I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. I was met politely at the desk and was promptly met by a darling girl named Claudia!!! She was so kind.. and gave me a great haircut! Asked me what I wanted, made some suggestions… and I love the cut! She didRecommend some great product that would help my hair and I was excited to see how great they worked on my hair!! I am so happy that I found a great Salon when I visit on the East side of the mountain!

Shelly was amazing! She colored, and cut my hair, and also waxed my brows. I simply couldn’t be more satisfied with her work and this business!

I had a great facial with Zoe. She helped me learn more about my skin and recommended great products for my sensitive face. The spa section of Elements was very clean and relaxing. The facial even included a free foot soak and a hand/arm massage. Ill definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at this Salon my hair stylist Claudia did an amazing job ! My hair was originally bleached in peekaboos but was too dead to rebleach and she was very honest about how re bleaching it to try and go lighter to get the color I wanted would damage my hair more and helped me find something else that would be healthier for my hair . She was very sweet and shampooed & conditioned my hair softly. She also cut it and did some curtain bangs, she cut my hair evenly & did the perfect length of cut . If your debating getting your hair done here i think its by far the best place in town all the hair stylist do amazing jobs !

I SO don’t agree. I’ve gone to other salons, and by the time I tip at the other places, I will have spent way more money. As always, with all salons, your cost rises if you buy products, but that’s extra spending you can control. I highly recommend Elements Salon. You won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Im a flight attendant and was on an overnight here in Wenatchee and my hair just really needed some TLC (the recirculating plane air doesnt really help the hair ladies). So I stopped in to see if they had any appointments available (fully expecting to be turned away since it was such short notice). Instead they were able to fit me in within a half hour and Drea took great care of my hair, explained the products she was using and made me feel so relaxed. Any time I am on an overnight I will be coming back! Thanks yall!

I got a gift certificate here and I chose to get an eyebrow wax and a massage. I was nervous coming to a new salon, but that was quickly diffused by the three or so staff members I came in contact with. Everyone was so warm and inviting. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, too.The massage by Chris (hopefully I spelled that right) was relaxing and helpful. I carry tension in my back and she took care to focus on that. My eyebrow wax was on point, and I have difficult eyebrows to get even. I would come here again and recommend it to anyone needing a massage or wax.

I went to Elements for a facial and didnt quite know what to expect (it was a gift). Tayna did an amazing job! It was very relaxing but also a treatment my skin really needed. I will return for sure!

This place completely ripped off my friend. They charged her $240 for something that only should’ve cost $110. They tricked her into buying shampoo & conditioner that she didn’t need & charged for $70. I’m guessing the rest of the $60 went to a tip she didn’t bother asking my friend if she wanted to give. My friend is too nice and shy of a person to ask so she didn’t. Also, they didn’t even give her what she originally wanted to do because they said it would take too long. Did a terrible job.

I made hair apt. before my 18th bday and duel graduations. I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and brought pictures to show the stylist. 3 hours and $175 bucks later i left with hair that didnt look any different than what i walked in with and im suoer uoset i wasted so much money and didnt remotely get what i wanted d.

I made an appt with a girl named Chelsea and she did my color and then said shed check me in 20 mins to pull my foils out and do my hair cut... a different girl walked in to do my hair cut and my first girl said nothing of that and was like done with me and didnt follow through... and the whole reason I was going there in the first place was to see the first girl because Ive heard great things of her... was so frustrated... it wont let me upload pics but the second girl hacked my bangs! Ive been upset all afternoon since leaving. Such a bummer because my friend goes here and had a way better experience then me :-( wont ever let them do my hair again
