Called me when I was 5 minutes late and stuck in traffic. When I went in and apologized, they just looked at me and said nothing. I was 8 minutes late. They were obviously rushing to leave for the day. They were supposed to close at 7 and this was just before 6. Terrible attitude and customer service. Dont waste your time with these miserable people there are plenty of other barbers in the area.

My 2 year old son and me are regular customers in the West Chester branch. The team is awesome. They made my son very comfortable and he loves going there. They do a great job in my hair as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.Theres walk-in. But its always easy to go with an appointment.

This place does such a great job with kids. My oldest son loves watching the TVs while getting his hair done, and my youngest, who won’t let my husbands barber near him with scissors, has no trouble letting the people here cut his hair. They establish rapport with the little kids first, and they also take their time, which makes all the difference to keep kids calm. Highly recommend.

Some of the nicest people in the business. Danielle one of my favorites and enjoy our talked when stopping in. During Covid they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe. Happy I found this place years back and always look forward to my next haircut.

I get my monthly haircut here and Ive never had any issues. I am attended in a timely manner and the online scheduling makes it easy to coordinate a good time to come in.

Selena did an excellent job with my haircut, shampoo and conditioner. She also made me feel welcome, like she was thankful that I came in. Not the place to take your baby. We recently visited for our 1 year olds first hair cut. During the appointment he started crying very suddenly. The hair dresser said he must not want to have his hair cut anymore so we stopped. When we got to the car we noticed he was bleeding and had red spots on the back of his neck. She nicked his neck with the clippers and never said anything! No wonder he was upset. I understand things happen but to act like she didn’t know why he was crying and done with the haircut was so unprofessional.
