The workers were so nice and friendly and they did an amazing job on my nails!! 10/10 recommend

I had an appointment and they made me wait 15 minutes when I had to ask for water in my foot bath wouldnt even fill while I waited they said to waitsome more! The place was almost completely empty!! Then they said there clock was fast that I wasnt there that long! It was BS, so I left, I had been going there for years! Shows you how much they value their customers!! ZERO

My mom and I have been coming here for years. Everyone that works here is so nice and kind, they really work hard to keep their business going and I’ve loved them for years! Please give them a chance, they’re great!

I love how my nails turn out every time I come here! I think any job related to service is pretty tough and sometimes it has a lot to do with our expectations and often times how well we tip! I know it gets super busy and they have limited employees but I know that and I just make time because I like coming here! I also think some of the bad reviews here have a lot to do with loss in translation. The staff have never been rude or dishonest (I have to disagree with some reviews here).The highlight of my last visit...I’ve been wanting a very particular color and tried every color but they created a custom color for me, which was exactly what I’ve been wanting!! I think with a little patience and explaining you’ll love it here!P.S. I had a mani no chip

Great nail salon! Clean, careful workers, and very friendly owners! Nice massage chairs to relax in during pedicures, and big screen TV to watch. They use disposable liners in their pedicure bowls, and you always see your tech removing fresh tools for your use!

Got a no chip 3 weeks ago and it is still perfect. They are very nice and clean here.

This place is horrible. The man that did my nails kept digging his own sharp thumb nail into the sides of my cuticles. The quality was very poor also. Just went to the newest salon in town. It was beautiful, reasonably priced, with polite staff. Best set of nails Ive had.

I LOVE coming to this nail salon! I live 2 hours away but my fiancé lives near by, so I always try to get my nails done while at his house. All of the employees are very friendly and professional! They do a great job and always ask if I like the color before painting. Their prices are great and the service is even better!

Ive been coming here for years! They always do a great job! They never rush you out, even when its busy; which is a plus! Theyre also friendly! I would suggest arriving early if coming on the weekends or a holiday.

I tried others salons but this one is the best did a great job on my nails and my friends i got gel and she got a full set and both got pedicures and did a beautiful job! They lasted about 3 weeks and i was cleaning and stay on! I will for sure come back! reasonable prices and free sea salt scrub with pedi

They offers free water or sodas! it was my first time coming and before coming i went i read the reviews and I have to disagree with these bad reviews! They are so kind they would change the channels for people who wanted to watch something else! They just got new waiting chairs and desks chairs,tables(that are coming they said), Would recommend!

Personnel should let customers know how long it will take before your services will begin. Personnel should not blame others customers for one hour wait. Personnel should not look customers in the eye when they are angry and speak in a different language. It is rude and disrespectful. Ill do my own nails before I go there again.

This was my first pedi after having Achilles tendon surgery...... unfortunately I got a new tech.....she did fine ..just wasnt as relaxing as Id hoped

Horrible place! when Wednesday afternoon I was out about 30 minutes later.. my daughter and I got pedicures she got a manicure 💅 the guy that was doing my pedicure rush to finish doing my pedicure! wen his client walked in didnt even finish painting my nails he had another lady do it for him definitely wont be going back waste of money and time 💩💩💩👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The man that did my no-chip kept complaining that my nails were too short and was very rough and rushed my whole pedicure. My nails look like I went to my 2 year old nieces house and paid her $30 to do it. Hes only polite if youre a regular customer there and isnt even that good at his job. 100% never going back.

WARNING. Please don’t come here. Today was my first time here, and I’ve never felt so mistreated at a nail salon in my life. A older bald man did my nails. He rushed through my new set so fast he made two nails wayyyy to short down to my skin. when I pointed out how short the nails were he acted like it was my fault HE wasn’t paying attention to filing them down. They were very noticeably short. Not only that but, he burned my nail bed with the drill as well as cutt my cuticles and made them bleed Trying to get the short nails off. I spent almost 3hours just to get a new set and i had nothing on my nails before coming here...When I went to pay I told him kindly that I don’t feel like the job he did was worth 40$. Once he started talking nonsense I flat out told him how unhappy I felt with his rude and sloppy service. He told me he’s not the owner so he doesn’t care how I feel. I was so shocked when I left at the way he was talking to me. Please save yourself from a relaxing nail day and don’t come here.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. Gave them 3 chances. Every single time I go there they are scrambling to fit in as many people as possible. You’d think they’d get the hint by now and hire more people.I’ve gotten no chip all 3 times. They are rushing so much I have to tell them to straighten out the nails when filing them. I could honestly do a better job myself. I got one pedicure. Horrible. He cut the big toe on such a huge angle... and when I told him to fix it he had no clue what I was referencing... uhhh you cant see my toe nail is at a 45 degree angle? And it was completely rushed. It only lasted about 25 minutes when my feet were in the water for 25 waiting for him to start other people. If you don’t have enough workers, turn people away. I will advise people to not come here EVER. Don’t waste your money.

Ever since the new owners have taken over, i absolutely love this nail salon. the owners are extremely friendly and my nails looked great. i called in on a saturday asking what time they closed and they actually waited for me(which was past closing time!)

This shop is very clean and sanitary. I have been going here off and on over the last 9 years off and on even prior to the current owners. I have a favorite shop in a Maywood, IL but I was telling my husband that the distance and traffic had been an issue so I began in the last 6 weeks w visits to this shop because I like the way they do nails, eyebrows, and pedicures. I always get gel nails w no-chip and design on at least ring finger $40; pedicure w 1 design on big toe $30 and eyebrows $8 so at the least I’m paying $78 and $$83 every 2 weeks = average $150-$160 monthly. I get pedicures all year long not just summer. However, my rating is w the service attitude of the wife who feels she should receive a certain tip every visit. I should have addressed this issue when she without my permission added her tip to my credit card one day.1. She didn’t know my financial position to tip. 2. She has on more than 1 occasion took women I know only come in for mani pedi $25-$35 service monthly if that before me that came in after . So you are disrespectful of my time because I don’t always tip u because of this attitude. I don’t feel u always deserve a tip to get service I am already paying you for on a consistent basis because I just left shop March 26 and prior to that March 10 trying not to drive so far and leave my 6 yr old w sitter at times a neighbor. The husband tried to make amends and I tipped my pedicure person because the wife attitude sucked and she felt ok treating me as less than customer while annually my spend is $1800-$2000 in personal care for the aforementioned 3 services. Well God Bless you w the fly by night mani pedi group. I drive to where I like services and my $$$ is appreciated and they’ll get a tip when I have it because they respect me as customer and understand there are 1000+ nail shops in this area! but ppl choose to go where they get great service across the board.

It was my first time going to this nail salon and I needed a full set acrylic and I went with my bestfriend who needed a full set. She gets acrylic with gel and I get regular polish. Idk who I had but she kept pushing me to get gel nails which is more expensive and I kept telling her no. She asked me at least 10 times and said well your friend is getting them and I just ignored her. I also had to tell her to fix my nails because she did not put the acrylic on the sides. And when I look at my nails now they look like I already need a fill and I went yesterday. So I will not be going back there and I recommend no one else should either. And I have never wrote a review before. I had to log into my boyfriends account just to write this. That is how upset I am. It was just horrible.

I had been going to this salon since before the new owners took over. All my experiences have been Ok until the last time. I went in wanting gel nails and they have given my acrylic! All afternoon they have been so sore and I havent been able to do anything with them. If they are still sore tomorrow Ill be going back and getting them taken off. Very disappointed I got different to what I had asked for and they triple checked what I wanted before they did the work.

Well last two times I went I must had a new girl..but was not happy with the service.do not want her. 2nd time she broke 5 nails and my nails were nice.she was rough handling my hands.not sure I will go back.need to find a new one..blahhhh
