Always accommodating and always high-quality service. I wear extra long acrylic nails and they are fast with application and fills. My nails are strong and durable and beautiful, and the staff is professional and nice.

Nancy is AMAZING. Not only did she follow COVID protocol on all accounts, she was really funny, and did amazing work. This is my second time having my nails done by her and I look forward to it every time. She’s very personable, has a great sense of humor, and always does an amazing job. I have used them in the past. BUT today the girl was so extreamly rude. I was going to get a manicure and eyebrows. Then also get my friend in for a manicure. The rude girl said maybe later today. But then said couldnt. Asked about tomorrow morning or anytime. She said 10am then hear simeone talking to her (not in English) which is fine then she tells me no we dont have anything open. Not even just a manicure for my friend.So as she was telling me nothing open for you She hung up and didnt answer when I tried to call back. Very unprofessional. Rude. When I have gone there before it was just eyebrows. I also tip really good. So all of the sudden they are pretty rude and disrespectful. I thought our businesss were eager to help people and get some income going.I will not go back there.

My nails were uneven it looked terrible; I paid $65 plus tip. They looked so bad I ended up having to get them redone the next day at a different nail solon. Normally I don’t complain but man they looked bad my fingernails were very crooked the acrylic was bumpy and weird feeling. Awful I will never go back!

I went in for a fill and a broken nail. I did nit have the regular pink and white nails, but wanted them. She went over what I had and now I have a full set pink and white. And they are beautiful. My appointment was right on time. Very clean very nice and always do a great job

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I’ve been here a couple of times and I have always had an okay experience (something’s usually bother me but I let it slide I’m not one to complain much) I went there today and I had scheduled an appointment for a full set but when I showed them how I wanted they just looked at the color and said that one of the nail is with powder and I said okay and keep telling me the ombré we do powder and I said okay again. So I told her just make it white and pink instead. When she was almost done I see her putting top coat I told what about the design that I showed you in the picture she refused to do my nails how I wanted and told me the design I wanted it costs a lot of money, even though I was the one paying. She told me next time I come to tell them how I wanted. Which I did tell her and shows her how I wanted them. Walked out with nail that I didn’t liked and had to go somewhere else to get them died because they refused to do them how I showed and told them to very I’m disappointed with them NEVER GOING BACK.

Got shellac done my Mina for my wedding. I loved how personable she was. We had a great chat and no awkward silence like Ive experienced at other places. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect and even went back if she saw something she wanted to touch up. I really appreciated her attention to quality work and great company. I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes past my time. I was only in there for 15 minutes. The stated rate for a manicure is $17, but they charged me $22 because I wanted my nails shiny. I don’t use nail polish, I just wanted them buffed and they charged $5 extra for that! They didn’t even push my cuticles back. Don’t go here, it’s a ripoff.

They give wonderful deluxe pedicures and Nancy is amazing with acrylic manicures! Love them!

I was truly disappointed at the service in this place. I had an appointment schedule for a Tuesday, and I did leave happy with the overall experience that day. The next day I noticed the tips of my simple gel manicure were already chipping off. I called them to see if I could get fit in on Friday for them to look at it. I had it done for not even 24 hours and it was coming off. She told me they would be too busy on Friday, but to come in Thursday so she could look at it. I went there Thursday after work, and they acted like I had never called them. She immediately started speaking her language and smirked. I told her I was there only a day ago and it was already chipping. She insisted that I went there two weeks ago. I informed her again and said I called the night before. There customer experience was the worst I have ever received at a nail salon. They made me feel like I was lying and going crazy. I would never go back

Clean and bright with helpful and kind people. I got right in and received a perfect pedicure in only 45 minutes. Very relaxing!

Went in to get our eyebrows waxed. There was 1 person sitting in a chair and NO ONE else. I asked how long to have me & my daughters eyebrows waxed. Her response was we are too busy. I was like uh.... theres no one here! Wont be going back.

I’ve gone to this place a couple of times, and never had issues until recently. The lady giving me a gel manicure cut my cuticles too short, making me bleed on 4 nails. She wiped off my blood with her own (ungloved) fingers. Gross and unsanitary. 2 days later, my gel polish is chipping and turned brown at the tips. The lady redid the nails that chipped, but refused to do a polish change on all fingers because she couldn’t see the discoloration, which was clearly there. She brought out her coworker to argue with me as well. She also said that the reason my polish was chipping was because I used too much lotion...?Very very unprofessional, and I will not be returning.

I have NEVER rated anything my entire life, but I am compelled to share my negative experience.After visiting this location earlier in the day, and being spoke to at a minimum, I felt part of my gel tip coming up on 1 of my nails. Because I am a picker, I decided to go and ask it they could put a quick clear coat on the nail.I went back to the salon... and when I entered, the last failed to remember me. I shared that I had an issue and respectfully asked it they could throw polish on the one nail. She replied, ‘no, we are to busy. You need to come back.’ I replied, it will honestly take 1 min... I am from out of town and leaving later that day. She said, ‘sorry, we are to busy, you have to come back’.I was SHOCKED that she would ask me to have to come back for a total of 3 visits in 1 day to complete something they failed to do correctly.I have never been treated so rude, she never said sorry or apologized for not completely what I paid for 1 hour earlier.I would NEVER go to this place again, and cannot begin to understand how a business that not only for not fix their lack of delivery, but apologize or even care about this issue, should be in business in this economy.I went to another place in town, they got me in immediately, and they were PACKED. He fixed it and it took 2 mins. He did not charge me and told me that he hears that they say they are ‘to busy’ to many customers. He even felt so bad, he tried to not charge me.Can’t say enough about how bad this company was.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. This place has really gone down hill. My first bad experience was with a gel manicure. Within a day, the red gel polish turned into an ugly brown. I went back the next day to get the fixed. The lady was very rude and annoyed. She did it, but was rushed and did a very poor job. You could tell she did not care at all. My second experience was with a pedicure. There was a man who did it who I had never seen before. He used the Dremel to remove the old gel, and shave my nails so thin in places they turned red. After the pedicure, I thought it was just the polish that was lumpy, but it was my actual nail!!! I feel like a Karen right now... but seriously do not go here.

Me and my friend made an apointment for 2 and when we got there they started on my nails and when I asked if they could start her nails they said no, when I asked why she insisted I only said 1 person and made us wait for the other employee to do both of our nails, she was very rude. It took over 3 hours and then they charged us 50$ each for nails that were far below worth 50$, very disapointed.

This place was awesome. I walked in and Nancy asked if I had an appt. I told her Im from out of town and just decided to get my nails done. She said okay and fit me in. Plus she did an excellent job and they were very friendly. I will go back to them every time Im in town.

The guy My friend had did not talk to my friend at all, when he was shaping her acrylic nails he kept cutting into her cuticle and She told him it hurt, but he continued. Was very rude, then She asked him if he could do another coat of polish because the color was still see through but he ignored her and put on the top coat. They also charged me an extra 25$ for a simple one line design and matte top coat. Would not recommend.

I was very happy with the service and how my nails turned out. I will be using this Salon on a regular basis. They do an awesome pedicure and use hot rocks for massage.

I had simply asked for a full set which is set at a based price of $25. I was aware of a extra fee charge of $5 for a matte top. However, my nails were not long whatsoever. The lady charged me $40 and said I was complicated. I was not rude in any way, I just sat there and watched the t.v show that was on. I do not recommend this salon.

My husband and I both go, the massage chairs are very nice, the place is clean and spacious, prices are good. We go every month and will continue going, even my husband likes it, it has helped his feet issues. Tea (a manicurist) is very nice, warm and friendly. I dislike going somewhere where they wont even talk to you, its supposed to be a pamper experience. The TV is a little loud, but nothing offensive, usually a game show (in one place I went they had this terribly depressing movie running I did not wish to be subjected to). I actually enjoy the game show. I prefer a female manicurist, but the gentleman is fine, not rough. I have sensitive skin so I cant do my own nails, and the manicure doesnt hurt. We always enjoy the pedicures.They are fast, it generally takes 45 minutes for a pedicure/manicure. Not sure about the quality of the topcoat, my manicure doesnt last that long, although Ive had that issue at many places; women who work cannot keep their nails painted long I suppose. The pedicures last the entire month. We get a latte at the espresso place before and sometimes go to Garlinis after, so its a nice afternoon out at a good price.Im not a diva, I dont place myself above others, but Im pretty picky and sensitive to ambiance/personality, its not just about the service for me. I wont go back if there is a bad vibe. (the absolute best manicure I ever had was by a young man who clearly didnt want to be there-a family business-I wouldnt go back there). If I leave feeling better than I went in and my nails look good, I go back. We like this place.

I went in for a simple gel polish change and I asked that she file my nails, slightly!! I brought pics of 3 simple, possible designs, one was chrome, one was pink and white ombre, the other was just using glitter powder for an ombre look. I was told, they dont do any of them! INSTEAD...I left with stubs for nails, polish with silver glitter on every stub and was told next time Id need a new set bc one nail had black under it! The two gals were annoyed that i asked why she cut my nails sooo freaking short..then spoke in their language to one another....like i dont knooooww youre talking about me!!! That was Thursday, today is Monday and I went to another salon to get the horrible stubs taken off. I got a new set put on with the halographic powder oh and I had NO black under my nail! The name, NAIL ART is a joke. The gals that work there are a joke and Ill be sure to tell as many people will listen, NOT TO GO THERE.

Been going there whenever I come to town for years. Had a new nail tech and she was awful. Nails went on crooked and she put the wrong color nail polish on. When I pointed it out she got very frustrated and rushed the rest of the appointment. Won’t be going back.

Nancy does a great job! But when I was wanting a specific design they said I was too picky and refused to do my nails when I went to make my next appointment! A great way to go out of business!

Great place for my grandma, mom and I to get bday pedis. Love how they have lots of massage chairs. Loved the hot stones and mass amounts of colors of polish to choose from. Would have enjoyed a stronger foot massage but its not a massage parlor. Air must be well ventilated it didnt have that strong odor some places do. Prices are slightly higher then expected. Very comfortable and polite staff.

I usually love this place. They give wonderful pedicures. Well I went to get a manicure on Saturday. A full set of acrylic. Oh my lord. I am extremely disappointed in everything about it. First of all I hate the shape he decided to give me without asking me. The guy didnt speak or seen to understand English. I told him 3 of the fingernails were very crooked. He just kept going with it anyway. They were so crooked. As if he was basically telling me my fingers are crooked. When they arent. I mean I look at my fingers daily... I think I would know. Anyway. The too coat sucks as well. Its all bumpy and weird feeling. I decided to fix them myself at home. I did my best but for $50 I shouldnt have to fix anything. They should be perfect for that price... otherwise I could just glue on some Wal-Mart nails if I wanted cheap looking nails. They looked trashy as heck and it was rude that he didnt fix them when I asked him to. I dont think he understood me. I will not be going back there... unless its to take my hubby for a pedicure.

I have been getting a gel manicure consistantly for over 2 years. My mother and I went here on a trip home. This place is absolutely horrible. They rushed us through with our manicures and pedicures. My gel manicure lasted about half a week. When I went back in to ask for them to be repainted, the people who worked there refused and said they would have to charge me for another manicure. Never go here!

It was the worst experience ever and after I notified the technician that I still wanted my eyebrows waxed she went on and did another ladies pedicure. Don’t go there 3 of my nails were crooked.

I never do reviews . But I had to do one for this terrible nail salon. Terrible customer service. Technician kept hurting my nails with the machine. He was in a hurry. Got mad at me because previous technician put too much glitter on my nails and was hard for him to remove it. Was very rude and did a terrible job on my nails.

The guy did my nails, which I didnt like. He doesnt speak much English, so his way of communicating with me was to touch my arm, which I really dont like. Left two cuticles bleeding. He was not happy that I didnt tip him, but I was not happy with the way he treated me. Wont go back to him, ever!
