I went into this location because I had an issue with my SIM card and Gonzalo the manager was able to fix the problem. He was also able to save money on my bill as well as add another line to my account. He was very helpful and overall great customer service.
I went to move my number from one plan and opening another. The one person there was helping someone else and said it would be 20 minutes since the other person was on lunch. I said thats fine. I understand people get lunch breaks. He told me the info I needed to change the plans which I got. The second guy comes back and asks what I need. I tell him the situation. He just tells me it would be easier if I called customer service my self and figured it out. So I left and tried to call customer service my self which was just a bunch of automated lines and wasnt easier. I googled how to do it and found a third party website that walked me through it. Why does AT&T have store fronts if you are going to tell customers to figure things out themselves? I rather the first guy said hey I wont waste your time. We arent going to help you because its too difficult.
We don’t know where to start off with this location. We have never had a bad experience with any other ATT stores. We were in between two phones, but ultimately told our sales person what we wanted. He rang us up, then proceeds to tells us, he “grabbed” the wrong one. It took at least 2 hours to try to exchange to the right one (which could not get resolved by the time we left). We had to leave with a phone we did not pay for. It was also irritating how he kept saying, it is only a few more dollars more. It does not matter because at the end, it does add up. Another issue was that he did not tell us that someone had to be home in order to receive the other phone we upgraded. Both of us work during the day. The delivery person came to our house, but could not deliver it because we had to sign for it. We will not come back to this establishment for any of our needs or will recommend it to anyone!
This is the best AT&T store Ive ever been to. I really liked the service I got while there.

Austin Hartnett was the sales associate that helped me convert my phone from Sprint to AT&T, and it was a very smooth transition. It took minimal time, and he was excellent in helping me with setting up my service, answering any and all questions I had, and ensuring that I got the best deal possible. I had a great experience overall, and I suggest you give this store & Austin a try for your wireless needs.
My wife and I were due for an upgrade on our wireless devices and also wanted to better understand if there was a better plan available for us. We worked with Jewel and she was incredibly helpful! We were able to identify find the product we were looking for but she was extremely helpful walking us through the different plans available to us and the benefits of each. We ended up enhancing our plan for a minimal increase in cost and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We will definitely be back to this store in the future and I’d recommend working with Jewel to anyone - great service!
I went in to get information on upgrading my phone & add a line to my plan. I had previously called AT&T customer service to drop service on an IPad (I had called several times), however they had never fully dropped the service on that device. I am so happy that I went in to this location because Jewel not only helped with the iPad situation, but she helped me get a new plan that fit my needs & helped us with getting 2 new phones. She made me feel valued & really worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. I couldn’t be happier & I will now tell everyone I know to go see Jewel at this location if they want to experience amazing customer service! Deng was also extremely helpful & talked with us while Jewel was adjusting the account on the computer. I will definitely be going to this location from now on!
Lino Wilson was wonderful. He explained all the different devices, answered our questions and most of all generally cared. He was patient and knowledgeable.
The At&T store on North Avenue and County Farm Rd in Carol Stream, IL I visited to transfer my info from old phone to new phone. Austin the tech is very personable and helpful. I worked directly with Mark the manager and he was just awesome in how he helped me. In transfering items there are always obstacles, and Mark overcame those. In figuring out the hotspot line he called for help and resolved the issue better than I thought. Mark went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that. He is a great store manager.Paul

Went in this store after a bad experience at another store a few miles away. Gio and Jace greeted me and with in ten minutes they had the replacement phone I needed for my handicapped mom helped me program it with important numbers and got me on my way. The staff at this location is the best! A special call out to Wes. We went to Apple store in Naperville to find out the problem with our phone. Buttons were not working. Apple store tried to sell us a new phone. AT&T did a quick rest and our phone was fixed. The iPhone was just over a year old. We will definitely buy our phones here from now on. No more Apple store!

I went to this AT&T store to upgrade our phones. I’ve never been to this store before but had issues at the last store we went to so was looking for a change. Jace greeted us when we walked in and I jumped right into asking about an upgrade if it wasn’t a big cost difference.Jace brought us to a desk and pulled up the account. He was able to quickly quote prices for two different upgrade options. All we had to do was pick out a color at this point. Jace walked us through every part of the setup process. He was so polite and professional and just a really nice guy to boot.I’m usually skeptical of other people putting on my screen protectors (because the last AT&T employee left a giant bubble and part of a fingerprint on my phone and then she tried to push it out by rubbing on the screen really hard). So I was going to put my own screen protector on but I watched Jace work on my husband’s phone and I was pretty impressed at how careful and attentive he was. I gave in and let him put mine on too.The rest of the employees were helping two other groups of customers that were doing some complicated transactions, but none the less, we walked in way after these groups did and Jace had us out of there before the rest of them.The group of guys working at this store that evening seemed pretty great. They were helping each other out and were friendly to everyone.

Retail cellular stores can give very mixed experiences. I went in for a simple screen protector and had a great experience here. Christian was meticulous with the application and it came out with no bubbles He was very friendly and courteous and wouldnt take a tip when offered.

After getting totally lied to and ripped off by an ATT land-line sales-person, who somehow was able to tack charges onto our mobile bill contract (will save you a LOT on [your] monthly bill.), we needed professional help. What the salesperson didnt tell us was that he was adding over $100/month to our MOBILE bill! So, after not getting any satisfaction over the phone with the ATT Mobility people, and being unable to contact that salesperson, I stopped into our local ATT Retailer on North Avenue, West Chicago. MIKE was very helpful, even though his store was not at fault in this matter, and advised me on what steps to take to fix the plan issue as well as contacted supervisors in both Mobile AND Land-Line. He also informed me as to what our bill SHOULD read, and did all he could on his end to satisfy us. Its easy to be angry with a utility, but representatives such as Mike, make dealing with large corporations so much easier.
When we started with this company they got our order all wrong ended up with a $500.00 bill which should have been $250.00! Now that we have canceled with them they are still billing us and we cant get them to quit. I would not recommend them to my enemy. Our new company bills us exactly what they say they will bill us for, no surprises!
