I’m quite certain my barber wasn’t experienced. I asked for a simple haircut: a 1.5 faded to a 1, a hard part, and to cut the ends off the top. He didn’t know how to fade (my hair is the same length the entire way up), didn’t know how to do a hard part (he brought the cut too far up and there wasn’t any room for a hard part so now I have to let my hair grow out), my widow’s peak was cut back way too far, and my top was cut unevenly on the sides. Additionally, my beard was cut without even asking and he only cut one side which was cut down much too far. The back was shaped unevenly and my neck wasn’t cleaned up at all, which I had to have a friend fix for me. He was consistently asking me what to do throughout the cut, indicating that he was unsure of how to deliver on my simple requests. Very disappointed, especially since he knew I had this cut done for my 30th birthday. When I left he said “it’s not my best cut, I hope I didn’t jack you up too bad.”It’s a shame, the barber shop itself is a nice spot, very clean and in a great location. I’m definitely disappointed. Will not return. I will have to wear a hat for my 30th. Thanks! I highly recommend not going to Neil.💯

WC Barber Supply is top notch when it comes to hair cuts in the area. Pete is an artist and a master of his craft when it comes to hair. I am a taper/fade fan. I have seen what he has done to my hair and other clients hair, and the style is professional level by far. I dont go anywhere else.Appointments are available with his Pete and his staff online. Dont hesitate to book one because they go fast.There is also artwork for sale in the shop. Art by local artists and friends are hung up all around the shop. Definitely check this place out!

Neil always takes his time to deliver a great cut and always makes sure that the customer is happy. Glad I finally found a barber in West Chester who knows how to cut my hair and gives a good cut for an affordable price.

I went to the Westchester barber supply for a long haircut and a balayage. Angela was my stylist and she did not disappoint one bit. She was very professional and did exactly what I had asked if not better. She had great input on things that I wasn’t sure of and she was very timely. She exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to go back and have my hair color done for my wedding by her! She is so friendly and easy to talk to! Pete, the owner is also super friendly and was doing such a great job on his customers that I saw coming in and out as well. This place is a five star rating for me!!

Just moved to the area. I was a little nervous going to a new barber. Angela hooked me up with a great haircut with good advice on how to alter it just slightly to make it more manageable in styling it. I met Pete while getting my hair cut and he seems like a cool guy and will be getting a hot shave in the future when they are allowed. Long story short I found my new spot.

Ive been going to Pete the Barber for over the past two years and it would be like cheating on a girlfriend if I let someone else touch my hair or beard. Pete always provides the attention to detail on all his cuts and trims. After an appointment with Pete I always feel like a new man. Not only is Pete extremely good at what he does, he is very personable and you can tell he loves what he does. 5/5 rating is not enough it needs to be higher.

Quality, consistency, client service. I tend to see Pete 2-3 times a month and he is always accommodating and easy to work with in terms of scheduling. In terms of quality, there is nothing like it in this area. I had been roaming around to different shops just getting ok haircuts. Pete changed the game. The quality he delivers is insane. I was never a fan of my hair until I started seeing Pete 4/5 years ago. I have thick, coarse, somewhat nappy hair. He convinced me to embrace my hair. I now have confidence and embrace my waves. I love it. In addition, I think the best quality is the consistency. Pete has never delivered anything but a top level cut. Guys a machine. Finally, I really enjoy the ambience of the new shop. It has old school barber shop themes with a new school twist. Again, nothing like it.

I followed Angela from her previous salon over to the WC Barber Supply and I love it here! The ambiance is so welcoming and the whole staff really makes you feel at home. Aside from the the shop, Angela’s skills when it comes to Balayage are unreal so book your appointment with her ASAP!
