Beautiful, comfortable salon! Theresa and Ben did an excellent job on my feet and nails. They exceeded my expectations. I am in awe of what this shop has to offer! I will refer all of my friends. I cannot wait for my next visit. So many nail possibilities are waiting to come true!

The first time it happened I let it slide b/c I really loved the place. But this second time they just went over the line. They over charge for the worker performed. They tell you one price then get 10 to 15$ more than that from your card then claim it’s the tip for the people (even tho I always tip them cash!!) so that’s extra money they’re taking. This last time they’re charging me $95 for regular manicure with no chip. Yes I got some design but it’s my nails and they’re short. That’s still way more than what they have advertised as the price. As much as I love their work, I don’t like what they’re doing here. I talked to two of my friends about this and what was my surprise that it has happened to them too! Check your accounts right after you pay if you don’t want any surprises later!

I went around 1ish on a Thursday. The wait wasnt long about 20min. I had a guy do my nails and he took his time and made sure they looked natural. I paid $40 for a gel fill-in, I would definitely come back again!!

I love my nails. Definitely one of the best nail experiences I’ve had. The nail tech who did my set didn’t seem bothered at all when I asked for little adjustments. He was very attentive to details and I absolutely love the end product. (I know my hands are crooked, but the nails still look great!)

This place is absolutely the worst place i have gotten my nails done. I drove a whole hr to get to that place because it was recommended to me by a friend. I got a full set of acrylics to begin with therewas no cleanliness in the place whatsoever. The guy who did my nails didnt even bother to put a towel under my hand to let the dust fall into instead he filed my nails and to clean his desk with the file and resume to file my nails with it afterwards. One of the nails of crooked and even tho I mentioned it to him it never got fixed. I called ahead and asked if they had the glow in the dark polish and they did tel me that they only have the top coat which should work the same. It never did. The design is okay but not close to what i asked for. I contacted them to let them know about my experience and they were a joke honestly no professional manners whatsoever. I never mentioned to him that i wanted the 70$ refund but he sure did send a post with my nails on it and wrote “she doesn’t want to pay and complain to get money back” after telling me “hope to never see you again” just because i wasnt happy with how my nails looked.

Clean, polite, they did try to upsell us but in a professional manner. Just showing the options and what the difference is. They did a great job. My toes look so nice. I will be coming again.

Lovely clean place friendly atmosphere. Stopped like a walk in and was expecting a long wait since I didn’t make an appt but I didn’t have to wait long at all.

Hands down the BEST salon in West Chicago, I’d honestly travel for this place if I didn’t live close. My nails are always so beautiful and exactly what I ask for thanks to Cyndi (a nail goddess). Love love LOVE this nail salon, 100% recommend.

They rush you to pick a color and try to up-sale the pedicure services. Although one cannot understand you can feel their energy when you ask for certain things. Which were not much by the way. There’s no patience and the work utensils/space is not clean as well. Took my sister in law as this was her first experience at a nail salon and sadly she has to fix their rushed work. We will not return.

I love the work and also took my friends with me. Someone referred me here. I really liked my experience. The only thing I would suggest is do provide discount if someone sends you customer. Thank you.

Love going here for my pedicures. They give great foot massages and take pride in their work. It’s a cute nail spa and I love that they have Sunday hours.

The place is really nice, friendly staff, serves cold beverages. They have a great variety of colors, and even more colors for no chip, and dipping powder. Prices are reasonable and they also have membership cards.

I love this nail salon. I don’t go anywhere else for my no chip manicures! Every time I come in with an inspiration picture they nail it!

I like how my nails look from far away but I don’t like letting people look at them close up. There’s many things she did that I don’t like. First, when you look at my nails from the side, there’s no smooth transition from my nail to the acrylic nail, there’s clearly a pump on every nail that makes them look even more fake. Second, I chose a very simple design that has blue in it and she left spots of blue under my nails. Third, she filed my nails after painting them and now I have patches at the edges of my nails. I asked her if she could retouch them with blue so it didn’t look patchy and she did but then she filed them again after the gel dried up, therefore I was still left with patches. Fourth, the edges of my nails aren’t as smooth as I’d like them to be. Now this is the second time I did my nails here. I had the same problems the first time, the only thing is that the first time she left bumps of acrylic under the tip of my nail, she didn’t shave it off and smooth it out. My nails look beautiful from far away but you can point out all of the mistakes from close up. I’m going to have to look for another nail salon. I keep seeing good reviews but I keep getting bad luck.

I have been to so many places throughout the suburbs and nowhere has it all until I found this place... They have an amazing color selection, product selection and service selection. I have never been so satisfied with a nail salon ever.

Love this place! Not only are they on top of new trends but they also do a great job! I’m impressed that even as a walk in customer today I didn’t have to wait long. I was in and out within 35-45 minutes after a full acrylic ombré set!!!

Me and my sister went to get manis and pedis. If was a little bit expensive but good price compared to other solans near by. Everyone was nice and knew what they were doing. Lots of options to choose from to get just what you asked for. My only complaint is that I asked for white and got pink. But it’s not a big deal because I am very satisfied with the end result! Pedicure was very nice and relaxing! Will be returning!

I went to get my nails and feet done and although it is a little pricey it is definitely worth it!!! 😊

Great service being my sister and I first time going to Angels Nail Spa, loved how clean and professional they do their work, amazing service, take their time and make sure you like the final result on your nails.

They overbook their appointments. We waited 35 minutes before we even sat in the pedicure chair. The water was almost cold and now its been almost an hour and they still have not yet started it.

We just moved into the area and wanted a spa day, saw them on yelp so we decided to go and honestly I think they are now my go to nail place. I went with my mom and little 5 year old sister, they were really understanding and considerate, and overall very sweet and nice. They even helped my sister wash her hands after the bathroom Bc she wasn’t able to reach the sink and my mom and I were getting pedicures and wernt able to help her.Prices were reasonable as well and the quality of the work was great! Loved it!! Will deff be going back next time!!!

This is my go to for my nails. They have never messed up or given me any kind of bad attitude. My nails always come out even, exact shape I want, and if I want any kind of design, it always looks great. Highly recommend coming here if you want any kind of design for your nails.

From the moment i walked in i was greeted with a warm welcome and they were quick to assist me. 3 different ladies took care of me and all had great customer service! the pedicure looks ok but i think it has to do with the color i picked however i am obsessed with my no chip manicure! will definitely be back again :)
