I love coming to Sky’s for my nails. Not only is it clean but everyone there is super friendly. Will definitely be my go to nail spot.

I love V-Tech. I go with my mom and my aunt every 3 weeks. The place is almost always busy but the wait for a walk in is maybe 15 minutes if every technician is on another customer. I love that they have gotten more receptionists so the technicians never have to really worry about answering phones and greeting people. The staff is always friendly and the place is super clean. I recommend every one who asks about my nails to go there.

I love coming here to get my nails and toes done. Tina and Ty are my favorite but everyone else does a great job also. :)

Tina is the best nails artist in town, She has a sweet heart, and so many talents. Kimmy is very kindly and smart, Ricky is the best social guys, very friendly and kind, i would say: Everyone work in Skya Beauty & Spa is the most kindness people i have been seen in my life! i wish them always successful in their life

Well the lady who did my eyelashes had great customer service, I had a eyelash lift done and one of my eyes didn’t get properly done, so I have my hairs by my inner corner just straight and the rest super straight and up, if I or others couldn’t notice it I wouldn’t be upset, but everyone could totally notice it, I paid 55 plus I gave her $16 for a tip. I have to have my right eye looking goofy for 6 weeks.

They were very busy, so the customer service was lacking. Very rushed manicures for both my friend and I, but the end result was fine. Would recommend when theyre less busy.

The people don’t care about the job they actually do on your nails. They only want money also if your nails chips in two days you better be ready to pay bc they don’t fix anything for free even if when it’s there fault. Greedy poor service

NEVER going to this place ever again. I decided to try out a new nail place then the one I usually go to because I have heard great things about this place. But as soon as I walked in, the nail technician that did my nails was so rude. He started telling me to stop moving my hands when I wasn’t even moving at all. Then very rude, he tells me to stop looking at my nails till he was done. That’s what’s pissed me off the most because when it came down to him cutting the length of my fake nails, he just cut it short. When I always get my nails long, he didn’t even bother to ask how long I wanted them. So then he just glues the other piece he cut off back instead of redoing it. He made me bleed twice & was rushing through the whole thing. This place is pretty pricey too, they charge for everything! Yup, I’m definitely sticking to my regular nail salon.

V-tech nails is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Tracy does an amazing job on my eyebrows and Kimmy does an excellent job on my powder dip nails. Would definitely recommend

I used to come here every time. I stopped going because the guy who did my nails kept getting on his phone and wouldnt pay attention to anything he was doing. My nails were terrible. I could have done a better job. He didnt file them nor did he clean off the paint. They were just overall bad. He then charged me 16 dollars for a polish change. That was it. Wont go back. Found a better place.

Never returning to this place, paid 42 dollars for a pedicure when it should have only cost 37 still very expensive. I always get my nails done and have never paid this much. Have heard from many people that this place has over charged them and now that it has happened to me I will not be a returning customer.

I love coming to V Tech Nails. Tina and her staff always treat me well. Tina does the best nails! But, there are many other qualified technicians to pamper you, as well! I highly recommend V Tech Nails.

Customer service needs some MAJOR work. Went in for a fill today & It started with the nail technician telling me to stop looking at my nails & wait until she’s done. It came off a little rude but okay no problem. As she was filing down with the nail DRILL i noticed she was being a little rough and either drilling in too far or hitting my skin. Now I know this will happen, but she would apologize and do it again, and again on each nail. So then she is filing my nail with a regular nail file I start to feel a really sharp pain! She was filing so hard that the edge of the nail file had created a deep cut into my finger!!! She apologizes and moves on. Within a few minutes I was bleeding. Says sorry and keeps filing. So now it’s time to spray down with alcohol .. & I’m not gonna lie I was a little scared and told her to go ahead and skip the cut finger. She grabs my hand instantly and sprayed it down anyways. By this time I am really upset but didn’t say anything. Once she was done She said that will be $31 :o Now I wasn’t expecting a free service.. but something, ANYTHING would have been nice. I let the receptionist know and all I was told was that she would make note of it. I was still charged $31 for the service and left very unhappy with no effort from them to make things right. I will never go to this nail salon again. Wish I would have read some of these reviews beforehand and gone somewhere else. Even some of the responses on here are very unprofessional.

I have came here a few times hoping that every time I come it will be better but it never is. My nails always come out lumpy, crooked and the color isnt opaque enough. Done coming here for good. If youre looking for a good place to pay to ruin your day and your nails, this is the place to go.

I went here to get a lash lift with Tina because I had heard she did a great job and after looking at her pictures I agreed, but o boy was I wrong. First of all my appointment was at 1:00pm then they called me to say she was running a little late so to be there at 1:15. I showed up on time but still didnt get in till a little after 1:30! I felt like she did everything very fast cause she was behind on her schedule do you can imagine how my outcome was? Im very disappointed with my final results; my lashes turned out horrible! I cant even put mascara on them cause a third of them are just flat onto my eyelid!!! Please be careful when scheduling your lash appointment, if you see she is running late, best advice DONT DO IT!

To start, the employee doing my nails was rude, and acted like he was in a rush. I also told him I wanted one color and he pretty much said no and gave me another, which was odd. I got the gel, which is suppose to be strong, but the paint on two of my nails has already chipped after one day (and I haven’t been doing anything that could chip them!) Not worth the $30.I did get a pedi here before and it was nice, but I got a different person. I went with a friend who got the same man that did my nails, and he was rough and rude the entire time too. I’m not sure if it’s this one guy or the business itself, but the quality is inconsistent at best.

From my experience Ive been at this nail salon for about 8 years and I LOVE IT always a great job the techs are amazing people always great customer service I recommend this nail salon.in fact I love it so much that I even started working here now as a receptionist and I am very happy always feel so welcomed and loved by everyone. Everyone always leaves happy and loving their service.

All the staff are very friendly and professional. Tina is amazing! She is fast and very accomplished in her craft. Her design graphics are beyond fantastic & I always get a lot of compliments on her work. Have taken my daughter Mishelle Lindsley & my Grand Daughter Melissa Baker to V-Tech. I go on a monthly basis and will continue as long as she will have me.

I have been getting my lashes done here for over a year and they are absolutely amazing every time I get them done . Beautiful full, lushes black lashes ! Best lash artist ever!!!

I went for the first time and actually loved how my nails turned out. But, all the nail equipment and work areas were SO dirty. At first I thought that maybe it was just the station I was sitting at but when I looked around I noticed everyones looked equally dirty. I honestly dont go back for that reason. Lack of cleanliness in general concerns me, especially in a nail salon.

The worst pedicure I have ever received. Wont be going back. I have given them 3 tries and sadly failed all three times . Nice people sloppy workmanship.

Worst manicure Ive ever had. I asked for a classic French tip with a silver line at the bottom of the white. Nothing is even, nothing is straight, and even the coat color is uneven. My manicurist did not listen to me as he had his personal music in his ears. When I asked him to fix the evenness of the polish/lines he did not. If you are spending money, go somewhere else.

I love Vtech I’ve tried so many other places in town . However, nothing compares to Tina and her shop ! Her staff is also super nice and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Went here with my sister and I feel like they are super pricey when the pedicure wasn’t that great. It was the end of the day and the guy rushed us to make us pay so he could get his tip and go home. It ruined our nails because they weren’t even dry yet.

A friend and I got our nails Done today By Andy And Lin. Andy did a very good job But Lin did my friends and Left her very Unsatisfied. My friend was specific on what she wanted and had high hopes being this place was recommended, Lin was very Rude from the start and had little patience to do her job correctly witch by all means should not be that hard. Painting nails and shaping fake nails should be aced by a nail technician.. Or so we thought. Lin did 1 coat of polish on her nails and no Clear coat and was Rude about my friend Looking at her nails before she was done. I brought this to another nail technicians attention but little was taken into action to satisfy there customer. Will not reccomend Lin to do nails. this place needs to work on there customer service as well.

I love Kim if I could do 10 stars I would they are the best in town and I have tried them all daisy and janette welcomeing you to the end the whole experience is the bes love love them ❤️

Tina is the best nail artist ever. She always hand paints all my designs and even does 3D nail art.

Usually I have a good experience here, but there is one employee, a young man, who does a horrible job. He is constantly checking his phone and you can tell he doesnt really want to be there. Yesterday when he was doing my manicure he cut one of my cuticles and I was bleeding and he didnt even acknowledge it. After putting on my shellac, there was so much polish around my nail he was trying to get it off by filing my skin. All my fingers are red and sore.

I wasnt sure what to expect but I ended up getting a good mani pedi. I made an appointment and they got me in right on time. The ladies were pleasant and efficient. The massage part was just okay and honestly there was nothing too special about this place but I was satisfied with the outcome. I think it is a little pricey for what I get even more than I pay in Seattle I find that seems to be the case with all of the nail places in Wenatchee that Ive been to. I liked it more than V and K nails simply because they got me on time and they were pleasant.

Manicure turned out pretty good but pedicure was pretty bad. There was polish all over my toes and globbed onto my nails of which the nails were only partially covered.

They do an awesome job with nails. However, some of the employees are RUDE. Especially the grumpy guy sitting next to Stephanie. He is plain rude. He got mad bc I accidentally dented my thumb nail while it was drying under the UV light and got all mad and yelled at me in front of all the customers and employees. Another thing, some employees talk in their different language and make it obvious that theyre talking about you bc they laugh after looking at you while talking to each other. SO disrespectful, I dont recommend this place to anyone I know anymore.

Worst service. The guy who did my nieces pedi kept getting on his phone while working. Was in the middle of massaging her legs and just stopped to text on his phone for a few minutes. When making the appointment it was stated one of us was getting acrylics, again when we got their we stated it, and then a third time after the pedis. They charged me $85 for two mani pedis, which I think is way over priced. The. After I paid he was going to paint her nails and we had to restate she was getting acrylics. After all was done and we were drying, he asked for another $10 because of the difference. I refused, he could barely do his job, they messed up. Nice try. Find another place. It was not worth $85.
