My first time coming to this nail salon and it was the best experience. The nail techs were helpful with picking out colors. They were also very nice . I walked out super happy with the way my nails turned out. I WILL be coming back!!

They do a great job! My mani/pedi last for weeks. They know my name whenever I walk in. I absolutely would recommend them!

I had the older woman, and she cant see very well, so she cut both of my big toe nails too short and then separated the skin from the nail when she was trying to push back the cuticles. 24 hours later, and both my big toes are tingling a little. Also, she had to redo the paint on one of my big toes three times because she kept over polishing it to the point of it clumping, and then when she fixed it, she stuck her finger in it and smudged it again. I was there for nearly 2 hours of a basic pedicure. Im giving two stars instead of one because the other ladies might be more skilled and the staff was nice. Just avoid the older lady if you can.

Theyre under new ownership as of a week ago. (11/17) We went here Monday to get manicures. Both women were very skilled, paid attention to detail, and did a great job all around. In addition, the ladies were both quite friendly, chatting away and easily making small talk. I highly recommend them. (My nails are fairly short, so polish tends to chip within 48 hours. Four days later, they still look perfect!)

No-chip lasts longer than any other nail salon Ive been to. Service is great! And the prices are awesome!

I went to Yes Nails over the weekend and by the next day, the clear coat covering my gel dips was coming off. When I called to ask why this was happening, they said it just happens if you wash your hands a lot however, I had only had my nails done for a day. My normal nail salon in Michigan NEVER peels and I typically dont need to get my nails re-done for 3 weeks! After asking kindly for a refund, they said they couldnt and wouldnt send a gift card, as I live out of state and was just visiting for the weekend. After asking a few times, they stated only their manager could authorize refunds but, was not in currently and would be in later. Upon calling at the time they said their manager would be in, I called, and they stated that the manager had just left but, would not know when she would be in later. Ive never posted a poor review on google but, was unimpressed and frustrated with the poor service, offering no solution to my issues, only excuses. I wouldnt advise going to this nail salon, as they wont give refunds or provide any solution for any issues youve had with their service.

I have been coming to this place since it opened! They know their stuff here!!Great staff and atmosphere and they do a phenomenal job. My no chip mani lasts for almost 4 weeks with no chipping!10 stars!!!! :)

First time visit and I will not be going again. The service was terrible. Made an appointment and had to wait a half an hour still. They were very rushed, did not do what they were suppose to do for a pedicure. Had to keep excusing themselves to take care of people they had not finished. Terrible experience was not able to relax and enjoy and definitely would not recommend this place.

Was referred to 4T by a coworker friend 3 years ago and have been going ever since. Good service, family owned and friendly. I enjoy the environment. I always call before I come in for an apt and they take me almost immediately and Im not wasting time sitting and waiting for an apt. Mani pedi Prices are economical. After noticing many people getting waxed I did lip and eye and they did a good job, I will go back. I used to work at Mario Tricoci and appreciate being taken care of and thats exactly what 4t understands thats what people are looking for.

Best pedicure Ive ever had!

When getting my pedicure done they did not ask me what shape I wanted my nails, they just assumed and made them round. When I asked them to change it they became upset and fought with me that I was wrong and they would not change it. They were also really rough with my toes. This was my first time here and most definitely will be my last.

First and foremost I went there to get a full-set. The next morning the corners on 2 fingers came completely off. I had a full week so I was unable to make it in no biggie i wasnt happy but I can deal with it, I guess. Today I had 2 spare hours in my day. I thought to myself why not go get my nails filled I walked in and asked how long it would be the guy told me 20 minutes. After waiting there for an hour and 15 minutes I left completely dissatisfied I dont like being lied to I couldve came back another day and I wouldve been no big deal but to lie to me and have me just waiting? Like whyWell you lost my Business I will never bring me or my children. thats so unprofessional and rude now I do not have my nails done for the day and I have to continue on with my plan so I will not be able to get my nails refilled by anyone for another four days. Extreamly frustrating 😤😤

Very upset with how my pedicure looks. When I get my nails and toes done I come here but I will not any longer. Im a paying customer, so this is very frustrating. If I could post a picture showing how awful they look, Im sure youd feel the same. Now I have to spend more money to get them fixed...

Its okay been here once after new owners and wasnt that impressed and when I got my pedicure I ended up getting a rash the next day on my foot from here. Be careful if I was you!

I made an appointment at 930am and was the first customer of the day. I did not leave until 1215pm. I just wanted a no chip mani and pedi with a design. As customers came in I was passed up to get my mani. The design I asked for looked horrible and they had to redo several times. My nails look unfinished with many bumps. I will not be coming back after this visit.

Ive been going to 4T for 2years. It is under new owners/management now. The service is nothing like it was before, my nails look terrible and the prices are much higher.

I went today to get a full set. I asked a specific shape which was completely off and shaped so uneven. Its a horrible place and super unprofessional. BTW the majority of people who work there arent even licensed to be nail techs.
