I have been going here for year and so has my sister and a few friends. We wouldnt go anywhere else. They are all hilarious and fun to sit and chat with and do some amazing work. Amy and Alex are great at what they do and the enviorment is always clean and bright. They do get busy so make sure you try to call ahead or make an appointment. But they will always fit in walk-ins. They do great waxes and pedicures as well!!

My mother and I went in today for our nails. My mother had acrylics done with a French manicure. I was suppose to get tips done then have my nails painted white with teal tips. I did not get tips and the lady just painted my nails ALL tall with silver sparkle on the tips. I told her twice that i just wanted teal on the tips and she just said ya ya. Then i was charged 35 dollars for just getting my nails painted when my mother paid 30 for French manicured acrylic nails. The place is a joke and a rip off. I will NEVER go there again or refer anyone.

Made an appointment with a girlfriend and ended up waiting 45 minutes. Used to love this place what the hell. Dont over book appointments if you dont have time, doesnt matter if youre busy. Wouldnt mind waiting if we had walked in, but we had appointments. Super unprofessional

I have not been there for 2 years. My toenail fungus is just clearing up. I got it at V and K Nails. My Aunt and I went there for a Christmas treat. I made it clear that there would be two of us, when I made the reservation. We got there and only one chair was available. She sat and I stood and visited with her for a few min. while they cleaned the basin next to her. It didnt dawn on me at the time but they used the towel to wipe it out that the former customer had used. No soap, no spray. Just drained it and wiped it out and I sat down, etc. Within a few weeks I had toenail fungus. Went to the Dr. Medication not safe for my liver. So just used the over the counter stuff. Took 2 years. I went to the nail salon and told them, quietly, and all the Mgr. said was Not to come there anymore. Period.

Not a place I will go again. Took forever to get my nails done then I go up front and am told what normally costs me $35 pretty much everywhere else cost me $50 here. Such a rip off and they dont have set prices they just pick whatever they want to charge you. After all that my nails fell off within a week. Terrible place!!! Will never go back!!!

Not friendly, called in advance but they still made me wait +45 minutes. Alex (male technician closest to door) did my nails and I am not pleased. Paid $45 for a full set (fairly pricey) and he left sand marks and my nails were uneven and lumpy. He spent the time telling me about his new 26 year old, white girlfriend which made me feel uncomfortable.

I just went there for the first time in 5 years. The guy that runs the place was talking to everyone, except for me. I chew my nails so I went to get fake nails. They were bumpy! I dont know why anyone would go there. Another thing he did was I was getting my nails done and he moved me out of my seat so he could do someone elses nails!

If I could a big fat zero stars, I would! Rude service! Overcharged and painful pedicure. We will never go back and I definitely do NOT recommend this place! Just awful!

Standard mani pedi place, massage chairs though.

Inexperienced tech, 2 hour fiasco for z pedicure. He did not know what he was doing and was seeking / receiving coaching at every step. Last straw was he clipped my toe. $40.

Terrible! The nail tech left my nails so thick and wide and when i told her i didnt like them that thick she got upset and started filing a few very rough but didnt fix them. My nails look like disgusting claws. That was my last time going to V&K

Didnt tell me the polish I picked out was a shellac and cost almost $30 just to paint my toes! Sheesh! Mediocre pedicure for $60! I wont be back.

Did not do what I asked for. Polish wasnt even dry when I left and is now coming off (hour later)
