pack of capes ( they had 10 different colors).Cant have everything, but they came very close! I am definitely coming back for my party and costume needs

It was a barely organized mess at Halloween but they did seem to have a very broad selection of things. Prices seemed a little high for the quality on some of the items, but I would definitely shop there again because the employees were super friendly and helpful!

I called Party Mania this morning to ask whether they have a plastic champagne glasses that I need today. I called multiple times around 11:30 AM before anyone answered. The person who answered said she did not know and would call me back. It is now three hours later and I have received no return call. . I have now called the store multiple times and the phone is not answered. I have no idea where the enthusiastic ratings for this store came from but the customer service is terrible and they do not deserve these accolades.

Each year my husband has been trekking out to party city to buy helium balloons for our childs birthday the night before and every year he dreads it and comes home miserable. This year I found party mania and it was like a breath of fresh air. The owner was super helpful and the store had everything I needed for a complicated party plan. Great selection. I was able to buy balloons 2 days in advance with a special fill that made them last for days. The prices were very reasonable and there is even parking. My husband was super happy he did not have to make the dreaded balloon run and we are so happy to have found such a great local resource.

Party Mania is fantastic -- both the people & products: large & small mylar balloons for every occasion (Ive bought for my own & a friends parties), a huge assortment of party goods, some childrens toys (including stickers), greeting cards & decorations for loads of occasions, & BOTH pet & people (adult AND children) costumes -- they rock at Halloween! I stop by sometimes during my neighborhood dog walks & they let me bring my well-behaved pooch inside. Prices are good too. Love this place.

I came here to get my balloon filled. The person working the counter didnt know how much it would cost, and had to wait for them to make a few phone calls about it. I ended up paying $15 for filling up one balloon, and waited at least 30 minutes to get everything sorted out.
