I had an appointment for 12:15 so I showed up at 12 to check in Not thinking their would be an issue with that. Upon arrival I was met with nothing but additude from the lady with black hair (I did not get her name) I was so appalled that I went down the street and got a better hair cut for cheaper 10/10 do not recommend going here unless you want to be met with additude.

Good price, and friendly people. But the use of the word barber shop is a bit misleading. If youre looking for a fade, this is not the place. The clippers my barber used did not go anywhere near the skin. I was in and out in 15 minutes and it just doesnt feel like you should be able to get a proper, quality haircut in that period of time. im sure theyre fine with long hair but not so much with short.

I have been going here for about 3 years now and absolutely love it. My boyfriend and I have moved 45min away and still make sure to come here to get our haircut. I saw a few comments about the hair stylists attitudes and would like to give my experience: I find it appealing when people are real and genuine like they are here. They welcome you and make you feel like you are one of them. Never had a negative experience at this place. I could not recommend them more.

Always have a great experience here. Prices are reasonable, the staff (especially Ashly) are amazing and always welcoming.Parking is easy, metered spots out front or the parking garage just a few doors up always has spots.Looking forward to my next visit!

Its a SHAME. Haircut itself was good. Hairdresser was very ignorant. Did not have an appointment. I did not think I needed one. I sat down and she said they were very busy but she called me over like I was a nuisance.Then as soon as I sat down she said YOU KNOW WE ARE CASH ONLY Then she kept saying LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD. At that point I just wanted to leave. I tried making conversation but she refused and started talking to another customer about Game of thrones . It seems like this place is geared towards a certain type of clientele. If you want a decent haircut and like being ABUSED by not very attractive woman this is the place for you.

This is a very nice Barbershop. Ashley, Amy and the rest of ladies are very friendly, and always give a great haircut.Most haircuts are by appointment however I have seen walk-ins. Patron seem to be mostly men and some kids also, the girls are great with the kids.Men pay $15 plus tip, kids are less and I believe college students get a special deal also. You cant beat the quality the price and the friendly staff !

I have had my hair cut by everyone here and they all did a good job but I prefer Ashly. Most men I work with come here for their hair cuts.

The girls there are Awesome. My son goes to Amy who is super friendly and a great person. All the girl friendly, funny, and have good personalities. We have never had a bad experience, and would strongly recommend this place!!!

This place is the BEST! Ive been going for years along with my 4 boys. Ashly & Christina always take care of us, we seriously think of them as part of our family. If you live anywhere near the West Chester area, this is the place to get a haircut.

I set an appointment on a Saturday. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly hello, smiling faces, and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Since I scheduled beforehand I was shown right to my chair. My barber, Ashly, asked me what I wanted done and took her time to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She worked quick, but not sloppy and paid attention to details. She also took great care to make sure I wasnt covered in hair clippings and that her station was clean. My cut looks fantastic and Im already getting people asking where I got it done!I appreciate that everyone working there were friendly but not obnoxious. No trace of a Jerseylicious attitude in the building! Having your hair cut is really such a personal thing and its nice to find a relaxed place to get a great cut. Definitely coming back.

Best barbershop ever. I travel to get my hair cut by these girls since I left west chester. Christine is the best! So professional, top notch hair cuts, and great price. Not once was my haircut off by any of the stylist. Never looking anywhere else for a cut

For many years my partner went to Salons, paid a lot of money. For reasonable charge, same results. Highly recommend. Ask for Ashly.

Heavy Attitude from workers with the vibe of “get out as fast as possible.” This was also my least favorite haircut I ever received. Would not recommend at all..

I want to like this place but I just can’t do it anymore. The staff gives off attitude and during my latest visit the barber didn’t even ask what I wanted on top, so she just proceeds to give me a haircut equivalent to a buzz.... I haven’t had a buzz since middle school. Not a fan.

I have been here atleast 3 or 4 times. The price is cheap but you get what you pay for. Don’t expect a good haircut. To be honest, the barbers here are rude and they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible. I’m not going here anymore with all of the other great options available in town

Started getting my haircut here when I was at school and since graduation I go out of my way to go here. Never need to request anyone because they all give great haircuts.

The people you hired cant cut hair right nor listen well. I asked for a simple Taper Fade and she instead shaved my whole right side off, right there then I cant say anything since she already screwed up my hair, and it would look even more messed up if one of my side was longer than the other. Thanks for the worse hair experience, they should be the ones paying for me since they ** up my hair.

I called to make an appointment and whomever answered has no people skills what so ever. The same woman then told me in the store, In front of a customer, that she doesn’t cut my kind of hair.

Haircut was decent, but I actually had to sit and listen to a conversation between who I think was the owner and some scumbag, entitled, poor excuse for a father and man as they literally talked about how much they hated a kid with a disability! How annoying he was, how much—in their words—they HATED him and his mom. Unbelievable.

I always get my hair cut at the West Chester Barbershop. They stay pretty busy, but Ive never had to wait more than 20 minutes when walking in, and it is easy to schedule an appointment.

Cheap haircuts. Not too enthusiastic staff. Scheduling is not quite perfect.
