Had nails first time done they were nice. Came back 2 weeks later for a fill and they are completely messed up. Didn’t even bother to come back to get them fixed.

I stopped in recently to get my nails done while on vacation. Vivian and Andy were the sweetest! They made me feel so welcomed. My nails were the best Ive ever had! I will be telling all of my family and friends in town to come here. It was so sweet to see their little pup, Pancake. I had a very great, wholesome experience and would definitely come here again!

Me and my girlfriend stopped in on vacation and she suggested I get a manicure and pedicure. Im not usually one to do this type of thing, but they were very professional; Andy and Vivian were very positive people and made my experience very satisfactory. They did a bang up job on my nails, and were just a group of great people.

Nail Haven is my favorite salon and I have been coming here for several years. I love that no matter what technician does the work I have always been pleased. Thru the years when I went to other salons I was always trying to get a specific employee which was awkward. At Nail Haven all employees have done a great job. Little Pancake the puppy is an added bonus and if you’re not a dog person she will not bother you and is polite.

I’ve been coming to Nail Haven for 4 years ever since I moved to West Chicago. They have wonderful staff and they do excellent work. Pancake the cute little dog is a highlight every time I go in...except this last time....please bring Pancake back!? I have sent several friends to this salon and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Very kind staff! I went to get my acrylic nails off and they were kind, and gentle with my nails. It was a good value too! Would recommend to anyone!

I never give reviews but I had to today. Really bad customer service. I was there for two hours and a half and I didn’t even get what I asked for. I was over charged and they had a dog like if there isn’t people that are allergic. The lady kept making rude comments that were not needed. Definitely take your money elsewhere.

Looooove!! First of all, my nails look perfect. Im a nail biter and still bite 4/10 nails 😐 so I asked for 4 nails to be put on and to look natural. They look just like my other nails. None of this weird shape, big, thick business. Any imperfection bugs me and makes me bite them off. Driving away, I was in the best mood because I know Ill leave them alone! She did a manicure on my other fingers and the are so glossy and beautiful. Vivian is who did this. She’s super personable and treats you like a friend. Everyone there was super nice and its a great environment. Bright, clean and good vibes. Happy to have my go-to place! 💕

Quick response times: I requested an appointment through Google and recieved a reply within 15 mins.Pricing: reasonableService: Very good. They were expecting me when I walked in. The technician did a great job on my toes as I havent had a pedicure in several months due to covid. My toes were hurting and the tech did an excellent job removing the overgrown parts. Also, staff is personable - they know their customers and are very friendly.Clean: No complaints..They have fiberglass shields in front of each station.Overall: Very good experience. I recently moved to the area and will be coming back!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, even after moving to a different suburb, I still make the drive from Elgin. I am picky with my pedicures and they have never disappointed here. Vivian and Andy, the salon owners, are funny and personable. They know most of their clients by name and greet you as soon as you come in. Very clean salon and wonderful customer service.

Nail Haven is family owned and they are terrific. Great quality manicures and pedicures. At many salons, my nails are very unhealthy after a manicure but not at Nail Haven.

Vivian is AAAHHHHMAZING! I drive from west St Charles to see her! She is an excellent nail tech and never steered me wrong with color choice! Her no chips last weeks longer than any other salon I’ve been to. And her acrylic tips stay on and aren’t all chunky like some other places make them! I found a new home for my nails. Never leaving.

Was once satisfied with this salon...raised prices and became full of themselves. Theres a new salon in town on Main St. That opened in May 2018...Better prices and outstanding service and quality. I wont be returning.

I went in about 4-5 months ago for an artificial nail repair. Instead of soaking the damaged nail to remove it, they slid a tip under it. It took off the artificial nail, but also my natural one. The nail tech said it happened when my nail was chipped and it was my fault, even though it was gushing blood. I was unable to get a simple manicure until just recently. I risked infection due to the exposed nail bed and dealt with the pain of it as well. I do not recommend going to Nail Haven, which sucks for me to say because I have been going here since it opened when it was originally called Jenny’s Nails.

Ive been coming here on and off for about two years now. Each time I go in its a different experience, I never know if itll be good or not. If youre going to come to this place for a manicure whether that be acrylics, no chip, etc. I suggest waiting for one of the younger girls to take care of you. They do the job just fine, a little aggressive/assertive but the job is done fine. However, the man on the other hand.... Id suggest he do a little more practice work and not on paying customers. Whenever I come in its usually only ever to get fills or acrylics put on. He does the work way too fast and rushes just to get you out and on to the next person. Today I went in and unfortunately he was the only one available. Dont get me wrong, hes a very nice gentlemen but just doesnt have the greatest way of handling the job. Lets just say I left with cuts all over my hands because hes too rough and aggressive with the tools, often yanking on your hands, and doing other things meanwhile taking care of a customer. When hes done my nails are often all different sizes and uneven because he rushes instead of pacing himself and actually doing the job correctly. He cut one of my fingers and I started bleeding and instead of just leaving it alone or putting some cotton rounds on it to clean the blood off this man put nail glue on my cut to close it. NAIL. GLUE. Are you serious? Is he not aware how many toxins are in that and how harmful that can be? And he puts it straight into my open wound????? So unprofessional and unsanitary. Didnt even wipe my blood off the glue and continued to use that same glue on another customer. Disgusting. Even when I have horrible service I always leave a tip, today however, that was not the case. I was so disgusted.Like I said before, the younger girls are much better at getting the job done right and being detail oriented. The older ladies sometimes try to pressure you into getting something else done or else just start doing it without your consent. Its a risky game when coming in here. After today, I think this will be my last time coming into here. If the workers arent following basic sanitation guidelines Id rather not take my chances on catching some type of infection due to laziness.

I was here 2 weeks ago my nail girl was out of town, I was desperate to get my nails done I was near by this nail shop, worse mistake ever!!!! I didn’t get what I wanted, was charged $55 for a no chip shape was horrible and nails were super short, super uneven! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Seems like the other people got better treatment than me. Never coming here in myLife!!!!

This was my first and LAST time going here. I had on powder polish, very different from gel and the lady doing my nails used a file to get off the polish, which thinned my usually very firm nails out terribly. In addition to that, I was told I was too young to have long nails so the lady filed them down to a nub. Really? She had no idea of my age, so that really ticked me off. THEN, one of my nails is slightly damaged from an accident i had last year and isnt quite attached completely to the cuticle underneath. She filed my skin RAW on that nail, even though I told her multiple times it was hurting and to stop. I will NEVER be going back. Very rude people and terrible service. And its been a week and a half and my no chip is already chipping, even though I do very little with my hands.

I have been going to this salon for about a year now and today was an awful experience. I was taken back to the nail tables by a gentleman, I told him I had no chip on and he proceeded to take cuticle cutters and peel my nail polish off. I stopped him, however a woman employee told me that it would not ruin my nails but he stopped what he was doing. He then put acetone on my nails to soak. For 15 minutes I sat there, the man took a nail file and filed his nails for 15 minutes while I sat! Then proceeded to file MY nails with the SAME file!! I was so grossed out and had an awful experience. I will not be going back.
